GITMO Terrorists Have More Rights than US Airline Passengers

Little girls are sexually molested by TSA (here) because our national security demands it but these savages are a "protected class." How very Islamic. "“The
choice between submitting to a search procedure that is religiously and
culturally abhorrent or foregoing counsel effectively presents no
choice for devout Muslims like petitioners,” U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth wrote.

Mind you, "the military said it found contraband in cells, including homemade weapons and prohibited electronic devices, such as iPods…"

Guantanamo Detainees Have More Rights than US Airline Passengers?

A
judge has just ruled that Guantanamo detainees need not be intimately
searched prior to meeting with their attorneys.  Instead, he says it
should be sufficient to grasp the waistband of the detainee’s trousers
and shake the pants to dislodge any contraband.  He said that more
intimate searching (such as we get at the airport) was an ‘exaggerated
response to security concerns’, and described it as ‘religiously and
culturally abhorrent’.  Details here (see below).

So, let me get this straight.  Known
Muslim terrorists, in detention at Guantanamo, are protected from
abhorrent searches that have been claimed to be necessary due
to ‘exaggerated responses to security concerns’.
But
law-abiding Christian Americans, trying to exercise their First
Amendment right to free assembly and the travel necessary to do so, and
hoping also to be protected by their Fourth Amendment right against
intrusive search, have no such protection?

Oh – the government has appealed the judge’s ruling.

Judge forbids genital searches of Guantanamo inmates before legal meetings

A federal judge Thursday barred the guards at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, from conducting genital searches of detainees before meetings with their attorneys and described the practice as an “exaggerated response” to security concerns.

“The choice between submitting to a search procedure that is religiously and culturally abhorrent or foregoing counsel effectively presents no choice for devout Muslims like petitioners,” U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth wrote.

The decision to search the groins of detainees was introduced in May by Col. John V. Bogdan, the commander of Joint Task Force Guantanamo Detention Group, after the military said it found contraband in cells, including homemade weapons and prohibited electronic devices, such as iPods. The searches entailed a guard placing his hand “as a wedge between the [detainee’s] scrotum and thigh . . . and using [a] flat hand to press against the groin to detect anything foreign attached to the body.”
Lamberth, chief judge in the federal courthouse in Washington, noted that previous commanders at the detention facility had avoided such intrusive searches and that guards were “limited to grasping the waistband of the detainee’s trousers and shaking the pants to dislodge any contraband.”

I refuse to fly evah…my choice….I will not comply by becoming slowing use to losing my rights. I will not jump into the pot of the slow boil of the frogs. If I can’t walk or drive I don’t go. So, in a sense I have already lost rights but I won’t give them the satisfaction of further abuse with their psyops. The NWO elites use of Islam jihad to terrify people into subjugation seems to be working. Who will win in the end? The communist/Fascists? The Islamist/Fascists? or the Free People with faith in the one true Almighty G-d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob? I Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem.

Everybody is so concerned with terror by muslims, world wide and here in the U.S. Why should we americans even have to worry about islamic muslim terrorism. Taking a flight shouldn’t be terror in itself. The only real solution to terror at least in our country is to eliminate islam, Out of this country. Deport the whole religion, all muslims, outlaw islam. the koran, etc. etc, But who would dare think this. A muslim free United States. Pretty much like those smart Japanese who don’t allow islam in their country. Do our politicians have the balls to start this conversation? Islam must go!!!
