Charles Moerdler, attorney for the notorious leftist United Federation of Teachers, has previously argued that it’s “morally wrong” to put out inaccurate information, which is exactly what this dishonest fascist did today.

Forget the horrors of the Old Testament, the Quran is the “mother lode of bad ideas” (thanks, Sam Harris). For wall-to-wall, plain-as-the-broad-side-of-a-barn hatred, nothing compares to the Quran. For Moerdler to deny that impeaches all his other arguments. Unlike at a council meeting (where speech is limited to 2 minutes) in a court, you’ll have time to show how much hate fills the Quran. And Hamas airwaves quoting it. You’ll also have time to show how your ads are NOT lashon hara:“Lashon hara differs from defamation in that its focus is on the use of true speech for a wrongful purpose, rather than falsehood and harm arising. Speech is considered to be lashon hara if it says something negative about a person or party, is not previously known to the public, is not seriously intended to correct or improve a negative situation, and is true.”Your ads, while true, expose horrific wrongs for the sole purpose of raising public awareness so those wrongs can be stopped. You “seriously intend to correct or improve a negative situation,” which means your work is NOT lashon hara.Strange advice from a ‘30s German refugee: don’t provoke brutes, they may hurt you! Does meek silence protect you? Isn’t an informed public a better defense?

The United States Air Force cadet honor code states that a cadet will not lie cheat or steal or tolerate one who does. The same should apply to lawyers. One who publicly lies as this one did shoulod not be allowed to practice law or hold a public office.

Pamela, time for a Hebew lesson. I know what I’m about to say this isn’t the biggest political issue in this article, but it doesn’t hurt to get things right.
It is lashon hara (as your article states lower down in the text), not lashon hora as your title states. “Hora” is the national dance of Israel and what Jews do at weddings in the U.S. “Lashon” means “tongue” in English. “Ha” means “the” in English and “ra” means “bad” in English. Thus the expression is “tongue the bad” – or bad tongue in English grammar. Okay, back to our regular scheduled program…

Yes, because the horrible truth can be so noisy, can’t it? We wouldn’t want to muck up New York and its “tranquility” with a truth-filled sign. Step back 9/11 tranquility, Pam’s coming through! ha! If that’s not the fallacy of hyperbole then I don’t know what the hell is. His arrogant farts are more a danger to New York’s tranquility than Pam’s humanitarian ads.

Blah blah blah…blah blah …(one more) BLAH!. The crux of his argument is the “captive audience” from the Shaker Heights case. But that strikes me as absurd. In public we are all “captives” in a free society with our exposure to the views and actions of others. Why, just the other day I had to sit on the bus and be held captive to one black man’s view of white people, and it wasn’t favorable. Included was much vulgar language and in front of children. We were all f*ing “captives” to his drunken tirade. I’m quite sure that this man was a far greater threat to the tranquility and “opportunity” for safe transportation than Pam’s ads.
Moerdler is a carnival hawker for bad morals. He has sung a fascist anthem with an operatic flair. He is a mercenary for antisemitic hate. He has removed all doubt, he is a man of the lowest character and basest means.
