ISLAMIC STATE TAKES HOSTAGES IN PHILIPPINE CATHEDRAL

Martial law in Britain, martial law in the Philippines. Everywhere the same thing. Anywhere there is Muslim immigration, there is conflict. And always the same war, for sharia, for an Islamic state.

The daily diet of Jihad continues — it can only ever get worse until the West accepts that Islam is the problem. That may never happen, as the leaders of the Western World would first have to accept the blame for their failed policy of appeasement.

Last night, I reported that two explosions rocked a largely Christian city in the southern Philippines, killing 14 people and wounding about 50, in what police said could be attacks by Muslim extremists.

ISIS take people hostage in church as sick jihadis take control of city

ISLAMIC STATE (ISIS) fighters have stormed a major city in the Philippines to reign terror over citizens forcing government forces to take to the streets for battle.

By Rebecca Perring, The Express May 24, 2017:

Gunmen took hostages at a cathedral in Marawi fights broke out between ISIS-linked extremists and government forces.

The city was engulfed in a bloody battle after least 15 fighters from Maute, an ISIS backed-group, stormed the city, forcing the president to delcare a state of emergency.

Two soldiers and a policeman were killed and 12 people wounded in Marawi, where Maute fighters took over buildings and set fire to a school, a church and a jail.

More than a dozen worshippers and a priest were also among the hostages held at the church.

The military and government gave few details about the clashes nor did they say if any rebels had been killed.

Authorities insisted the situation was under control but residents who fled told a different story and said Marawi was in the hands of the rebels, who had allowed civilians to leave.

Student Rabani Mautum, in nearby Pantar town, where some residents were leaving in overloaded trucks, said: “The city is still under the control of the armed group. They are all over the main roads and two bridges leading to Marawi.

“I was in school when we heard gunfire … When we came out there were blood stains in the building but we did not see dead or wounded.”

Fighting abated in the mainly Muslim city of Marawi as troops sought to contain dozens of rebels of the Maute group, who escaped a botched raid on Tuesday on an apartment and took over streets, bridges and buildings and sought to block army reinforcements.Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte warned on Wednesday he would deal harshly with militants as he declared a state of emergency.

Duterte, who dropped a trip to Russia to deal with the crisis, said the region and its 22 million inhabitants could remain under military rule for up to a year.

He said: To my countrymen who have experienced martial law. It would not be any different from what President Marcos did. I’d be harsh.

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte warned the take over could last a year

“If it would take a year to do it then we’ll do it. If it’s over with a month, then I’d be happy. To my countrymen, do not be too scared. I’m going home. I will deal with the problem once I arrive.”

Duarte has the chance here to greatly reduce the problem Nationwide. Hope he stays with it and eradicates the jihadis and their sympathizers completely in that area before they can escape.

A friend commented yesterday that he’s afraid Duterte will treat ISIS like helpless drug dealers. To which I replied ISIS will wish they were helpless drug dealers! The Philippine soldiers are tough. Last year when terrorists overran the Golan Heights buffer zone the Filipinos were the only UN soldiers that held there positions throughout the night until they could reach Israel in the morning.

An entire squad of Filipino police officers was recently wiped out in Mindanao while trying to arrest a muslum terrorist leader there.

That was years ago under the leadership of incumbent Phil. President Aquino who fashioned himself as an armchair general-failing miserably as a CIC. When politicians play generals, you lose lives.

The General Isidro Torres is an old M113, I wonder where they get parts for that thing?
Appeasing the muslums who want to make Mindanao into an islamic state will never work. They’ll simply use Mindanao as a jumping off territory for terrorist attacks against the rest of the kafir al najjis in the Philippines.

I spoke with a Filipino friend and Duterte just returned from Russia after ordering AK-47’s much deadlier calibre than Nato 5.56. These are the descendants whose ancestors went down when the 45 was used against them in the 1800’s. These cockroaches have been surrounded and have checked into the “Roach Motel. You Check in but you don’t check out!”
