President Donald Trump told the Associated Press on Friday that he will release a tax reform package next week that will include “massive” tax cuts for businesses and individuals.
Trump did not get into details, but he did say the cuts in his plan would likely be the biggest ever, according to the AP.
In an interview with the Associated Press, Trump says the plan will result in tax cuts for both individuals and businesses. He would not provide details of the plan, saying only that the tax cuts will be “bigger I believe than any tax cut ever.”
The president says the package will be released on “Wednesday or shortly thereafter”–just before his 100 day mark in office….
In an address to Congress in February, Trump said his team was working on “big, big” tax cuts for Americans and American companies.
“My economic team is developing historic tax reform that will reduce the tax rate on our companies so they can compete and thrive anywhere and with anyone,” Trump said. “It will be a big, big cut. At the same time, we will provide massive tax relief for the middle class.”

This is a good and righteous step – but Congress must act quicker toward implementation than it has gotten used to under 8 years of the Obama dictatorship. Forceful but reasoned leadership from the President directed at McConnell and Ryan to move the tax reform plan forward is a must

YES – it ALL comes back to Congress doing it’s constitutional job. Unfortunately, THIS congress does not and will not. We need a brand new congress – period.

The conservative wing in the House, approximately 40 members strong, is a place to begin to restore congressional action. The RINOs and “progressive republicans” need to go.

I’d rather throw them all out – just like obamacare and illegals – and start clean. Most do not have a consistent ‘conservative’ voting record. I’m more concerned with their character than their politics. Oops – there goes most of the 40! Don’t want to leave any bad apples behind.

Good, the best way to stimulate the economy is to allow those earning money to spend it. Tax and subsidize does nothing.

In case you were not paying very close attention to Trump from the very outset of the Presidential campaign or have yet to read his “The Art of the Deal”, if he said it, he will do it. It is a lesson I learned from my dad, don’t say things you do not mean.

jERRY Brown and his liberals in the CA government do not agree and “Ol Jerry will keep on TAXING THOSE LEFT HERE IN CA. TILL ALL THEIR money is gone! Jerry Brown doesn’t give a damn about spending wisely — he will let the dam break and flood us all with his taxations and the floods of letting the INFRASTRUCTURE go to hell.
