Here's the thing, it's not the ideology that commands genocide, the slaughter of innocents, ethnic cleansing, racism, the murder of Coptic Christians in Egypt and Libya, Christians in Nigeria, Hindus in Pakistan and India, or Jews in Israel and Europe etc that's controversial. The American Freedom Defense Initiative will release new ads on
between the hanging clocks on subway platforms, the NY Times reported.Last September, the group launched an ad campaign with the word "savage"
referring to Muslim opponents of Israel. Many of those ads were
vandalized.ADFI executive director Pamela Geller says the new ads will be out on January 7.
The new ad (below) features the burning Twin Towers and a quote credited
to the Quran: "Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the
Unbelievers."AFDI chose to advertise up by the clocks this time to avoid vandalism and as a metaphor, Geller told the Times.
"The clock is ticking, from a civilizational point of view," Geller said.

This is the first step to save America from all the junk coming to live at the expense of local residents. Should respect every American who does something heroic. Forgive me getting off the subject, but did you see Obama’s speech at the Sandy Hook memorial? I know it’s painful to think about, especially in the context of Obama, and I sympathize completely.
But… did you hear him give that speech? I could only endure the boorish deceitful hypocrisy for a moment.
But… did you hear him in his opening sentence say, “Scripture tells us…”
That’s when I had to turn it off.
He’s so obviously not a Christian.
But he has the audacity to stand before a church filled with grieving New England Protestants and blurt out, “Scripture tells us…”?!!!
I know — audacity’s his middle name. Or, was that… Oh, forget it!
I know there were Jews in attendance, but Obama was pulling his I’m-a-Christian routine for that occasion.

If he’s got the nerve to stand in front of a church full of grieving New England Protestants and begin his speech with, “Scripture tells us…,” why would anyone think he’s not capable of saying he’s our president while he’s handing our whole world over to the filthy invasive muslim savages?

These posters are a waste of time and money. They promote hatred towards Islam that will only harm others mainly the law abiding citizens of New York City. Can you imagine the KKK having a poster that denigrates the Jews in New York City? Maybe we all should donate money to the KKK or Stormfront and have these organizations post some niceties about the Jews. Now that has some merit to it.

@Georg. You should be more specific when you compare Muslims to Jews.
Muslims are not specifically targeted in the ad, but Islam is. And holy texts are. And the Jews would react to similar ads against Judaism by saying how they were no longer abiding to an ancient text with violent content such as the above.
And they would ask; show us where in the world are Jews still doing this? And there are no Jews who take violent texts in the Torah as presciptive for a long time now.
But the Muslims have to come clean and confess an interpretation of the quran, that is not prescriptive for all time. But now they say that the
Quran is the perfect word of Allah and prescriptive for all time until judgement day. And there are plenty of Muslims in the world who take this literally. And often in their actions too.
