“Tragic, unnecessary” Double Jeopardy in Race America

What happened to double jeopardy? Double jeopardy is a procedural defence that forbids a defendant from being tried again on the same (or similar) charges following a legitimate acquittal or conviction.

They are going to try Zimmerman again because their SS thug-tactics didn't get the lynching they hungered for? And please don't lecture me that federal charges are not the same as the criminal charges. It's all semantics. The fact is that the Obama administration has put a big fat target on the forehead on poor George Zimmerman. Leave George Zimmerman alone, vultures. You tortured this poor man enough.

Story continues below advertisement

Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr.  said today that the Department of Justice would continue to pursue George Zimmerman. And this fiend framed it in this Orwellian way: he promised  "compassion" and "truth." Holder is to compassion and truth what Hamas is to human rights and philosemitism.

Holder said that he shares concerns about
“the tragic, unnecessary shooting death” of gang thug Trayvon Martin, So if Eric Holder is set upon by a thug who starts banging his small bird-like
skull against the pavement, no one, not he, not his service detail, is
allowed to pull a weapon. Sounds good to me.

And he vowed to pursue a federal investigation
into the matter
.

And the Muslim Brotherhood groups in America rubbed their hooves in glee: Hamas-CAIR Welcomes DOJ Civil Rights Review of Trayvon Martin Case

"Civil rights advocates" — yeah, and I'm the Queen of Sheba. Their agenda is plain: stop jihad profiling.

Here are the real profilers.

CAIR Welcomes DOJ Civil Rights Review of Trayvon Martin Case (CAIR press release)
(WASHINGTON, D.C., 7/15/13) – The Council on
American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation's largest Muslim civil
liberties and advocacy
organization, today welcomed a U.S. Department of
Justice (DOJ) announcement that it is reviewing the civil rights issues
associated with the killing of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin last year in
Sanford, Fla.
Justice Dept.: Zimmerman Case Under Review (AP)
CAIR said the DOJ should investigate whether George Zimmerman
violated Martin's civil rights by apparently engaging in racial
profiling prior to the deadly shooting. Zimmerman was found not guilty
of state murder charges Saturday night by a Florida jury. That verdict
resulted in protests nationwide.
In a statement, CAIR National Executive Director Nihad Awad said:
"We welcome the Justice Department's review of this
troubling case and hope a swift determination will be made as to whether
federal civil rights charges may be brought against George Zimmerman.
"We also repeat our call for members of the Senate to
endorse the End Racial Profiling Act, which would eliminate profiling
based on race, ethnicity, national origin, and religion by federal,
state, local, and tribal law enforcement."

We had the same kind of witch hunt in England over the killing of a man called Stephen Lawrence. More than a decade after the killing men were convicted on the flimsiest of evidence. One has since admitted the killing maybe because no parole is provided if convicts do not admit their guilt in prison.
A judge, who also happened to be a Scottish Clan Chief branded the London Metropolitan Police “institutionally racist” because of its handling of the investigation. Apparently, I am the only one who can see the irony of a Scottish Clan Chief branding another organisation “institutionally racist”.
It is remarkable how mixed race Obama is Black, but mixed race Zimmerman is White. Flexible racism at its worst.

Have we forgotten so quickly what happened to the LAPD officers after they were acquitted in a jury trial after Rodney King? Another black ‘victim’ and the feds moved in to file charges that sent some of the officers to prison.

I’m pretty sure the folks out there beating up innocent people on the streets “for trayvon” are infringing on THEIR civil rights (not to mention profiling, hate crimes, and racism)!!!

Sure thing Holder, but first, why don’t you get off your lazy racist ass and investigate all the murders of young blacks (since that’s the only color that matters to you) in Chicago that came BEFORE this case but still on your watch?

America is the only nation that did the impossible: she battled a historically entrenched color racism – and won. Ask if King would have succeeded in Arabia before flaunting the Constitution. It is now up to the American blacks to see the light when such tragedy strikes!

