Justin Raimondo Apologizes for Accusing Geller, Spencer, Horowitz of Murder, Reza Aslan Doubles Down

Over at Jihad Watch, Robert Spencer explains Justin Raimondo's libelous "apology" and the even worse reaction of the immature geek Reza Aslan to the exploding of the leftist/Islamic supremacist narrative that the killing of Shaima Alawadi was a "hate crime":

Justin Raimondo apologizes for accusing me of murder, Reza Aslan doubles down Jihad Watch

Jihad Watch reader Daniel has alerted me to the fact that Justin Raimondo, who accused a whole contingent of freedom fighters, including Pamela Geller and me, of responsibility for the murder of Shaima Alawadi, has apologized. I have no respect for Raimondo's complacency regarding jihad and Islamic supremacism, and find offensive and absurd his labeling as "hate-mongers" those who are fighting for the freedom of speech, the freedom of conscience, and the equality of rights of all people before the law. Also, he outright lies in claiming that any of the people he names, including me, have ever contended that "all Muslims are evil, deceptive, murderous, you-name-it." Nonetheless I have to acknowledge that this utterly contemptible and dishonest human being has manifested a small amount of maturity and honesty in issuing this apology:

Man:

In a recent column on the death of Shaima Alawadi, an Iraqi immigrant who lived in San Diego and was found with a note next to her dead body indicating it may have been a hate crime, I attributed her brutual bludgeoning to the general atmosphere of anti-Arab and anti-Muslim sentiment in the area. As it turns out, the note may have been a fake, and the circumstances surrounding her death are increasingly cloudy. Although I had no way of knowing this when I wrote the piece, I should have waited before jumping the gun, so to speak, and rushing into print with accusations against the usual hate-mongers. I specifically mentioned a number of those hate-mongers by name: Pamela Geller, Robert Spencer, Councilwoman Debra Pauly, congressmen Ed Royce and Gary Miller, and conservative activist David Horowitz. I owe each and every one of them an apology, and here it is.

While the facts are not yet clear, what is clear is that I need to do what every ideologically-inclined writer must constantly do, and that is guard against confirmation bias. Of course, the Geller-Spencer-Horowitz crowd will crow that this just confirms their contention that all Muslims are evil, deceptive, murderous, you-name-it, but it confirms no such thing. It only tells us that the human heart, no matter what body it rests in, is capable of nearly infinite evil.

Again, my apologies to one and all.

Reza Aslan, who also accused me of murder, was — predictably — not so mature or honest. He tweeted this in response to my call to apologize:

Boy:

Aslan thus continues to hasten his own professional demise. Soon even the most blinkered and willfully blind among his coterie of Leftist supporters will realize that there is no substance to this adolescent creep, and that he is an embarrassment even to them.

Dennis Raimondo is a Scot Lively type character. Things are so bad against those in opposition to jihad that at least Raimondo did something of an apology.
Reza Aslan, who deceitfully pretends to be a moderate, did not even take that step.

For some reason the hyperlink with Scott Lively didn’t take. Will try again with just the URL: http://www.thepinkswastika.com/

“Soon even the most blinkered and willfully blind among his coterie of Leftist supporters will realize that there is no substance to this adolescent creep, and that he is an embarrassment even to them.”
No doubt, however, he is well insulated. Take a look at the Wikipedia entry for his wife Jessica Jackley.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jessica_Jackley

Jackley is a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University’s Center for Philanthropy and Civil Society, and has taught Global Entrepreneurship at the Marshall School of Business at USC. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a 2011 World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leader, and serves as an active board member on several organizations championing women, microfinance, tech, and the arts, including Opportunity International, the International Museum of Women, and Allowance for Good.

Reza himself is not idle.

Aslan is President and CEO of Aslan Media Inc., whose holdings include BoomGen Studios, a mini-motion picture and media company focused entirely on entertainment about the Greater Middle East and its Diaspora communities.

Some of his projects include “Amreeka”, and “All American Muslim“.

“You owe me an apology for that beard you sexy walrus.” Raza Aslan is constantly bringing to surface his closet homosexual qualities. This constant obsession with sex – sexual innuendos towards men – is not unusual.
Although I may not have direct proof that Aslan is gay, most of us know a homosexual when we see one: the efeminite high voice and subtle movements, the repeat innuendos of sex, the denials yet fascination with the subject, and on and on.
Luckily for Raza Aslan, he has been able to avoid execution for being gay because he has had the fortune to spend his entire life in a WESTERN and CHRISTIAN nation that does not persecute others for their private and personal beliefs or sexual activities. I am sure, however, that Raza Aslan continues to fiercely deny and hide his homosexual qualities to his own Muslim community, although he openly supports acceptance of Muslim lesbians and homosexuals – a view which is completely contrary to Islam – and pretends that Islam is open, loving and accepting just so he himself can feel better about his sexual tendencies and accept them, and not feel that Allah is denying him acceptance.

Raza could be a chicken hawk, after all Bacha Bazi is a Persian word.
