Exclusive: Pamela Geller reacts to U.K. forbidding her entryI have been banned in Britain.
My crime? My principled dedication to freedom. I am a human rights
activist dedicated to freedom of speech, freedom of conscience and
individual rights for all before the law. I fiercely oppose violence and
the persecution and oppression of minorities under supremacist law. I
deplore violence and work for the preservation of freedom of speech to
avoid violent conflict.I have never been convicted of any crime. I have never been arrested. I became a writer and activist in the wake of 9/11.
For this, my colleague Robert Spencer and I are banned. I shed no tears. I am banned from Mecca, too.
The British Home Secretary, Theresa May, said that my being in the
U.K. was “not conducive to the public good.” In fact, banning those who
speak in defense of freedom is “not conducive to the public good.” It is
painfully apparent that the action of the British authorities will have
the opposite effect of what they had intended. They have lit a fuse.It is also worth noting that in all this media coverage of the
banning of Spencer and me, not one media outlet had me on to discuss it.
Not one. If what I say is so egregious, why not expose me? The
last thing the enemedia want is for people to hear what I have to say –
because most rational, freedom-loving people would agree. Channel 4
contacted me for an interview and then canceled shortly thereafter.Further, not once in all of the media accounts were we identified
accurately. We oppose jihad. We are counter jihad. Despite all the
column inches, not once is that even mentioned. We are not anti-Muslim.
We oppose an ideology that calls for holy war, misogyny,
persecution and oppression of nonbelievers. I don’t care who or what you
worship. You can worship a stone; just don’t stone me with it. This is
very clear. But the media’s twisted and colorful descriptions of us
include “anti-Muslim,” “anti-Islam,” “anti-Ground Zero mosque
campaigners,” “right-wing activists,” “hatemongers,” “Islamophobic
bloggers,” “anti-Muslim pair.”

The British establishment (including the three main political parties, the BBC, the major religions, the press and the universities) have been infiltrated and subverted by the OIC and their agents. British politicians are notoriously easy to bribe (the joke is that one turnip is the going rate) and are inclined towards pederasty, which can be supplied by middle eastern Bacha Bazi establishments.
When bribery doesn’t work, blackmail and threats will. America thinks it’s got problems with Islamic subversion, but the British elite are rotten to the core.

The UK is doomed.

This acquiescence is a demonstration of surrender without a fight or even a whimper of protest; Pam & Robert, this is a pre-Islamic country in transition. A country that gave us the Magna Carta, is not the country it once was, the proud and majestic British lion has been defanged and declawed and replaced with a weasel.
You’re taking your life in your hands if you went there and would be much safer in any common wealth country instead, which is no wonder why Brits are coming to our shores to seek a better life.

Nobody needed to ask you your opinion – you’ve given your opinion in 1001 different ways. You and your friends have insulted and smeared the UK and even the Brits who posted here, who are on your side. Have you ever thought another approach might have been better?
Take Geert Wilders – he was banned from the UK, but instead of having a tantrum, like you had – he kept a dignified silence, and left it up to his friends in the UK to make the Home Secretary look an absolute fool. He was let into the country. Geert Wilders is more well-known than you, Pamela, and he behaved like a consumate professional. He realised that if he made the same kind of fuss you did, it would scupper his chances of ever getting to speak to like-minded Brits.
As for Melanie Phillips, I’m sure she won’t lose any sleep because you don’t want her help.
I remember a year ago today you had a similar spat with the EDL. Same thing, you insulted them without cause. A number of well respected counter jihad people from the UK and Europe wrote you an open letter:

“Your unfortunate statements were picked up and repeated by other websites and blogs, some of them quite prominent and well-respected. This has done harm to our common cause, and has driven a completely needless wedge between the American and European wings of the international Counterjihad.”
This open letter was signed by well known and respected counter jihad campaigners in the UK and Europe.
If you want to make a difference, Pamela – now’s the time to let it drop, keep quiet and learn from this mistake. Rest assured that counter jihad in the UK will not suffer because you haven’t made a visit here. We managed before all this, and we’ll manage again.”

I saw this on another of Pamela’s threads, and it makes sense to me.
I signed the petition because I abhor the prohibition on free speech, but Pamela’s silly reaction does her more harm than good. Do your homework and learn that in the UK, things are done differently. To believe otherwise, not even bother to find out about our country, is not just a mistake, it shows arrogance.

Pam could e-mail a video to be shown at the event, after all only her person was denied entry and not her image and voice. I think now she is just going to use this for raising funds.

I think that Britain is taking a rational approach for the protection of their people, given the situation that they are living under with so many Muslims among their population. However short sighted their view is, They are only trying to be prudent. They don’t want Muslim uprisings or anybody killed because of that. As I said, it is a short sighted view on their part and we (and they) may just have to live with it. Let this be a warning to America, that when importing the Muslim ethnicity, the risk of becoming overpowered by that diaspora, if you will, should serve a call to emphatic patriotism.

Do you not realize that allowing the muslims to frame the debate by worrying about what they might or might not do is succumbing to terror? This only encourages more horrors like Woolwich. We are seeing this take place in our own country with the Zimmermann trial. Threats of a “long hot summer” abound unless the jury comes up with the “right” verdict.

What about all the Americans coming to live in the UK for a better life and a much lower crime rate? What do you mean by “your’re taking your life in your hands if you went there?” Have you any idea how dangerous parts of America are because of gun crime and gangs?