When they emulate the Islamists – it spells “INFILTRATION”

Indeed – flexible racism to suit whatever message the media wants to portray. It’s disgusting.
Zimmerman was actually portrayed as a white hispanic – whatever that is. I think we should call hussein for what he is – a muslim mulatto (among other things.)

End Racial Profiling Act. CAIR says no more ‘religeous profiling’. So according to this new law CAIR is pushing for, 9/11 terrorists can never be identified as muslims. No one can state that their killing of 3,000 people have anything to do with Islam. Hence their motivation would remain forever mystery unknown to the public. Perhaps it was a work place violence? Or shit just happens and 3,000 New Yorkers got burnt and crushed to death in a building hit by 2 airliners. Shitty Allahu Akbar?

No double jeopardy due to state and federal sovereigns. Florida may not try him again on the same facts, but the feds can. I report, you decide.

Radical revolutionaries have captured the White House.
This issue is not about color. This is about ideology. And this is about power. Race is simply one of many ploys to manipulate the masses to gain and impose power.
Under the Obama administration, it is distressing to watch individual rights being reduced to ashes. Increasingly, the individual is not even ‘allowed’ to defend him/herself against those who seek to steal, kill and destroy them, without themselves being branded and demonized. Outrageous and INTOLERABLE.

Photo caption — “Barack Obama got elected twice and all we get is this lousy T shirt”
Somebody must have decided it was about time for the Obama administration to do something for the black community and unfortunately for George Zimmerman he got to be the patsy. I think that’s the reason for the rage. People had expectations that things would change for blacks under a black president and they really haven’t.

Immediately after the incident last year, Holder said such a civil rights prosecution was unlikely because of the high legal bar that must be achieved. Evidently the not guilty verdict and his Black Panther handlers changed his mind.

I guess that makes Obhammud a white African-American?

The Trayvonites don’t want to create a double jeopardy. At the very least, they would demand it to be a triple header.

WOW, CAIR has the nerve to pretend to be against “Profiling” when the Quran is full of examples for muslims to profile non-uslms as apes and pigs to be killed as enemies of islam and allah. Shariah profiles little grils as valid targets to marry and rape by msulim men in their 50’s because women are no better than dogs. The Quran Profiles women also to be sex objects that cab be beaten if they don’t obey the husband.
Com’on CAIR, the 15 Saudi muslim hijackers on 9/11 profiled their victims as deserving to be slaughtered. When CAIR cries “racism” for slights on muslims, it’s Profiling all whites as non-muslims because how can it hijack the term if they aren’t bigots themselves to believe that all msulims are non-white and Arabs. yes folks , Arabs , because just this year Nihad Awad made a comment about islamophobia and anti-arab hatred that smears all arabs in the USA. By this comment, Awad implies that there are no Christian Arabs in the USA, thus marginalizing the non-muslim arabs as invalid persons from the Middle east.
These dolts at CAIR better buy a calander and see how there weren’t any muslim on earth until islam was invented by a pro-pedophilia Orphan that also married a women related to him. Islam in the West seems to prey on the really stupid people that are prone to violence and want to belong to some group of people no matter how barbaric and savage the tenets may be for a faith.

If this happens and they convict Zimmerman, Latinos are going to riot and a good chunk of whites are going to join in.
Is that what you guys want?

Just saw this. Let’s all band together: https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/civil-rights-prosecution-angela-corey-united-states-department-justice-she-deliberately-withheld/pGTglGG2
Civil Rights Prosecution of Angela Corey by United States Department of Justice for She Deliberately Withheld Evidence Civil Rights Prosecution of Angela Corey by United States Department of Justice for the unlawful Prosecution of George Zimmerman for depriving him of his Constitutional Rights of Life and Liberty by the United States Department of Justice, Eric Holder, United States Attorney General in United States District Court as swiftly and expeditiously as is possible.
Angela Corey is alleged to have omitted material exculpatory facts, such as photographs of the wounds on George Zimmerman’s head, which go to his defense of “self defense.”
She was aware when she submitted an affidavit that it did not contain the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. She deliberately withheld evidence that supported Zimmerman’s claim of self-defense.
