Cummings and Rep. Jackie Speier.

During the second portion of a House Oversight and Government Reform hearing
about Benghazi Thursday on Capitol Hill, the majority of Democrats on
the Committee left the room and refused to listen to the testimony of
Patricia Smith and Charles Woods. Ms. Smith is the mother of Sean Smith,
an information management officer killed in the 9/11 Benghazi attack.
Charles Woods is the father of Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods, who was also
killed.

Does anyone know why they left? I would very much like to know the answer to that question. I’m hoping that there is something other than a petulant, politically motivated response to that question.
If the Democrats left because they considered it inappropriate to hear from these witnesses and wanted to show their disrespect for them as well as their majority colleagues, well nothing could more vividly illustrate what a bunch of scumbags infest the Democrat Party. If that were the motive, I’d be surprised that Rep. Cummings stayed in the room.
This is not a question I care to pose, but one that I consider nonetheless. Is a nation that votes for a political party whose members refuse to hear this testimony worth defending, worth saving? The “obvious” answer to the question posed in my first paragraph (which may not be the correct answer) could easily lead me into a kind of nihilist thinking about American government and American society.

I would like each of the Democrat members who left prior to giving dignity to hearing about dead Americans by their family members to have to go on the record explaining why and then posting it here and other Benghazi centered web sites. Thank you. This is such a flagrant disregard and disrespect of our Military members and their families. These elected pigs make me sick.

Just one problem with your analysis, Rubyk. The people elected these jackasses- multiple times. In a representative democracy, the people, broadly speaking, do get the kind of government they deserve.
This is the level to which the US of A has sunk: we would rather have the siren lies of Hillary than hear the testimony of those who lost loved ones as a result of dereliction of duty at the highest levels of government combined with a deceitful, cynical attempt to manage the post-mortem.

The great people, who worked so diligently to create a US Government that would represent a free people must be rolling in their graves. I’m sure they never expected that fascists would be sitting in Congress.

Why do I find myself agreeing more with Vladimir Putin, on the subject of Islamic terrorism, than I do “Our Dear Leader?” Is it because there is a vacuum of leadership in the Oval Office, or is it because Barack Obama is more of a jihad sympathizer than the Russian president?
One thing I know Putin won’t be doing when capturing these Islamic fascist butchers—Mirandizing them. Sounds good to me.

“spitting on their graves” indeed. this dishonors the two brave Americans who rushed to the consulate to save others, among them devout Christian Tyrone Woods, the man in blue above by “leaving the Benghazi hearing testimony” and the families of the fallen in the dust these cowards prove they KNEW it was a cover-up by the Obama team from the start they were aware this was a terrorist attack and are leaving the families of the dead with no recourse to justice.
