Noncitizen Pleads Guilty in Kansas Voter Fraud Case

Voter fraud is rampant. Were the full extent of it known, I am sure it would shock the world. Anyone who thinks Donald Trump called for an investigation into voter fraud to challenge the results from the 2016 election isn’t really paying attention.

President Trump is looking out for us and the integrity of the voting process. He isn’t looking back, he’s looking forward. President Trump wants to protect the process and insure the future elections are free, fair and uncorrupted by groups funded by malevolent, subversive forces.

“Noncitizen Pleads Guilty in Kansas Voter Fraud Case,” by Joe Schoffstall, Washington Free Beacon, April 13, 2017:

A noncitizen has pleaded guilty to voter fraud in Kansas, the state’s secretary of state announced.

The Associated Press reported that Victor David Garcia Bebek, a noncitizen, pleaded guilty to three counts of voting unlawfully in 2012 and 2014 and faces up to three years of probation and a $5,000 fine. The complaint on the case obtained by AP, which was kept under wraps until Wednesday, identified six felony and misdemeanor counts.

Logan Churchwell, spokesman for the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), an Indiana-based election integrity group, said the case is noteworthy because some Democrats claim noncitizen voting does not occur.

Kansas is the only state where a secretary of state has prosecution power over election law violations, Churchwell noted.

“Kansas is the only state that vests prosecution power over election law violations with its secretary of state,” Churchwell told the Washington Free Beacon. “DAs will not and have exhibited an unwillingness to pursue cases that end in $5,000 fines and unsupervised probation.”

Churchwell said other states rely on individuals who commit voter fraud to accidentally out themselves.

“Even with prosecutor powers in other states, without a Kansas model of requiring proof of citizenship when applying to vote, other states will be reliant on fraudsters to mistakenly out themselves before being discovered,” Churchwell said. “One must wait for them to be honest on a jury call; seek a noncitizen driver’s license; or admit to previous voting activity during the naturalization process. It’s all discovery by happenstance. Plus, it requires states to share this information between agencies…which is in no way a given.”…

Voter fraud is the mainstay of democratic election victories. It has to be stopped with real legal repercussions to those who have anything to do with it. The disaster of the o’bimbo years is sufficient proof that elections in America are questionable.

All kinds of ID’s are required to purchase, get money, and live, yet the voter ID appears to be the most illusive or according to liberals, not necessary.
Why?…so as to be able to continue their elections fraud. I blame congress. Congress should NOT be off or taking a vacation, but instead, tending to America’s business.

Absolutely, there is time to holiday after the business of the nation is done. Considering that a person can be asked for id to get into a movie, purchase alcohol or tobacco, there is no reason not to identify the end user of a ballot.

these Democratic non-citizens getting busted for voting shouldn’t be mad at Trump. They should be mad at the Democratic Party lead by Obama for telling them they could vote.

Send the damn NON-Citizen back to the third world dung hole country the came from. In other words KICK THEIR ASS, instead of KISSING it!
I truly believe the beatings need to increase in frequency until the politicians learn who they work for! Or, better yet, deport their lazy butts and make them non-citizens too!

Wait a minute, this guy was found to have voted illegally AT THE TIME he was receiving his citizenship. It was discovered by the people registering him to vote.

“three years of probation and a $5,000.00 fine”?
WTF?
Deport him immediately!
.. and make sure he’s DEAD before he leaves so there’ll be no chance he could sneak back in later and do the same thing again.

A good point noted here is that the guilty pled to three counts of voter fraud. That’s one thing left out in the arguments about illegals voting. If they do it once they probably do it many times making it an even more likely serious problem.

Pfft! 1 case out of 1.5 million people. Pam Geller you’re more of an idiot than anyone could possibly give you credit for. The other 8 cases in Kansas that have been prosecuted? All elderly Republicants who voted twice accidentally. But the real kicker is the 35,000+ people Koback disenfranchised automatically by requiring proof of citizenship. It’s an old-school Republicant strategy, used since the end of slavery to suppress voter turnout. The demographic tide is sweeping you guys into oblivion, keep treading water and try to hold it back with your finger. But that levy will blow and you’ll be looking for a new country to exploit.
