The news is reporting yet another lawsuit against the now notorious Ground Zero Mosque developer, Sharif el-Gamal. Regular Atlas readers are well acquainted with this devout, deadbeat hustler who has been sued multiple times for back taxes, rent, bank loans, and other shady dealings.
What is most interesting about this latest lawsuit, apart from confirming what a lowlife he is, is this new piece of information. Gamal now plans to build a “39-story tower and downsized mosque” in the very same building damaged by landing gear in the 911 attacks. Who would want to live there? ISIS?

Notice how the building changes with every new news report. After we successfully defeated the Ground Zero mosquestrosity, Gamal hired himself a top gun PR firm. The mosque would no longer be built. Instead, he was going to take the three-story building and turn it into a Museum of Islam. He would need a helluva lot more than three floors if he was count its victims (he wasn’t). More like a Museum of Taqiyya. Then he said he would be building condos. According to the print version of this New York Post article, Gamal now plans to build a “39-story tower and downsized mosque.” So the snake is still trying to build a mega-mosque in a building destroyed in the 9/11 attacks. Despite the uproar, pain, humiliation and offense. Tell us again about mutual respect, mutual understanding and *cough* interfaith dialogue.
That’s not all. Gamal rented an art gallery space and used it for for religious gatherings and “loud parties,” and even stuffed “religious classes” for children into a basement that didn’t have proper fire exits, prompting the FDNY to issue violations.

The developer behind the “Ground Zero mosque” has been told to hit the road. Again.
Sharif El-Gamal, who sparked global controversy with plans for a 13-story mosque and community center less than two blocks from the site of the World Trade Center attacks, illegally rented a Tribeca gallery for months, racking up safety violations from the city and causing at least one resident to leave, the landlord alleges.
El-Gamal and his brother Adham El-Gamal are “sophisticated” real-estate players who should have known better, landlord GG1 LLC claims in a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit.
Instead, the El-Gamals “knowingly” used the ground-floor retail space at 69 Leonard St. for religious gatherings and “loud parties,” and even stuffed “religious classes” for children into a basement that didn’t have proper fire exits, prompting the FDNY to issue violations, GG1 charges.
In the past, hundreds of worshipers would gather for Friday prayers on Park Place, the site of El-Gamal’s planned mosque and community center, which was known as Park51.
But that space has been boarded up as El-Gamal prepares to demolish it and build a 39-story condo tower and downsized mosque.

But by Sept. 18, the building’s condo board issued a legal notice telling them to leave by month’s end.
The condo contended that Park51 wanted to use basement space at the building that was off-limits for gatherings.
Park51 gave up on Warren Street and the El-Gamals rented the space on Leonard, under the name “Prayer Space Inc.”
GG1 claims it is nothing more than a “front” company “to shield their own personal liability with respect to their illegal conduct,” according to the legal filing.
GG1 says it was never informed a religious group was using its building until the El-Gamals were there.
Gallery 69 owner Steve Cornell, who held the original lease for the space, was paying less than $5,500 a month rent when he sublet to the El-Gamals for a whopping $9,000 a month, according to the lawsuit.
The group “frequently caused unreasonably large and loud gatherings . . . to convene at all hours in and near the premises” for “late-night parties,” “large prayer groups and other social gatherings,” uses that violated
the lease, the building’s certificate of occupancy and fire codes, GG1 says.At least one resident of the five-story mixed-use building, where a three-bedroom apartment rents for nearly $8,000 a month, “abruptly terminated” his occupancy “due to the excessive noise,” GG1 claims.
The El-Gamals finally left
69 Leonard St. last month, after GG1 declined to let them lease the space directly. Now the landlord wants more than $372,000 in damages for back rent, safety violations and other costs.
Sharif El-Gamal denied renting space in the building. Cornell did not return a message seeking comment.

There are quite a few traitors in the country. I am hoping that we can repair all the damage they have done and will continue to do as long as Obama is in office. He is the key, knowing he supports and protects them gives them coutage and a licence to lie, cheat and to destroy America.
We will see what happens when Obama is out of office. Just hope we can elece a strong, anti Islam ,pro Israel president who can repair some of the damage.

