Florida synagogue to host Reza Aslan, Board member of lobbying group for Islamic Republic of Iran

Can you imagine? This immature,
subversive Aslan is fawned over on every show by everyone — including now even liberal Jews. Nut they ban me from speaking, a proud and fierce Jewess.

Call them and courteously tell them what you think: Temple Judea: (561) 624-4633 Email: [email protected].

Florida synagogue to host Reza Aslan, Board member of lobbying group for Islamic Republic of Iran Jihadwatch, September 9, 2013

Would Temple Judea have hosted Josef Goebbels in 1938?

Reza Aslan is a Board member of the National Iranian American Council (NIAC), which has been established in court as a lobbying group for the Islamic Republic of Iran. Said Michael Rubin:
"Jamal Abdi, NIAC’s policy director, now appears to push aside any
pretense that NIAC is something other than Iran’s lobby. Speaking at the
forthcoming 'Expose AIPAC' conference, Abdi is featured on the 'Training: Constituent Lobbying for Iran' panel. Oops." According to Charles C. Johnson in the Daily Caller: "Iranian state-run media have referred to the National Iranian-American Council (NIAC) since at least 2006 as 'Iran’s lobby' in the U.S." Iranian freedom activist Hassan Daioleslam "documented over a two-year period that NIAC is a front group lobbying on behalf of the Iranian regime." NIAC had to pay him nearly $200,000 in legal fees
after they sued him for defamation over his accusation that they were a
front group for the mullahs, and lost. Yet Aslan remains on their
Board.

Also, Aslan has tried to pass off Iran's genocidally-minded outgoing President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as a liberal reformer and has called on the U.S. Government to negotiate with Ahmadinejad himself, as well as with the jihad terror group Hamas. Aslan has even praised the jihad terror group Hizballah
as "the most dynamic political and social organization in Lebanon," as
well as the anti-Semitic, misogynist, Islamic supremacist Muslim Brotherhood, which is dedicated in its own words, according to a captured internal document, to "eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within." Aslan wrote:
"The Muslim Brotherhood will have a significant role to play in
post-Mubarak Egypt. And that is good thing." Millions of Egyptians
obviously disagree.

He has also applauded and called for fascist thuggery to deny the freedom of speech to those he hates.

So why is a synagogue in Florida giving him a platform?

Temple Judea: (561) 624-4633 Email: [email protected]. Be polite, courteous and informative.

"Member Appreciation Event, Dr. Reza Aslan in honor of Rabbi Joel and Susan Levine," from Temple Judea, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida:

Help us begin our year long journey of honoring Rabbi Joel
and Susan Levine for their 32 years of service and create their
legacy…

Kick off event Tuesday, October 8th
4:00 PM at Temple Judea
Our first scholar in residence presenting in honor of Rabbi Levine

Dr. Reza Aslan, an internationally acclaimed writer and scholar of
religions, is the founder of AslanMedia.com, an online journal for news
and entertainment about the Middle East and the world. Reza Aslan has
degrees in Religions from Santa Clara University, Harvard University,
and the University of California, Santa Barbara, as well as a Master of
Fine Arts from the University of Iowa, where he was named the Truman
Capote Fellow in Fiction. He is a member of the Council on Foreign
Relations, the Los Angeles Institute for the Humanities, and the Pacific
Council on International Policy. He serves on the board of directors of
the Ploughshares Fund, which gives grants for peace and security
issues; Abraham’s Vision, an educational, conflict transformation
organization for Israeli and Palestinian youths; PEN USA, which
champions the rights of writers under siege around the world; and the
Levantine Cultural Center, which builds bridges between Americans and
the Arab/Muslim world through the arts. Aslan’s first book is the
International Bestseller, No god but God: The Origins, Evolution, and
Future of Islam, which has been translated into thirteen languages, and
named one of the 100 most important books .

