BREAKING NEWS: Two Kalashnikov-wielding terrorists kill one police officer and wound another in attack on Paris’s Champs Elysees
- A policeman was killed this evening following a shooting in the French capital
- Another officer was seriously wounded and the attacker was eventually shot
- World famous avenue which is popular with tourists was on lockdown by 9pm

Story continues below advertisementA police officer was shot dead and another seriously wounded by two Kalashnikov-wielding gunmen on the Champs Elysees in central Paris tonight.
French police said that the incident was probably a ‘terrorist act’ and the world famous avenue was on lockdown by 9pm.
Heavily armed officers had flooded the area and a third individual – believed to be the killer – was also hurt and ‘neutralised’, according to police sources.
Police have said that ‘at least’ two people were involved in the attack which took place in the heart of the French capital.
The BFM TV news channel reported that ‘two offers were hit and one has been killed’.
It came as presidential candidates took place in a TV debate nearby.
A witness identified only as Ines told BFM that she heard a shooting, saw a man’s body on the ground and the area was quickly evacuated by police.
France is currently under a state of emergency following a spate of Islamist terror attacks.
The shooting comes just hours after one of the busiest roads in Paris was closed off by police as officers dealt with a ‘suspicious package’.
Reports suggest that items were discovered by officers as Rue de Rivoli, in the centre of the French capital, remained shut.
Stunned witnesses have described seeing a large police presence on the two-mile-long road.
It is believed that the Paris Metro service is not stopping there as officers try and deal with the incident.

Trump can’t ban islam. Trump will deport all mexicans but only to replace them with millons of muslims. Islam is growing and the west can’t do anything. The hand of mohammad is strong. Western women tend to favour muslim men because they are macho men, it’s like the story of tarzan and jane. An islamic era is coming upon the world. Muhammad was a war monger and pedophile. Everyone in the west knows that. He was a pervert who approved necrophilia, bestiality, pedophilia to name a few.
He sucked the tongues of boys & girls and his daughter Fatima. He nuzzled her breasts. He visited nine wives without washing in between. He had sex with his wives during their menstruation. He told other men that “Allah” gave him dispensation to do that. Its in Qur’an and Hadiths.

Muhammad plagiarized the Bible and Torah. Then he twisted the texts and bastardized them. No thinking man who has reason and logic would follow Qur’an for these reasons. It is a sacrilege.

I will be surprised if they vote le-penn.France is suffering from the same stupidity as the rest of the European countries.
They let this guy out early and now they have a dead cop, the idiots who released him are in my opinion partly to blame for this.
