“Pamela Geller: Muslim Woman Demands Workplace Accommodate Her Hijab,” Breitbart, August 5, 2016:
Fox2Detroit reported Thursday that “a Muslim woman said her boss fired her because she refused to remove her hijab at work. Najaf Khan said the highly controversial comments recently in the political arena are making it harder for people of the Islamic faith and she sees her story as an example of that.”

That is utterly false. What is becoming increasingly difficult in this country is refusing to submit to the blasphemy laws under the sharia. Khan’s case is a pattern, a very deliberate pattern to impose Islam on the secular marketplace.
One detail of Khan’s case reveals the whole strategy. According to Fox2Detroit, “Khan was entering her third day on the job this past Monday as she walked in wearing her hijab at the Fair Oaks Dental Care in Fairfax, Va. She said her boss immediately took her into his office and told her she couldn’t wear it.”
Why did she only go to work wearing the hijab on her third day there? From the perspective of an outside observer, it seems as though she misled them into thinking that she would dress in accordance with the “neutral environment” they wanted to preserve, and then switched on them after she was already hired.
A Muslim woman sued Disney for the very same thing. She, too, applied to and worked for Disney sans hijab. Subsequently, she insisted on wearing the hijab despite Disney’s dress code. Disney’s strict dress, the Disney Look, has been company policy since 1957. Disney issued this statement about the case:
“Walt Disney Parks and Resorts has a history of accommodating religious requests from cast members of all faiths. We presented Ms. Boudlal with multiple options to accommodate her religious beliefs, as well as offered her several roles that would have allowed her to wear her own hijab. Unfortunately, she rejected all of our efforts and has since refused to come to work.”
Of course she did.
Disney tried to accommodate Boudlal’s demands, even designing special headcoverings for her that went along reasonably well with the “Disney Look.” But she was unmoved. American Civil Liberties Union attorney Mark Rosenbaum revealed that the suit was all about making Disney bend to Muslim demands. He said: “You never see anyone working there wear a hijab. We want those practices changed, and want training for employees and managers. It’s about getting Disney to change its policies and practices.”
In all these cases, the company bends over backwards to accommodate these supremacist demands. But that’s always taken as a sign of weakness, and accommodation gives way to more demands.
In another case in New Jersey, a Muslim woman teamed up with the Hamas-tied Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) to file a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Why? Because her boss asked her to remove her hijab for safety reasons.
This is reminiscent of Samantha Elauf, the devout Muslim who sued soft porn retailer Abercrombie & Fitch because she wanted to wear the hijab. She won that case and got herself a healthy cash settlement – and Abercrombie and Fitch had to change the way they do business in order to accommodate her demands. That, in my view, is no doubt part of the objective here as well.
According to Fox2Detroit, Najaf Khan “said she didn’t wear her hijab to the office until this week and that is when her boss told her they wanted to keep a ‘neutral environment.’ Her employer asked her to remove it because the Islamic head scarf would offend patients and they wanted to keep religion out of the office.”
But Khan has contacted Hamas-tied CAIR, which will be working hard to make sure that religion is going to be in the offices of Fair Oaks Dental Care whether they want it there or not: “The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is standing behind Khan and her story. They are calling on the dental office to reinstate her and offer her reasonable religious accommodations as mandated by law.”
Khan suggests that this is all about the false propaganda concept of “Islamophobia”: “Khan said there is a lot of misinformation about the Islamic faith and she hopes her story will at least inform people so it does not happen again.” What there is a lot of misinformation about is the Muslim effort to impose Islam on the secular marketplace. At a certain point, we have to say “Enough” and stop accommodating these arrogant and aggressive demands.

Besides the ruse played to obtain what is likely to be an “out of court settlement”, wearing a hijab in what is described as a “dental care facility” sounds very unsanitary as far as providing a sterile environment, not to mention the fact it can get caught in or accidentally come in contact with diagnostic equipment.

Toro Huaman, Yes, we do have freedom of religion but it also means no one has the right to force their religion on anyone else. And that is what these Muslims are doing. No one has to accommodate their hijabs! And Islam will never be a part of a Christian’s daily life. We have many different religions in America but the Muslims are the only ones who try to force their religion on others. Hopefully, Hillary Clinton will go to jail and TRUMP will go into the White House and any Muslim who demands their way and does not follow Our Laws and Constitution will be send back to Syria or Iran or wherever they came from. Going into a job under false pretenses should be illegal and jail time. These foreigners coming into our Country and demanding we change should stop. Wrong. Orthodox Jewish women wear either wigs or scarf type head coverings, They do not cover their faces. They cover their heads, often with a wig, or an attractive non obstrusive scarf that covers the hair ONLY.

