'I saw my parents kill my sister': The sister of Shafelia Ahmed (pictured) told police she saw her parents kill the teenager by forcing a bag into her mouth and suffocating her, a court heard

The sister of murdered teenager Shafilea Ahmed told police she saw her parents kill her by forcing a bag into her mouth and suffocating her, a court heard today.

Iftikhar and Farzana Ahmed are accused of killing their 17-year-old daughter Shafilea in the family home in Warrington in September, 2003.

The murder was allegedly witnessed by Shafilea's younger sister Alesha, now 23, who kept the secret for seven years.

Andrew Edis QC told Chester Crown Court: 'She (Alesha) describes what is an act of suffocation by both her parents acting together. She had a bag forced into her mouth.'

Mr Edis said Alesha will tell the court how she saw her parents in the kitchen of their home with bin bags and tape, wrapping the body up.

'She looked out of the window and saw her father with a large object wrapped in bin bags,' Mr Edis said.

'She assumed that was the body of her sister.'

He said she then heard a car driving off. Shafilea's decomposed remains were discovered in Cumbria in February 2004 but it was not until 2010 that her sister Alesha provided the 'final piece of the puzzle' about her death, the court has heard.

Mr Edis told the jury that Alesha was arrested in 2010 for involvement in a robbery at her parents' home, in which three masked men tied up her mother, two sisters and brother.

Six days later she alleged to police that her parents killed Shafilea, he said.

Mr Edis added that Alesha was either telling the truth about the death of her sister 'which she has kept under wraps for years for reasons of family loyalty' or for other reasons because her relationship with her parents 'became toxic'.

Mr Edis said Alesha, who is on witness protection, was awaiting sentence on the robbery charge and added: 'She hasn't received any promises or indeed any inducement prior to when she first made these allegations.'

He described her disclosure as a 'bombshell' and said it was either the truth or 'a wicked lie made up to help herself'. He added: 'She now finds herself estranged from the family as a result of what she has said. Her life has turned upside down because of what she has said and what she has done.'

I hope the corrupt law enforcement and judiciary of the UK are smart enough to put Alesha Ahmed in protective custody, otherwise their star witness just might disappear.
Then again, they might just assign islamofascist apes in their law enforcement community to watch over her in the interests of being PC.

Islam kills the soul of all of it’s adherents. Founded by a pedophile with an extremely small penis, his humiliation helped to create a weapon against women, young boys and little girls. I have lived it and it is horror that no westerner can imagine. Moohammed’s first wife was a very old woman who took him as a toy. His hate for her teasing about his penis size caused him to rebel in a way that Satan himself could not do better. Please pray for the muslim’s that want to leave but cannot. It is not as easy as just doing it. They would all be murdered very quickly. To take away from the muzlim men their ability to fornicate with anything, and I mean anything, will cause bloodshed. Do you know that in islam it is allowed to have sex with a dead woman. With an animal as long as you do not eat it later. A boy that has not grown pubic hair. If you do not let your daughter have sex at 6 then you are not a good muzlim. the west lets islam rape, murder and enslave millions so you can have oil. What responsibility do you personally have.

Huh?! We’re now helping Islam to reform? When did this start? I don’t want to help Islam do anything but keep it’s fascist nose out of our lives. What makes anyone think Islam can reform? I sure don’t. The idea that Islam can reform is a dangerous fantasy. It’s a sure way to advance the Cause of Allah. Islam needs heavy restriction – a boot on it’s neck. Playing fair or nice with Islam will get us dead.
