SIOA Trademark Appeal SRO

We just concluded our oral argument before the US Patent and Trademark Office Trademark Trial & Appeal Board in a very crowded courtroom. Apparently this case has generated a good deal of interest in the US Patent and Trademark office. This is the last administrative step, following the USPTO'shere.
 
David Yerushalmi, co-founder and senior counsel to the American Freedom Law Center, argued before the TTAB on our behalf today. There was something special about today's argument, not simply because the "senior attorney" for the USPTO's office, who handled the examination and rejection, appeared as the USPTO's attorney of record (not the examining attorney of record, as is typical), and not simply because the room was packed with USPTO employees in the audience. The oral argument was special because the USPTO had no real legal or factual arguments, but instead made reference to vague and scary "geopolitical concerns and realities" of Islam and such "loaded terms" as "Stop the Islamization of America."
 
At the conclusion of the oral argument, the chief judge commended our legal counsel on an "extremely well argued" hearing.
 
Truth is, most of these administrative appeals are rubber stamps which the applicant, AFDI, must then appeal to the federal circuit. You can bet we are ready.

The irony of all this is the sharia compliant rejection of our trademark application illustrates the chilling fallout of  the"islamization of America."
 
But, as my able legal counsel noted, "If this process is not entirely rigged, even if only rigged a bit in favor of the USPTO, we win hands down. The USPTO has the burden when claiming 'disparagement' to make a real factual record. In this case, all the USPTO brought to bear were unfounded assertions and vague references to hurt feelings. Under the binding case law, this just doesn't cut it."

Moslems will push this to the death. That is not hyperbole. They know the west is all about courts and laws and reason and tolerance. They thrive on it. They depend on it. But I will guarantee you, if they lose this, they’ll appeal. If they go all the way to the Supreme Court and lose, they will disobey. They will never, ever stop and will keep escalating the issue until it comes down to violence and death.
We in America have become afraid to draw a line, afraid to win, afraid of victory. We’re ashamed of being number one. We feel like we must cast downward glances and apologize and be ‘inclusive’. We are now told God can’t be on “our” side, he’s on “every” side. Islam is just as valid as Christianity or Judaism. There is no black and white, no right or wrong…EXCEPT when it comes to Moslems. They are special. They draw lines all the time. They insist on respect without giving it. They demand, they usurp, they protest and (ultimately) they kill.
BUT THAT IS DIFFERENT (somehow). We still are encouraged in the media and by our politicians to say “Yes yes, we’re sorry, we understand, you’re right, forgive us, Allah’u Akbar.”
Well, we either stand up now, or find out what it’s like to knuckle-under and live as the slaves of Islam. That is the choice. Black or white, no “shades of grey”.

We need help in Geneva, Switzerland.
Please pass on the following information: a school prohibits the girls to do gymnastics outside in order no to schock the muslims going to mosque next door!
They have to stay in a gymnastics hall without air conditioning.
Naturally the boys can do gymnastics outside.
I wrote several times to some political parties, but they don’t react seriously.
Please transmit this information as the world must know what happens in Geneva.
The school is located in a district called Chavannes.
Hope you will act more seriously as our politicians.