We had the same problem here in the UK only it was a muslima who went for an interview for a teaching assistants job in a junior school. She went to the interview dressed like a westerner, was interviewed by a male school governor and got the job.
I am not sure if she worked a couple of days in normal clothing but very soon she went full Islam and turned up for work in full burqua and niqab. Refused to talk to or mix with the male staff and then complained when the school disciplined her. Sorry can’t find the links at the moment not good at finding things on the internet. I am sure there are others on here who could point you in the right direction if you are interested

Need to go read this one it will make you mad. I was in Somalia during combat operations and at no time did any muslim pray five times a day. They constantly were asleep on the University where we ran mission from. They would hide out around corners and sleep.

It is 7th century, not 4th. But in muslim countries women must wear covering, they can be killed for wearing western style miniskirt and top tank. So much of tolerance and freedom under muslim rule. A friend of mine is from England where they have had to deal with this issue for many years now. He told me that even if the Muslim men don’t push the Sharia envelope they still are a problem. The Middle East is a service culture and they had had a couple thousand years of not having to work hard. Muslim men are not used to working in a manufacturing or construction environment so when put into it they revert to a work habit of being slow and lazy.
He said employers in England have gotten smarter and just don’t hire anyone with a Middle Eastern name regardless of their cheery smile .
The best way to deal with Sharia in the workplace is to not allow its advocates into the workplace in the first place.

Spot on comments Robert, I’d never hire anyone with an obvious ME name. Thorough checks need to be done.
Also employers need to be smarter and stipulate on employment contracts that any kind of head or face covering is not allowed and if the person turns up wearing such gear it is grounds for immediate dismissal. To assist clarity for the deliberately obtuse show pictures of garb that are forbidden with a bar through them. Hospitals are allowing this crap; the rates of infection will be through the roof. Stamp it out now.

I would feel the same way these employers felt. These women took the jobs under false pretenses. It was not until the third day that they wore their hijabs proving they were there to cause trouble and it was NOT about their religion. Because if they didn’t wear their hijabs during the interview and for two days, they were deliberately out for trouble. Start boycotting these Muslims whoo only want to demand that we change. When the come to OUR COUNTRY, it is their place to change or leave. I am tired of these foreigners demanding their way.

We supposedly work with a free market capitalist system so that those who don’t like a policy can use honestly earned money and open their own business. I have heard that great sums of wealth in the mideast is available for investment. Other people have heard of that as well, take a number and present your grant request.

I have, over the years, combe into contact with Muslim women that wear a head covering. One was a store clerk in Florida who wore a coloured scarf in harmony with her clothing. Another was an X-ray technician in a hospital; she wore a plain hijab, also in harmony with her clothing, which she would frequently change whever it became dusty or soiled. I also encountered a surgeon, an observant Sikh, who wore traditional dress and tuban, which he chabged after each procedure, exactly as he would do if wearing white scrubs. There are instances when wearing the hijab would be a hazard (As, around machinery or other equipment. There are instances when a coloured scarf in harmony with clothing would be better received. The matter is somewhat conflicted because, in former times, many if not most women wore some sort of head covering out of doors. Certain of the covering-up in the East has to do with protecting the hair and skin from heat, dust, dirt, etc—and was normal practice long before Islam. In the West, it became a sign of proper modesty. We note that the Queen usually wears a scaf or hat when out of doors. A sad aspect is that the present appearance in Islam tends toward a drabness; the Old Muslims loved colour and wore colourful clothing. This difference between then and now is telling.

Been there a LONG time ago. When I was a kid they had ‘hire the handicapped public service announcements on TV and it became common knowledge the the handicapped were grateful employees who worked harder than non handicapped. Once they got the American Disabilities Act passed companies would do ANYTHING to keep from being put in the position of hiring anyone with ANY handicaps. You wouldn’t want to hire people who can’t wait to sue you and make outrageous demands.
As for Sharia – GO ON. Push push push all you want. We will ALL hate your arrogant whining and the blowback one day will blow all of you right back to the desert wastes where you belong.

All employers should require signed affirmation of appropriate clothing to be worn by employees of the business. If the employee does not wish to adhere to required clothing, they can apply for employment elsewhere.

Anytime I see a hijab or whatever they call it…..I feel intimidated because of what their religion teaches and demands. When I see a hijab the person wearing it is telling me in no uncertain terms that they believe it’s their right to wipe me (us) off the face of the earth. If Muslims want to be here they need to ditch the hijab. If they want to be one of our American Believing in the Constitution citizens then they need to completely divest themselves of all Queerran beliefs and ideologies.

Every job application should include the question asking if the applicant has any reason not to follow the policies of the employer. Unsafe or inappropriate clothing, religious demands for prayer times, language issues, allergies, beards and on and on.
