Muslim Slave Trade

What a monstrous inhuman freak show. But these exposes would never see the light of day or be made today in the sharia enforcing culture.

Welcome to the 7th Century. A thin veneer of civilisation overlays todays open sewer of timeless ignorance and selfish cruelty.

Since this video clip is characterized as a documentary filmed in the 1960’s, “who” was it’s intended audience? This film contains material which would not have been suitable for a general television audience in that era. What is the title of the original documentary and is the entire film available for review?

As I continued my search online for more information about this video clip on slavery, I discovered that YouTube has terminated the link to a duplicate clip posted at BareNakedIslam earlier this week. In the comments at that post, a link to the entire documentary was provided: Slave Trade In The World Today, 1964 – Full Documentary.
Given the termination of the video clip to this documentary was already pulled from one YouTube account, may I suggest it would be beneficial to have this full documentary mirrored on additional video servers beyond YouTube’s control.

“Since this video clip is characterized as a documentary filmed in the 1960’s, “who” was it’s intended audience? This film contains material which would not have been suitable for a general television audience in that era.”
In the US maybe. The narrator speaks in what I believe to be the transatlantic accent. So it could have been intended for an international audience.
Documentaries about exotic peoples, african or native american tribes frequently feature nudity. Did american TV censorship ever go so far as to prevent even that?
Slave women don’t need to be covered according to Islam. So the nudity aspect of the film is not implausible per se.
Part of the clip certainly appears to be reenactment. (Multiple camera angles, etc.) But it was not uncommon in this era for documetary film makers to take some creative license. This tradition was revitalized by Michael Moore, as we all know.

@wtd: The clip does not come from BarenakedIslam but is from National Geographic archives probably originating from BBC clips of a previous film. It was posted previously on TheMuslimIssue blog in full form.
This ninety minute documentary, filmed in 1964 and released on video in 1982, contains a remark at the beginning of the video that the slavery shown in the film still exists. The film proves its point. To get access to film the trade the filmmakers actually buy two African women from an African slave trader for 300 pounds apiece. They also show female slaves being bargained for in Saudi Arabia. Not all of the slaves are African.
Most slavery, as it has for centuries, originates in Africa and ends in Arabia.
However, slavery exist in Arabia fully legally. In 2012 an Arab was advertising a sale of a ‘castrated African slave’.
