Toxic But Right

13

Several months ago, I appeared on Hannity among a group of fifteen spokesmen and pundits. At the end of the segment, Hannity asked who thought Romney would win. Everyone raised their hands except filmmaker Steve Bannon and me — we were the only ones who raised our hands when Hannity asked who thought Obama would win.

Everyone else there looked at Bannon and me as if we had two heads and were being defeatist. But we were the only ones who were right.

Story continues below advertisement

On Election Day, when I predicted a Romney win, it was the only day I gave in to hope about this — the final polling looked as if things were breaking our way. Wall Street gave in to hope that day, too, and was up. But throughout the campaign, I knew: Obama's media machine was too determined, too ruthless. There was no way they were going to let him lose.

Hannity has had every one of the people on his panel back on his show since then except me. Yet I was one of the only ones who were right, and the rest were wrong. It is yet another example of how the conservative media keeps trotting out failed analysts who are wrong almost all the time, and yet are never held accountable for their errors, while those of us who are right are ignored.

These failed analysts and failed policies of the past have to be swept aside. It's time for a new opposition.

Pamela, while your work, dedication and tireless pursuit of the truth are admirable, Sean Hannity IS A FRAUD!
Hannity is as “conservative” as was Bush, McCain, blowhard and Mooslim-lover Crispy Creme Christie, and yes, ROMNEY!
In other words, Hannity is but another RINO.
Oh, they bleat a good tune, but true conservatives do NOT advocate for amnesty, do NOT capitulate to thuggery like like Obama and his pals, and do NOT run from truth. Hannity often HIDES the truth!
C’mon, Pamela, the entire FOX network has veered LEFT since that troublemaking Mooslim Saudi prince bought in, and their facade fools no one.
Well, almost no one.

Well, it was easy to see that Obama would win. The surprise for me was the fact that Romney received as many votes as he did. Why are you surprised that Hannity has only asked his fellow travelers back on his show? Those folks you incorrectly call pundits and analysts are really just cheerleaders and professional cow-pie tossers. They spin facts into fantasy and bend reality to fit their fancy. They all have an agenda and true objectivity isn’t any part of it. Romney was going to lose because he promised to cut domestic spending. He very likely would not have. However, so many people at every level of society depend in some tangible, substantial way on federal domestic spending, there was no way they would vote for any cuts. And I’m not even talking about food stamps and unemployment checks. Take a good, hard look at the very long list of goodies for the middle class. Not surprisingly, hundreds or maybe thousands of retired generals and admirals supported Romney. Of course they did, he was promising to increase military spending. It’s a self interest thing, not rocket science.

Pamella, you stated thus:

It is yet another example of how the conservative media keeps trotting out failed analysts who are wrong almost all the time, and yet are never held accountable for their errors, while those of us who are right are ignored.
These failed analysts and failed policies of the past have to be swept aside. It’s time for a new opposition.

Amen, Pamella.
We need a third Party. Let the Sean Hannities,Carl Roves, Dick Morris, Grover Norquists, and all foolish enough to fall in and line up with them do so.
They can welcome, embrace, and strengthen the Muslim Moderate they have created; sacrifice their children for the same.
Our choices are clear: to remain united, we must capitulate, abandon our positions of resisting and rejecting Islam; but should we stand, then separation from both Parties is clearly not only necessary but mandated.

What is scary to me is that what Pam is saying isn’t obvious to everyone.Priority deficient doesn’t begin to explain the consequences.

I am not a conservative, per se, but as someone who has defected from the left I can tell you with certainty that formerly progressive independents, such as myself, will have a difficult time being convinced of anything by the old Reaganite right-wing.
This is not meant to be criticism of Reagan, but to tell you that people like Limbaugh and Hannity and Coulter and Malkin… all those individuals associated with the rise of the Reagan Right… will have very little influence over the new independents.
The conservative movement needs fresh blood.
{And Pam Geller needs her own television show.}

Headline: “Axelrod Departs the White House, Prepares for New Mission to Re-Elect Obama Feb. 2, 2011”
Read more: http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/02/02/axelrod-departs-white-house-prepares-new-mission-elect-obama/#ixzz2C2bVbydX
So Obama’s campaign director started working full time on the 2012 campaign in Feb., 2011, almost 18 months preparing his ground team to get their Electoral College votes. They ran a negative campaign, demonized Romney as an uncaring white guy, and the media ran every silly “gaffe” and photo they could find on Romney.

Hannity is a Catholic, you are Jewsih. So he didn’t have you back and did have all of them back. No surprise to me. I grew up around Catholics. The Catholic boys used to throw rocks at the Jewish kids. They wouldn’t let them join in our sports games. I’d tell them to knock it off and they’d get angry with me. We need a new party. One step back, two steps forward. It’s for the kids and grandkids. The more things change the more they remain the same.

With all the money the conservatives have, why is there only one conservative show, Fox News? Why do not conservatives create an offset to Hollywood?

Your sexist party can’t help but throw you under the bus. Yet you keep waiting for them to respect you because you can hate as well as they do. Waiting to get noticed by the men who despise you because of your gender makes you a needy, hateful whore.

It is actually a good thing that Obummer won a second term. The countries economic troubles that are on the way are huge! We are taking about Great Depression proportions. This will all come down during Obummer’s second term. His administration will go right over the cliff and drag the Democratic party down with them. If the conservative wing of the Republican party positions itself right we should take both houses and have Jeb Bush in the White House in 2016. It is time now to hold the line on conservatism, start making our pitch to the American voters and go on offensive against the MSM. Hold the liberal reporters feet to the fire about their liberal bias and their dishonesty in reporting or their lack of reporting stories they knew about but buried to favor some group they favor.

Time to let ourselves feel the pain and get real about what we lost – a country responsive to conservative ideas, self-preserving ideas. As KJ stated, a third party is hopeless. The rot goes way too deep. The only sane alternatie, IMO, is secession. Right after the election, 20 states filed petitions for secession. This can happen if enough people want it. Call it “going Galt” on a state wide basis.