Also, recalling Aslan's recent arrogant and inaccurate touting of his own credentials on Fox, in praise of his even more inaccurate new book,
I came across this in the Jihad Watch archives yesterday while working
on my own new book. It seems as if Aslan has a long-standing habit of
arrogantly citing his credentials as if they themselves proved what he
was saying to be correct:

REZA ASLAN: There's no such thing as values in Sharia law,
that is what I was trying to explain, it's understood in thousands of
different ways by tens of thousands of different institutions, who
really disagree with each other far more than they disagree with people
of other religions, the values that you bring to Sharia are whatever
values you yourself have, if you are a bigot, misogynist and a violent
person, your interpretation of Sharia will be bigoted, violent and
misogynistic, if you are a democrat and a pluralist and someone who is
peace loving, that's how you'll see the Sharia.

JENNY BROCKIE: Nonie, a response from you?

NONIE DARWISH: This is very evasive – Sharia law is a Malignant law,
it's totally based on the interpretation of the Koran and the Hajid
[sic], and the way Islam and the profit [sic] lived. I don't know
understand why he's white washing the meaning of Sharia – Sharia is a
set of laws…..

REZA ASLAN: I'm a scholar of Sharia, that's why.

Is there anything this intellectual and moral titan is not a scholar of? We know that Reza Aslan lies without any apparent pangs of conscience about the New Testament, people he hates, Israeli "atrocities" (that will go over big at Temple Judea), the extent of Islamic supremacism in U.S. mosques, and about Muhammad's career, and so there is no reason to assume that he will ever acknowledge that he is not the master of some subject or other.

Above tweet by Aslan blamed Robert Spencer and me for the honor killing of Shaima Alawadi, who was murdered by her husband. More profane poison from this terrorist spokesman. Send these tweets to the shul.

Pamela, just called and spoke with a lady named Barbara who described him as “a scholar who’s written numerous books and a fabulous speaker”. Apparently he has spoken their before. I offered her some facts and then suggested that you or Robert Spencer debate him. Needles to say, that wasn’t embraced. Then suggested they host you or Robert and she said she would pass that onto the Rabbi. I’m glad I could offer these dhimmi’s a good laugh. DUMB F*CKS!!!

“Can you imagine?” yes. in our politically correct age anyone who is backed by political correctness will gain a hearing.
“Florida synagogue to host Reza Aslan, Board member of lobbying group for Islamic Republic of Iran” would this synagogue allow Geller to speak at it? i doubt it. and the Islamic Republic of Iran is a world leader in Islamic Jew-hatred as we know form their threats to annihilate Israel (and America)
“He has also applauded and called for fascist thuggery to deny the freedom of speech to those he hates” what a surprise. freedom for me but not for thee is the motto of these people

The synagogue is reflecting its true colors. I would let them die as a congregation. The cycle of biblical justice continues, God is not mocked. If not in some form of slavery already they will be enslaved by something until a Joshua is raised up.

Reza simply regurgitated Talking Point Memo’s developed by Jewish commentators. I read his book a bit, without buying it. There is a section on St Steven Proto-Martyr. In it St Steven simultaneously didn’t exist, was a Helene, was a dumb illiterate Jew and was in trial getting details wrong about burial places. He was also St Paul’s invention and St Mark stuck a speech in his mouth. He’s also someone who misinterpreted Jesus, even though he was stoned to death by the Sanhedrin a couple of years after the Cross.
What’s it to be Reza? A fictional Hellenized Jew or a real flawed guy who had the balls to tell his own people they were stiff necked?
He’s also regurgitating the Usual Muslim tropes. But that’s beside the point in this context.

I love the term islamaphobe. May I suggest that if you are not an islamaphobe than you are an idiot. Billions if not trillions of dollars are being spent to keep you safe because of the global threat of Islamic terrorism. It is time to get real. Every mosque that is built is a threat to the health and welfare of the surrounding community.

Aslan has more to learn from the lovely souls at Temple Judea than they could ever learn from him, obviously. I can’t imagine what he could tell them, that Islam is as liberal as Judaism?

