This interview best exhibits the low state of the world, and how reason, logic and individual rights have been utterly abandoned for mysticism and the ugliest debased subjectivity. BFH writes:

Hello Pamela,
I have never written a letter in support of anything before, but I had to write to you. I was on my way home from a local animal shelter and I was listening to ABC Talk Radio. You were a guest of Geraldo Rivera. I agree with everything you were saying and I am very disappointed in the way Geraldo just brushed you aside and twisted your words. This country has to stop appeasing the Muslims and 'bowing' down to them, as Obama has done these last four years. If not, Sharia law will be our law too. I cringe at the thought of my kids growing up in a country like that. Geraldo made it sound like you were blaming all Muslims. I know that is not the case. However, the Muslim population that does nothing to stand up to the extremist…is almost just as guilty. Our president should be standing up and speaking out for the Jewish people, the Christians etc… He is a pitiful excuse of a leader, of a man, for that matter.
Well, I know that this is not very well written. I have lots of thoughts in my head that I have a hard time putting in print. I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with you and what you are doing. I have never been a huge Geraldo fan, but I just lost any respect I had for him.

Geraldo is, sadly, representative of the media here in the States. He I believe is more sadly Jewish (his mom)…. Ms. Geller, well done. Well represented. I am an American-Israeli attorney in Denver, and spent 12 years in Israel, served in the IDF, and can’t agree with you more. 🙂 The attempt by Geraldo at moral equivalency between Israel’s collateral civilian casualties and Islam’s intentional targeting of civilians around the world was/is lame, and your defense of your ad campaign correct and apt.

I just finished listening to your interview with this shit-for-brains Geraldo Rivera, and what I heard only confirms what I have known all along, that he is nothing more than a condescending, egotistical, and liberal apologist asshole of the highest order. The manner in which he treated you was unprofessional, disrespectful, and shameful. His level of ignorance about Islam and the message you are sending vis’ a vis’ your ads, is only surpassed by his liberal bias and lack of even the most basic moral and ethical compass. In short, Geraldo Rivera is a pathetic excuse for a journalist and his behavior speaks volumes about his petty little radio program and those who finance, endorse, and promote his unacceptable behavior. It’s completely beside the point whether “we’re blaming all Muslims.”

Wow, Pamela….I’ve just stumbled upon you through the publicity of these ads which you are running. Your words and the way you confront evil is spectacular. The fact that Geraldo is a clown is nothing new, after all his highlights in life came while he was competing with the Jerry Springer show. Talk about someone who only cares about drawing attention to himself. For the record, I never respond to articles I read online, let this be my worthy start.
The only thing I would have loved to hear would have been you pressing him on what he is doing about all the death and destruction caused by radical Islam, you started asking but he shrugged it off. My bet is that he’s doing nothing, zero. He is the real problem.

I’ve had my doubts about Geraldo for some time, catching only fragments of his schtick over here in the UK. This facade of an interview confirms what I’ve suspected: a huckster masquerading as a broadcast journalist.
Mind made up before the interview starts and barely listened to the replies to his questions. Pathetic.

Note the way he continually spoke over Pamela and conversed with the other guy whilst Pamela spoke. This old wrinkly is well and truly past his sell by date, in more ways than one. Yuck, what a horrendious ugly character, inside and out – and certainly not a good advert for Fox News, that’s for sure.

Pamela, seriously, you have to have a recording device 24/7 with you. I cant understand that you dont have that. Todays technical advancments make it possible to record many hours in great audio quality on a small SD Card, there are SD cards which can contain up to 64!!! GB … thats like 1 month nonstop high resolution 96 khz audio and it is a size of a thumb nail, if even that.
Pls Pamela, gear up on that, dont leave the house without ur recording device!

Honestly, WHO has any respect for Geraldo? You got to laugh. He’s always been known as a low, trailer trash quality journalist. The man is thick as a brick. He and Jerry Springer represent the most embarrassing form of broadcasting in America. It’s simply absurd that he somehow pretends to take on another role suddenly.

As usual, you know your material. Is there anyone who can have a meaningful debate with you? Anyone?
I have not seen one yet, all your interviewers lose their mind on you before the interview even gets off the ground.

There was a different anti-Israel campaign that was running also on New York City Metro North, but when I saw the ads in the subway, I submitted my ads as a response to these vicious anti-Israel ads. Now that was in September 2011. My ad was rejected, which I was taken aback, because a far more vicious ad. I consider my ads not to be controversial, my ad is accurate, any war on ….
Rivera: Calling muslims savage?
PGeller: I was not calling muslims savages in my ad, I said, to defeat Jihad. Any war on innocent civilians, is savagery, tens of thousands of rockets going into Gaza, going from Gaza into Southern Israel, Ashkelon, Sderot, is savagery. The slaughter of the Jewish family, the Fogel family. The entire family in the middle of the night, beheading the child, the 3 year old infant, is savagery. The behading of journalist Nicholas, I mean Daniel Pearl, was savagery. The blowing up of the bus in Bulgaria, with Jewish women and children on holiday, is savagery. I did not say Islam.
Rivera: Pamela Geller, hold on, hold on.

Rivera: You want me to start delineating all the civilian casualities, the women and children who have died on the other side, on the Arab side? I mean really, when you start getting involved in these things…

I can’t stomach Geraldo, when he is on any program, where I actually have to see his silly looking face, I shut it off. He was so rude to Pamela, and she was actually trying to keep it civil. So, what it boiled down to once again, even in that interview was that Pamela represented the civilized man, and Geraldo and the other two morons were definitely the savages. I am so sick of these pathetic and deceptive journalists.

Pamela, if you delete the below post (but keep it here) from Jerry it may then bring the thread back to normal. Looks like the italic tag has been left open in some way (usually it’s me that makes such errors).
You either have to be so elitist to dismiss the point of Ms Gellers ads, or have a brain with the density of concrete to not get the point of them. Geraldo’s smug, rude, and condescending interview did nothing but demolish his credentials as an objective reporter. Reminds me of something “savage” lurking behind a microphone. Unfair and unbalanced!
