The silence of the world on the most brutal and savge ideology on the face of the eath, the sharia, is a stunning indictment of the low state of the “modern” world.

“Man in Mauritania to face death penalty after he criticized prophet,” UPI, January 8, 2104

NOUAKCHOTT, Mauritania, Jan. 7 (UPI) — A man in Mauritania convicted of apostasy faces the death penalty after he wrote an article criticizing the Prophet Muhammad, Middle East Online said.

The young man, who has not been identified, was arrested Thursday and convicted of lack of respect for the prophet.

He will be given a chance to repent, but if he does not, he will face the death penalty, the report said.

The article was published on several websites and questioned the prophet’s decisions during the holy wars.

Sharia law is enforced in Mauritania.

Please take a moment to consider this. Now, more than ever, people are reading Geller Report for news they won't get anywhere else. But advertising revenues have all but disappeared.