They will praise his “controversial” and “brave” book about Jesus where Asan calls the Christian God a savage !!
Not knowing that by defining and describing Jesus Aslan is defining and describing Jews as savages longing for the light of Islam !
He stated himself that his book “Zealot” was actually about Jews more than Jesus.
So there you have it. Liberal Jews pissing on Jesus (because they see Christians as the menace) together with a Khomeini apologist posing as some humanist !!

Well, at least you have to laugh (or cry) at the irony of this Israel hater who denies the Jewish right to our Land, speaking at a place called Temple JUDEA.

Reza’s rhetoric included these gems. Repeatedly.
Jewish Cult (Temple Sacrifice) Palestine (Anachronism) and Nebbish (anachronism). That’s what I’ve found after 5 minute’s of speed reading alone. It’s quite transparent Islamic histiography coupled with a fawning appeal to liberal jews who recoil at the very thought of Christianity.

I’ve always thought of Synagogues as ‘spiritual hospitals’, where the spiritually sick can go, hear the Word(s) of God, and be healed.
If Aslan goes to the Synagogue, then perhaps he will inadvertently find healing….
…and wouldn’t that be a good thing?
We can always pray…..
Just a thought.

I just emailed Temple Judea as follows:
Shalom:
I just learned Temple Judea has invited Reza Aslan to be a speaker. This is extremely confusing to me. Why?
“Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him; but the tree Gharqad would not say, for it is the tree of the Jews.” — Sahih Muslim 6985
“Allah’s Apostle said, The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, and the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say: ‘O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him’.” — Sahih Bukhari 4.52.177
These are the TOP TWO authoritative books in Islam after the Qur’an, and they teach the genocide of Jews is necessary in order for the Muslim Messiah the Madhi to come.
What does the Qur’an itself say?
Q. 5:60 Say (O Muhammad to the people of the Scripture): “Shall I inform you of something worse than that, regarding the recompense from Allah: those (Jews) who incurred the Curse of Allah and His Wrath, those of whom (some) He transformed into monkeys and swines, those who worshipped Taghut (false deities); such are worse in rank(on the Day of Resurrection in the Hellfire), and far more astray from the Right Path.”
Q. 2:65-66 “And ye know of those of you who broke the Sabbath, how We said unto them: Be ye apes, despised and hated! And We made it an example to their own and to succeeding generations, and an admonition to the God-fearing.”
Q. 5:82 “Strongest among men in enmity to the believers wilt thou find the Jews and Pagans; and nearest among them in love to the believers wilt thou find those who say, ‘We are Christians’: because amongst these are men devoted to learning and men who have renounced the world, and they are not arrogant.”
Q. 5:51 “O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guides not a people unjust.”
You have chosen to invite a man to speak whose doctrine teaches these atrocities against Jewish people.
Furthermore, the goal of Iran is to eliminate Israel. Reza Aslan is Reza Aslan is a Board member of the National Iranian American Council (NIAC), which if don’t know has been establish in court as a lobbying group for Iran, the same Iran which wants to wipe Jews off the face of the earth.
For the sake of your own people, please tell Reza Aslan he is no longer invited to speak at Temple Judea. Please don’t betray the Jewish people!

Lots of people better wise up and stop trying to cozy up to evil in the hopes that evil will leave them alone if only they are nice to it…
So much that is happening right now is too much like events in Europe in the mid to late 1930s. Just change ‘nazi’ to ‘islam’ and you get an awful feeling of deja vu.
Reza is just another of evil’s little servants. Impotent, witless, and souless, if not given attention he would wither up and disappear.

If he likes, I CAN locate him.. I used to find nasty emailing people for Control Data.
He is obviously a young and stupid coward.
With his IP address a LEO can get him down to ANY country, city and state. A dump from the ISP would give the LEO his physical address. Any tracker of a deadbeat could as well. If he draws the wrong attention, someone could be at his door in 1 hour with a warrant. A threat against someones life would do it, and its across state lines.
Our filthy mouth could do serious time! If he is in the west. Even Obama could not help him. (Leo is law enforcement officer)
