What is the endgame of people such as Linda Sarsour and groups such as Hamas-CAIR, in seeking an injunction to prevent the President from protecting the American people from Islamic jihadists?

A federal judge in Virginia ruled Friday against blocking President Trump’s executive order that called for temporarily stopping the entry of immigrants from six majority-Muslim nations and refugee admittance overall.
The decision against the injunction comes after federal judges in Maryland and Hawaii blocked the implementation of Trump’s executive order nationwide. The ruling in Maryland is set to be heard before an appeals court in May. These two past decisions keep the order at bay.
Judge Anthony Trenga of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia found that Trump was within his legal rights to impose the travel ban and that it was not discriminatory toward Muslims. The injunction had been brought forward by Palestinian activist Linda Sarsour, who was represented by an attorney from the Council on American-Islamic Relations.
Trenga, a George W. Bush appointee, wrote in his opinion that “the President has unqualified authority to bar physical entry to the United States at the border.” He said that the executive order makes no mention of religion and has a “state secular purpose” of protecting U.S. citizens from terrorist attacks.
The Hawaiian federal judge who knocked down the executive order cited past statements from Trump on the campaign trail talking about a “Muslim ban.” Judge Trenga, however, wrote, “In that regard, the Supreme Court has held that ‘past actions [do not] forever taint any effort on [the government’s] part to deal with the subject matter.’”
A Department of Justice spokeswoman said in a statement, “The Department of Justice is pleased with the ruling. As the Court correctly explains, the President’s Executive Order falls well within his authority to safeguard the nation’s security.”…

A judge appointed by a Republican president. Apparently Democratically appointed judges feel no compulsion to actually rule as the laws are written.

In the Bible, the prophet Habakkuk expressed deep frustration about injustice and lawlessness in his days. God warned the prophet that judgment was coming, in the form of a Babylonian invasion. Details in Habakkuk 1:1-11. The rest of the book adds details.

We are truly living in a “Banana Republic!” Filthy rich billionaires have the congress bought out and they tell them what to do. That is the real problem and we need “term limits” in D.C. We also need to make it criminal to construct and offer incentives to congress people that run in millions of dollar. Just yesterday over at The Conservative Treehouse, it was reported that the Koch brothers are offering staggering amounts of money to use for ads and campaigning, but only to those who voted down the Health Care bill. That is a bribe anyway you look at it.

Judges appointed by demoncrats are inevitably lawless. They have to be to ensure payback is made in some way and at some point in time. Like blocking President Trump’s executive order.

Only the Supreme Court should have authority to over-rule a presidential executive order. The Hawaii and Maryland judges need to go to jail for various crimes.
Trump needs to declare CAIR, and Islam as terrorist organizations and deport every single member of either. And it needs to happen ASAP.
Trump’s ban is exactly the same as the Obama ban:

This ruling does two things. It establishes a counter to other judges interpreting past comments when evaluating cases by the letter of the law. It also in effect sends a message to sarsour and hamas-cair that their trying to usurp american law to suit their needs will not be tolerated. Hallelujah! Score one for the good guys!

So… what does this mean? Does Eastern Va. get to enforce the Ban? No! It means that even if every Federal District court rules in favor this obvious presidential prerogative except for one… the White House is stymied.

Trump was simply using the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 and 8 US Code Section 1182 entitled “Inadmissible Aliens” to pattern his travel ban from terrorist hot spots, both laws having been on the books and weathering court challenges for the past half century. These laws were used to keep communism out of the US in the aftermath of WWII.

The Hawaiian judge is a close personal friend of Obama and many think they actually knew each other from Hawaii and Indonesia and Obama may have met with him the day before he sided against Trump. He needs to be removed pronto!

Since they were unsuccessful at the voting booth the Democrats lead by Schumer/Pelosi/Obama/Clinton/Jarrett and aided by Republicans McCain/Graham/Ryan have doubled down on their globalist agenda and efforts to bury Trump’s America-first initiatives in the courts. FINALLY a federal judge actually ruled according to the law and refused to block Trump’s travel ban. BRAVO Judge Trenga. The war between Americanism and globalism continues – 3/25/17 was a good day for American patriots fighting to preserve and protect American sovereignty and the individual freedoms guaranteed by our American constitution.