Don’t you think that Organized Religion in general was created to control the masses? If you look over history? There’s no difference between Islamic Delusions and Catholic Delusions. On one side you have 9/11, female genital mutilation and sharia, on the other you have rapist priests, Atrocities being committed by Christians in Africa (Rwandan genocide anyone?), treating women as subservient to men (was eve really made from adam’s rib? haha) and climate change deniers interfering in the science classroom. You have Buddhist Monks murdering people in Myanmar. All religions have crazy people that do crazy things it’s all just down to how people interpret the messages in various vague and metaphorical Holy Books

Do not steal. etc… You will see exactly the same principles running through Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity. What’s your point? I didnt mean destroy the whole Earth but destroy big parts of it making it inhabitable, not to mention the radiation will spread on the wind and so hurt innocent people . Destroying any part of the Earth is bad, in my opinion. I dont think we have been very good stewards of the Earth , but thats another discussion!
If you are following Revelation then God will destroy the Muslims because they will attack Israel and try to totally destroy it. Some people are interpreting Gog and Magog to be the Muslims. (My dad was a Baptist preacher)
I dont think any country has the chutzpa to bomb Mecca or Medina. So its a moot point really. But I am hoping that we can limit the damage that Muslims do. But It will need a strong President to do that. I think we shouldnt interfear in te Muslim countries, they do a pretty good job of making their own countries crap.
I do think we should offer aslum to those uslims willing to publicly TV, Radio,print and internet) apostate Islam. ( but those denying Islam still should be on a Watch List of some kind, we all know Muslims will do just about anything, including Lie to protect and promote their Cult) I am sure there are those who want out but are trapped by the ” kill apostate” ruling.
People are garenteed freedom to practice their religion in the US and for that reason, I dont think we will ever see Quran banned, Mosques destroyed, Islam prohibited and Muslims deported. Unless, and this is a big IF, Somehow Islam looses the status of a religion. How to do that? Well, I believe the Quran is, by legal defination, Hate Speech. Maybe theres an angle there.
I also believe Islam is a cult, brain washing its members, prohibiting members to leave the cult on pain of death, if a member does leave the cult, then his family, still in the cult, are prohibited from associateing from him and even his marriage is annuled !
( sound like a cult, like Scientology maybe?) and (cant remember if its in the Quran or the other books) but there is a bit that says “dont question that which you dont want to hear, some have questioned and lost their faith thereof” so the cult of Islam actively discourages questioning its dogma. Doesnt that sound like a cult to you? And cults are not religions, not tax exempt, not protected under the freedom of religion right. So that is the way I think we could get rid of Islam in the US and stop the damage they are doing. And Mosques, we all know the majority of all mosques in the US both preach violence and jihad, invite guest inmams that preach violence and jihad and have books, papers, film, computer programs etc that advocate violence and Jihad. if Islam is declared a cult and outlawed then no need for mosques or inmams. We just need a very strong president and administration that will support anti Islam measures.

With this above article it should be reiterated that in the year 2010 at church that held a four night lecture about Islam that I attended. One night,during the question and answer part. Someone asked about the Ground Zero Mosque. One of the speakers who is a Arab Christian from Syria warned not to be fooled about the claim that this mosques is a “cross cultural center.” That’s a smokescreen. He stated that the construction of that Masque at Ground Zero will be taken as the message in the Islamic world as “We have killed and been victorious.” The other speaker,who was in times past a Muslim and Hezbollah member as well as an Iranian citizen but now a Christian and an American citizen said the Muslim world will take the building of that mosques at Ground Zero as ” You see what we did here ,we brought down the twin tower and build up a mosque.” He also stated that building a mosque in a land ,in the Islamic mind, gives Islam a valid claim on that land as well as country and society.

All that needs to be done to prevent any building from taking place is for the community to build. Build a Temple & Church on either side of the Mosque with Cross being very visible to the Mosque and the Star of David plainly visible in great size towards the Mosque. The kicker is to build or rent both at a greater height than the Mosque.
