A Nashville woman was charged with attempted terrorism Friday after
investigators said she threatened to hurt co-workers at the South
Nashville Dell facility last weekend.The trouble began when a
CEVA Logistics employee said his co-worker Amal Ahmed Abdullahi, 29, of
Zermatt Avenue, approached him during his shift last Saturday.According
to a release from Metro police, Abdullahi told the employee that "her
people were dying for Allah every day; that she was ready to die for
Allah; that this whole country will be Muslim soon; that this country is
full of non-believers and that this place (her work place) is full of
non-believers; that all unbelievers should die; that her life starts
after death; that her life is not here, nobody pays attention to her and
she should pick up a gun and shoot all these people."CEVA
Logistics signed the arrest warrant as the prosecutor against Abdullahi,
accusing her of intimidating/coercing a civilian population.Metro
police spokesman Don Aaron said Friday that he was not immediately
aware of anyone previously being charged with attempted terrorism in
Nashville."In the times in which we live, statements such as the ones alleged to have been made in this case are not ignored," he said.
Metro police were notified of the incident on Thursday and brought Abdullahi in for questioning on Friday.
At
first, she denied the conversation but later admitted to talking about a
religious topic with her co-worker, police said. She is being held at
the Metro Jail on a $50,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court at 9
a.m. Wednesday.David Raybin, a prominent Nashville defense
attorney, said police acted correctly in the case, but he questioned the
charge, which is listed as a class A felony on the affidavit against
Abdullahi."If you commit a consummated crime, it's a class A
felony, but if it's an attempt, it's one click down; it would be a class
B felony punishable by eight to 12 years in prison if convicted,"
Raybin said, adding that the police had probable cause to arrest
Abdullahi because of the possible threat. But, Raybin said, to
constitute an attempt, a person has to do something beyond making
statements."In an attempted bank robbery, people buy guns and
plan the crime," he said. "For an attempt, you have to have an action.
In this particular case, it is a really close question as to whether it
constitutes an attempt. I think we have some species of assault here.
She said she 'should' do something, not that she 'would' do something.
If she had said 'would,' then you would be much closer to having a
terroristic threat."Under Tennessee code, assault by
intimidation, which Raybin says he believes to be the correct charge for
Abdullahi, is a class A misdemeanor."The intent to use a weapon could run it up to a felony, but that would be a stretch," he said.

Part of the quote of this Muslim women was that “that all unbelivers should die.” this only reflicts the Quran . For in Sura 47 it teaches “When ye encounter the unbelievers strike off their heats,untill ye have made a great slaughter among them.” This Muslim womon must have goten this idea from somewere.

A very much more mild verison just happened to me yesteday. In the mall a muslim complained to me about my tee-shirt for the had word on it about Fascism/Nazism and Islam working together in the spirit. She said “How about the movie shooter guy ? I answered “He was just crazy and evil a religion didn’t inspire him to do that wicked act.” then she said something that I could not make out then walked off. about ten minutes later I thought, to be fair, to tell her that I did keyboard om yahoo.com that this move shooter should be but to death by the goverment the what he did. So when I walked over to tell her that she yell out at me “Get away from me and out of here for I call the security on you.” I just then said “I’m sorry that you feel… “she n then didn’r even let me finish and yelled out anain “get out.” In contrast in Pakistan accourding the actforamericas.com newsletter I recived it gave a story about a Christian woman and a Muslim after a short talk about religion the Muslim man walked of and then came back, not to be fair as I tried to be, and threw acid into her face. What a difference !

Well it’s heartening that the accuser wasn’t just called Islamophobic and ignored anyway. If she felt comfortable enough to say that much, he should have started recording their conversations or asked someone to listen in for backup. However, I can understand he was concerned that she would act on her words before he could get more proof.

This would never had been tolerated 50years ago. Americans would have gone after tnem and sent them packing. But that was back in the day when Americans were christians with chutzpah. This incident further demonstrztes how far America has fallen into PC cowardice. The muslimah is correct. This is unaccceptable as she is priveledged to come to Western Civilization and should be thankful America gave her entrance and freedom which she never had before, How much more she should be grateful try to make concerted effort to integrate with American workers and refrain from death thtreats from the Quran’s babaric Teachings to kill unbelievers. All Islamic people coming to North America with this type of behaviour and Islamic beliefs TO KILL fellow Americans should be immediately DEPORTED TO THEIR HOME COUNTRY. We do not GO to ISLAMIC COUNTRIES and KILL their NATIONALS WE share the LOVE, PEACE, MERCY, and GRACE of GOD instead if given an opportunity.

Yes, I think they should be immediately deported, too. I recommend Shane Scotts sermons on Islam and Christianity to those people who think all Muslims are terrorists and evil. Look at her face. I see similar ones here in the UK, even one of her at bus stop telling me off, waving off her hands. She was of somalian. It was miserable. Even when i look back, it makes me cringe.
Trust me, all these muslims, u know ones who really care about islam like her, are like that. however difference between many and the likes of this girl is most of them remains silence and just waiting for green light someday.
