Hamas-tied CAIR Hassan Shibly Shrieks “Entrapment” of Muslim Bomb Plotter of Night Clubs and Sheriff’s Office in Florida

9

Yesterday, a Florida Muslim from Kosovo was arrested in Florida in a massive night club bomb plot: "We all have to die, so why not die the Islamic way?"

Hassan Shibly, director of CAIR's Florida chapter, is crying "entrapment." This is, of course, typical of jihadis, but what is really outrageous is that the FBI briefed Shibly prior to Osmakac's arrest. Hamas-CAIR was briefed? Was Qaradawi briefed, too?

New video has emerged that shows how pious and violent Sami Osmakac really was. Devout Muslim Osmakac attacked and bloodied Christian street preachers and produced videos proselytizing and spreading the word of allah.

Story continues below advertisement

Hassan Shibly, director of CAIR's Florida chapter, expressed "concern about a perception of entrapment" and said CAIR will monitor the case.

"The weapons and explosives were provided by the government. Was he just a troubled individual, or did he pose a real threat?" said Shibly, who was briefed by FBI agents prior to Osmakac's arraignment.

Osmakac planned to build a car bomb and wanted to use the explosive belt to "get in somewhere where there's a lot of people" and take hostages, according to authorities. He allegedly stated that he would then make demands of the FBI to release some prisoners and then, "They can take me in five million pieces." (more here)

Hey, Shibly, he was a devout Muslim. Watch these videos. He is preaching the word of allah in one and headbutting Christians in another.

Hassan Shibly has been speaking to our children in the public schools in Florida. Voice your concern here.

And here he is having CAIR take credit for the capture. Are these people mentally deranged?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xSJesMTtxL4
And this from CAIR’s daily news brief:
Video: Fla. Plot Suspect Arrested with Help of Muslim Community (CAIR)
“The reason he was banned from several mosques is that people were concerned with his extremist views. He was against the Muslim community as a whole. He was against organizations like CAIR,” Shibly said. Shibly said Osmakac was eventually reported to law enforcement, and representatives from the FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s office said those reports were “significant” in arresting him.
CAIR: Suspect Too Radical for Local Muslim Community
Osmakac said he didn’t go to any mosques because, “they’re all infidels and because they allow organizations like CAIR to have a presence.”

Psychotic CAIR asks: “Was he just a troubled individual or did he pose a real threat?” Is that a trick question? Are these things supposed to be mutually exclusive or something?
YES, he is a troubled individual, because he suffers from a dangerous form of mental illness called “Islam” (often misconstrued as a religion). And YES he posed a real threat, because (a) he is Muslim and (b) he was about to perform the kind of Jihadi act required of all Muslims by their abusive indoctrination.
Of course the guy was kicked out of several mosques, but not because they teach peace. It was because hotheads like this who go off half-cocked blow their cover and get other people rounded up while their Islamic “religious” requirements are still inchoate crimes (however deep in the planning stages). If they let this guy hang around the mosque sounding the alarm all their other terrorists will miss out on their shot at glory.
This punk was going to kill countless American youths having fun at a dance club and make countless mothers and fathers mourn. He needs to be “martyred” on the deferred plan – life without parole. Let him practice Islam in solitary.
Or better yet, he can be the Bacha Bazi boy on his cell block. (Remember what daddy showed you!)

It ain’t hard to trap a muslim. Why, I’ve always used an infidel. Tie ‘im to da back end of yer trap, and set the trip door on tha other end. Put tha trap out on Friday af’ernoon near a minaret and straight away you’ll have yerrself a muslim. Aforelong, I ‘spect y’all have yerself a limit of muslims. Works every time, yeah sir.

“Hey, Shibly, he was a devout Muslim.”-Pamela
All of these types are about selflessness disguised as disinterested principal. They use Gd to rationalize control over women, oppression of Unbelievers, persecution of Jews etc. And they dream of the great masses obeying their orders. All collectivist thought: Nazis, Fascists (Corporate State-not a free market), Communists, Islam-all of the collectivisms lead to slavery.
Orwell (in his review of The Road to Serfdom (1944) wrote: “It cannot be said too often-at any rate, it is not being said nearly often enough-that collectivism is not inherently democratic, but, on the contrary, gives to a tyrannical minority such powers as the Spanish Inquisition never dreamed of…”
The same is true of the Muslim Brotherhood, real Islam, and Nazis what Orwell (who was a socialist) warned re collectivism. Collectivism is the most dangerous menace on earth-all of them, and their lunatics (CAIR, Shibly etc.) who treat beliefs as if they are facts.
It’s about power with these lunatics.

Shibly: “Was he just a troubled individual, or did he pose a real threat?”
Answer: Yes, he was definitely “troubled,” because he was Muslim. Islam does strange things to individuals’ minds, tuurning off their nominal reasoning faculties, and turning on some other part of the human psyche that rejects reason and compels submission. The world and existence seen through Muslim eyes are depressing and malevolent and to be escaped by shutting off all thought and perhaps going into the “missionary” mode to convert as many infidels as possible to that world view.

Osmakac is a Muslim who believes the homicidal doctrine taught by the Kuran (and thinks it a good idea to carry out these teachings). That is all any of us needs to know about him.
We had damn well better “entrap” every one of them while we can still do it. And we should start with CAIR and other such “Islamic” organizations.

As a DEA agent (retired), I dealt with this stuff when working undercover.
It is not entrapment because the defendant’s statements clearly show his predisposition to commit the crime. Predisposition is a legal term here. The fact that the Feds were supplying him with fake bomb materials (per his request) is immaterial. That is merely affording the opportunity. The entrapment defense will not work here. The tapes will show he intended to do this before the CI or UC even came into the picture.

If a corrupt official accepts a bribe, can they then claim entrapment because someone offered them a bribe?
