So when a devout Muslim says there is no moderate Islam, there is no radical islam, Islam is Islam, it's not islamophobic. Righteous, perhaps? And when the Taliban say it? I can't keep up. When Obama's most trusted and favorite ally, the Prime Minister of Turkey, says it, it's not islamophobic either. Respect it! But when analysts, scholars or critics of Islam say it, it's islamophobic. Get it? Neither does anyone else.
The devout Muslim who plotted to blow up the passenger train from NY to Toronto dismisses the legitimacy of
Canada's legal system. He insists he wants an attorney who will use the
Qur'an as a reference instead of the Criminal Code. This jihadist was a chemical engineer. He also pursued the idea of a biological attack that would kill hundreds of thousands. Well educated and affluent, dispelling once again the leftist/Islamic supremacist myth that Muslims go jihad because they are uneducated and poverty stricken. But facts are irrelevant when masking the motive of the most vicious enemy of our freedom and very way of life.

Chiheb Esseghaier is quoted telling La Presse in a prison interview
that the Iraq embargo, Afghanistan conflict and support for Israel are
examples of the West "plunging a knife into the body" of the Muslim
world, by comparison.La Presse says that, over the course of two interviews, Esseghaier
never denied the charges against him. He is one of two people accused of
plotting to cause a train disaster in the Niagara region.According to the newspaper the Tunisian-born scientist also appeared
to offer a vaguely worded hint that he is far from unique: "I am only a
drop of water in the sea. A detail," he is quoted as having repeated
multiple times.Esseghaier is also quoted saying that there is no such thing
as moderate or radical Islam — that "there is only one Islam" and only
one God.He says he only became immersed in religion after arriving at the University of Sherbrooke, when he read from books and websites about Islam and joined a Muslim students' association and began attending a local mosque.
Beforehand, in his native Tunisia, Esseghaier says he didn't even
grow his beard because his parents were constantly on him about what
friends he was making. Esseghaier is quoted telling La Presse that, "I
wasn't well," back in Tunisia.
Esseghaier has failed to hire a lawyer, dismissing the legitimacy of
Canada's legal system. He insists he wants an attorney who will use the
Qur'an as a reference instead of the Criminal Code.Esseghaier and his fellow accused, Raed Jaser, will be in Superior
Court in Toronto on Oct. 21 so a judicial pretrial, the next stage in
the court process, can be set. Jaser can have a bail hearingIn his last court appearance, Esseghaier refused a female police officer's attempt to escort him from the courtroom.
"You are not my wife," he said, insisting on being escorted away by a man.
His request was accommodated, with a male guard escorting him away. That
decision has drawn complaints in Quebec, in the midst of a broader
debate in the province over religious accommodation.In a separate story today, the newspaper reported that police
evidence includes a video of two men milling about the Whirlpool Rapids
Bridge at night.The alleged plot is said to have targeted a train that travels from
New York City to Ontario, operated by U.S. rail service Amtrak south of
the border and Via Rail staff in Canada.

Jihadist bastard, don’t accommodate him in any way; shackle him and drag him away like a dog if necessary by two women cops if need be, and have him tried by a woman judge.
If he is disruptive, than try him via CCTV and only activate the audio when questions are needed to be asked of him, when you are done asking, disconnect his audio feed.
Automatically enter a plea on his behalf of not guilty, and let his court appointed lawyer battle it out in court. This will satisfy the requirements for a fair trial, and will allow him present for his trial via CCTV. I can only hope that he inmates in prison, silence him once and for all, in a little round of “Jailhouse Justice”

He is right here. There is only one Islam, belief one God, One Prophet and the only dream is one Islamic world. One Koran, anti Jewish, anti Homosexuals, anti women and anti dogs. Off course there is only one. No Al Qaeda, no Al-Shabaab no Muslim Brotherhood. One people with one God, one prophet, and it can not reform.

This guy is a scientist, who had a graduate degree, a good job and had published a paper. So much for the poor oppressed jihadist.
He also wanted to use a virus with his training to cause the death of untold numbers of Canadians and Americans.
Meanwhile a member of the Toronto 18 who plotted to behead PM Harper, etc. only served 4 years of a 7 year sentence and somehow as a convicted terrorist flew out of Canada and ended up dead in Syria fighting for the rebels.

not all Muslims are terrorists but most terrorists are Muslims as the say goes
if a Muslim does not commit terrorism outright, it means either they are stealth jihadists spreading Islamic law by non-violent means like CAIR, ISNA and MPAC here in America and MCB in UK, or that they are ignorant cultural Muslims many across the world are probably in this category since Islam is all Arabic, many non-Arabic Muslims don’t know what the Quran really says the concept of jihad has been downplayed in modern times until relatively recently for a variety of reasons, particularly since for much of the 1850-1050 period most Muslim lands were under colonial rule.
but no more. thanks to internet, oil money from the Gulf States, and intense efforts by jihadists many peaceful cultural Muslims are being convinced to join the Jihad

I’m rather (expletive) off with these “home-grown” terrorists – and the converts (“reverts?”) polluting the land-scape. Why can we not establish a moratorium on Islamic immigration and shut down the mosques, where it is obvious where the converts are being brainwashed.
These are OUR sovereign borders – we CAN make the rules and the Libtards and UN be damned.
