bullet kills a man, a lying camera kills a nation.” This attitude led to
the new government closing the channel, after 22 staffers quit in
disgust over its pro-Muslim Brotherhood bias.Al Jazeera is the voice of the Muslim Brotherhood, the group now laying siege to Egypt and burning Christian churches there. (thanks to AIM)
Al Jazeera is a terrorist organization, and yet the impotent Congress allows this jihad propaganda on American airwaves. For well over a year, we have been calling on Congress to investigate the
treasonous sale of "Current" TV to al Jazeera (despite other offers,
including GBTV). Al Jazeera is the network of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Why wasn't it designated a terrorist entity, much like Al Manar (the
television station of Hezb'Allah)?

Cairo: The Qatar-based Al-Jazeera English network says four of its journalists have been arrested by Egyptian authorities after they covered events in Cairo.
Al-Jazeera English says correspondent Wayne Hay, cameraman Adil Bradlow and producers Russ Finn and Baher Mohammed were detained on Tuesday.
The network in a statement Thursday called the arrests "a campaign against Al-Jazeera in particular." The arrests came after the network's Al-Jazeera Mubashir Misr affiliate in Egypt was raided and staff detained.
Egypt's interim government says Al-Jazeera is biased in favor of ousted Islamist President Mohammed Morsi, claims denied by the network.Al-Jazeera English said authorities are responsible for the journalists' safety and demanded their release. Egyptian authorities today labeled Al-Jazeera Mubashir Misr a "threat to national security" and took steps to ban it.

The Egyptian example –
Ahram Online , Friday 30 Aug 2013 – “Police have stormed the offices of Al Jazeera in Giza, after hours the authorities banned its Mubasher Misr channel from working in Egypt.
The Qatari-owned news channel’s offices in Agouza, Dokki and Imbaba were raided on Friday morning.”

“threat to national security”? a threat to WORLD SECURITY! Al Jazeera is a terrorist propaganda show. good for Egypt for detaining four “journalists” fro this “news station” not that ours are much better.
