A teenage gap-year student was knifed to death in the street in broad
daylight by a "laughing" stranger in Manchester, a jury has heard.

Kieran
Crump-Raiswell, 18, was heading to look for a job when Imran Hussain,
27, walked up to him and "without warning" stabbed him four times in the
chest, Manchester Crown Court was told.

Witnesses to the shocking scene in Whalley Range said Hussain appeared to be "sniggering" as he ran to his car and drove off, jurors heard.

The killing was the second of two street assaults committed on total strangers within 12 days in January.

Mature
student Hussain, from Bracknell, Berkshire, drove from his student flat
in Coventry on January 4 and punched a man in the face in Nottingham
and ran off.

On January 16, he travelled up to Manchester from Coventry.

Peter
Wright QC, prosecuting, said: "It is the prosecution case that on this
occasion, fortified by the apparent ease at which a stranger could be
attacked, this time he travelled to Manchester armed with a knife and
intending to kill someone."

Hussain drove around Whalley Range and Chorlton in the early afternoon for around a hour.

"He was driving around the area, stopping and then carrying on," he said. "We say he was now looking for a suitable victim."

Hussain parked his vehicle in Upper Chorlton Road and then got out with a knife as his victim walked along nearby, he continued.

Mr
Wright said: "Kieran crossed the road and then entirely without warning
he approached him and he stabbed him to the front and back of his chest
four times before running off."

He said the defendant initially denied involvement in either of the incidents when he was arrested days later.

But he "changed his tune" when the evidence against him began to unravel.

Hussain
went on to claim he had been hearing "threatening and abusive voices"
and that he travelled to the two cities to confront them.

The jury was told that Hussain pleaded guilty at an earlier hearing to manslaughter by reason of diminished responsibility.

Mr
Wright said, though, that Hussain's medical defence was "contrived by
him as a last resort that only arose once he realised it could be proved
he was the culprit".

Hussain, of Tilehurst Lane, denies murder.

The trial is expected to last a week.

The ethical philosophy behind the British government’s ban on Mr. Spencer and Ms. Geller is purely utilitarian. The government is practicing Utilitarianism, which is nothing more than plain arithmetic. Sacrifice a few for the public good or for the greater happiness. The happiness of these two persons do not compare to the greater amount of happiness gained by the Mohammedans! It is the same ethics (or lack of one) among starving survivors aboard a life boat in the middle of the ocean with no food deciding who they plan to eat among them; should they eat the one who is less able to defend himself? The morality is to sacrifice the one to feed the many. Utilitarianism is dressed up as an ethical system, but it is evil.

We need to look at the root cause
Let a bunch of savages (whoops- is that ok to say?) into your country and what do you expect?
Mr. Crump-Raiswell has paid the price of his elders’ stupidity.
Frankly, I’m glad Pamela will not be going to that to that once-glorious nation in the nearest future. A nation that, for all her faults, led humanity to a higher plane, but that now seems to content to invite barbarity into her midst. It is certainly a nation that does not care to hear the perspective of Geller and Spencer.
My question, Great Britain is, “Why”?

I don’t think the evidence ‘unraveled’. More like it raveled, or accumulated. These jihadis should be proud of their actions and confess. Knife attacks were much favored by the Palestinians for a while, for their simplicity and effect. The jihadi will take his opportunities wherever and on whomever. Does that make them insane? Not legally.

Why was this bastid not arrested on the 4th January when he attacked his first victim? Because he was a muslim? Is punching someone in the face not a criminal offence now or does the law change when the perp is a muslim? Maybe if the police had done their job properly this poor lad may be alive now.
So sad – poor parents and family
Rest in Peace…

One hopes that all of this young man’s friends and family members and fellow-students will promptly join the EDL and/ or Gavin Boby’s “Law and Freedom Foundation” and/ or The Royal Society of St George. And that they will make more, and more, and more noise.

I doubt that very very much. His parents are prominent members of a Trade Union called UNISON, infested with leftists and Trots etc, and are pro-Hamas and anti-Israel and helps to fund the islamic enabling thugs at Hope not Hate – who set-up a petition to ban Pamela and Roberta from entering the UK.
Very sad to lose a son like this, so young too.

What’s with the nice business for these insane fanatics. Doesn’t Cameron have any responsibility to protect the citizens over which he rules? My God enough already with the fear of causing a ruckus or another murder or another insult in some way against good people. What is the reasoning other than cowardice and falling in line with the world order or afraid of what Obama might say. ?????People have to start acting normal and get rid of those who don/t

I would bet just about everything that the British Public are very sorry that they allowed immigration from Muslim theocracies. Look to the jackasses that run your once great Country….it is becoming a shambles with the immigration issue and your questionable political union with the EU.

Carry what??/ Rembember, this is in Britain. Can you even carry a knife there?
Oh wait – the root cause – the KNIFE. Ban the knife, knife control. Maybe Piers Morgan will move back there if they implement knife control.

There goes any claim that he’s not a regular at his local mosque then.
It’ll be a plea of “not guilty by reason of islamity” again.
