no where in the islamic religion does it say to do these things that the few fanatics do, that’s like calling all christians thieves and murders because of the crusades, where yes CHRISTIANS slaughtered thousands of people, jews, muslims and even other christians that were living in peace side by side with them, all in the name of Christ. Your reference to the Crusades is pathetic. As awful as the sack of Jerusalem was, it is properly seen as a reaction of Christian Europe to 400 years of violent jihad on the part of Muslims. As for the Hebrew Bible, a good argument can be made that violence in the bible is descriptive, as the bible describes the history of the Jewish people who, like all people, engaged in warfare.
In contrast, violence in the Koran is prescriptive, and does not constrain violent behavior to a particular time, place or circumstance. The prescription for violence is open-ended.
I would encourage you to read Robert Spencer’s “Religion of Peace?” and “The Complete Infidel’s Guide to the Koran” before you either:
1) speak of things of which you know very little;
2) attempt to confuse the kuffar.
