Honor Killing in Dearborn: Muslim Tortures and Stabs His Sister Mulitple Times

Another honor killing in Dearborn. And the city of Dearborn is still fighting me in our lawsuit against the city to run ads offering help for Muslims girls living in dangerous households. It was a lawsuit we won, but it was successfully appealed by the city, and the battle goes on. Who can say if our bus ads would have helped Asyh Elmawri?

Dearborn’s police chief Ron Haddad is already scrubbing the honor motive, saying that it was a “domestic violence incident that escalated” — much the way Haddad and his police department did with the honor murder of Jessica Mokdad, whose own best friend said that Jessica lived in fear of an Islamic honor murder. The Dearborn police department is currently being sued for covering up honor killings in the heavily populated Muslim area.  We fought back — more here.

And we worked hard to expose the cover-up of the honor murder of Fatima Abdullah.

Police Chief Ronald Haddad is a notorious hatchet man for the Islamic supremacist community. Atlas readers recall that it was Haddad who enforced sharia at an Arab Festival, prohibiting Christians from distributing leaflets or speaking there. Haddad’s edict was subsequently thrown out in court for violation of the first amendment.

Asyh Elmawri, a college student, was tortured and stabbed multiple times. Of course, the reporters on all of these news stories scrub all mention of the Islamic code of honor violence.

Asyh Elmawri found dead in home on Bingham Street on Saturday

Dearborn’s police chief says a “domestic violence incident that escalated” apparently led a 23-year-old man to stab and kill his 30-year-old sister in the Detroit suburb.

Haron R. Elmawri was arraigned Monday on first-degree murder and torture charges in the death Saturday of Asyh Elmawri. District Judge Sam Salamey ordered him jailed on a $1 million bond and scheduled a probable cause hearing Aug. 8.

The court says Haron Elmawri is awaiting appointment of a defense lawyer.

The Wayne County Medical Examiner’s Office says Asyh Elmawri died from a combination of strangulation and multiple stab wounds.

Police Chief Ronald Haddad hasn’t disclosed a motive for the killing and says facts around it remain under investigation. He says his department’s “hearts go out to the family of the victim.”

DEARBORN, Mich. (WXYZ) – Haron Rajeh Elmawri, a 23-year-old Dearborn man, was arraigned in court Monday on charges of First-Degree Murder and torture.

The Associated Press reported that the victim, his 30-year-old sister, died on Saturday from strangulation and multiple stab wounds.

The incident took place in the 7500 block of Bingham in Dearborn. It seems to have been a domestic violence dispute.

An exam date is scheduled for August 8. Bond is set for one million dollars, with GPS tracking if released.
