IRAN’S DIRECT INVOLVEMENT IN 9/11 ISLAMIC ATTACK ON AMERICA

Iran has not been punished for its role in the 911 attacks. As this new information contines to emerge, the next President of the United States should remove this murderous regime. That should be a campaign promise.

9/11 LAWSUIT REVEALS IRAN’S DIRECT INVOLVEMENT IN 9/11 PLOT

May 19, 2011.  Attorneys representing families of 9/11 victims today are informing a federal court in Manhattan that they are filing comprehensive evidence that Iran played a key role in planning and facilitating the 9/11 attacks and called on the U.S. Government to declassify documents detailing what the U.S. intelligence community knew about Iran’s relationship to al Qaeda prior to September 11, 2001.  “Today, nearly a decade after the attacks that took so many of our loved ones away, we believe the 9/11 families and the American people deserve to know the full truth about Iran’s complicity,” said Thomas E. Mellon, Jr. of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, law firm of Mellon Webster & Shelly, the lead attorney in Havlish, et al. v. bi Laden, et al., now pending in the U.S. District Court in Manhattan.  Wtc2-collapse

“We simply want to make sure that those who are responsible for assisting the September 11 terrorists in their attack on the United States are found accountable for the harm they caused,” said Fiona Havlish whose husband, Donald, perished on the 101st floor of the North Tower

Representing eight law firms from across the United States, the attorneys and their team of investigators have turned up convincing evidence that Imad Mughniyah was the main liaison between Iran’s leadership and al Qaeda and that Mughniyah played an active role in planning the 9/11 attacks.  Mughniyah, a Lebanese Shiite, was a top commander in Hezbollah, the terrorist organization created and supported by Iran since the early 1980s.  Mughniyah was assassinated on February 14, 2008, in Damascus, Syria.

“Our experts, including three former 9/11 Commission staff members, have stated that the evidence is ‘clear and convincing’ that the Islamic Republic of Iran was involved in the 9/11 attacks,” said Timothy B. Fleming, the lead investigative attorney in the case, of the D.C. office of the firm Wiggins Childs Quinn & Pantazis.

“The 9/11 Commission called for further investigation by the U.S. Government into the al Qaeda-Iran-Hezbollah relationship, but until now there’s been no indication that any government agency has taken any action to pursue this matter,” said Mellon.  “Through interviews with former U.S. Government and intelligence officials, members of the 9/11 Commission staff, former Iranian intelligence officers, and a wide variety of non-governmental experts and fact witnesses, we have undertaken this ‘further investigation,’” Mellon added. Before 9/11, the FBI considered Mughniyah to be the world’s most wanted terrorist.

The United States Government has accused Mughniyah of masterminding the April 1983 attack on the U.S. Embassy in Beirut, that killed 63 people; the October 1983 simultaneous attacks on the U.S. and French military barracks in Beirut that killed 241 U.S. Marines and 58 French soldiers; and the kidnapping and murder of numerous U.S. hostages in Lebanon, including the CIA’s Beirut station chief William Buckley and U.S. Marine Lt. Colonel Richard Higgins.

Mughniyah was also wanted by the FBI for his involvement in the 1985 hijacking of TWA flight 847 and the murder of U.S. Navy diver Robert Dean Stethem, and by Interpol for his role in the 1992 attack on the Israeli Embassy, and the July 1994 attack on the AMIA Jewish community center, both in Buenos Aires.

Today, the Havlish attorneys disclosed that they have taken sworn testimony, which will be filed under seal, from former Iranian intelligence operatives describing the direct participation of Imad Mughniyah and top government officials of Iran in the planning of, and preparation for, the 9/11 attacks.

These witnesses also describe the roles of Mughniyah and top Iranian officials in assisting al Qaeda leadership and operatives to escape from Afghanistan after the U.S.-led invasion in the wake of 9/11.  Iran then provided safe haven and support for these al Qaeda members inside Iran.

“The 9/11 Commission discovered, just days before publication of its report, important U.S. intelligence documents that detailed Iran’s involvement in aiding and abetting the 9/11 plot,” Mellon pointed out.

On page 240 of its final report, the 9/11 Commission stated that “a senior Hezbollah operative visited Saudi Arabia to coordinate activities there,” and that this “senior Hezbollah operative” and his associate were on the same air flights as several of the future hijackers who were traveling to and from Iran between October 2000 and February 2001.

“We have compelling evidence that the ‘senior Hezbollah operative’ was Imad Mughniyah,” added Dennis G. Pantazis, of the Birmingham, Alabama law firm of Wiggins Childs Quinn & Pantazis.

“Imad Mughniyah was known to be an agent of Iran, running terrorist operations for Iran and Hezbollah.  Mughniyah’s participation in the hijackers’ preparations for the 9/11 attacks leaves no doubt that Iran was directly involved in, and had foreknowledge of, a planned terrorist attack on the U.S.,” Mellon said.  “Discoveries about Mughniyah’s role are very important because, as found by the 9/11 Commission, ‘after 9/11, Iran and Hezbollah wished to conceal any past evidence of cooperation with Sunni terrorists associated with al Qaeda,’” Fleming added.

The Clerk of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York has already entered a default against the Iranian government defendants, and the Havlish Plaintiffs now ask the Court, based on all the evidence, to enter judgment against Iran.

The case appears as In Re Terrorist Attacks on September 11, 2001, Civil Action No. 03 MDL 1570 (GBD): Havlish, et al. v. bin Laden, et al., Civil Action No. 03-CV-9848 (GBD).  Over the past nine years, the eight law firms of the Havlish consortium have invested thousands of hours of time to investigate Iran’s involvement in the 9/11 attacks.

“When Tim Fleming and I joined this coalition of attorneys representing the 9/11 families, our immediate and ultimate goal was to provide the families with a full accounting of what happened, how it happened, and who was responsible for that terrible day in September 2001,” said Pantazis.

“Developing evidence of Iran’s involvement with al Qaeda regarding the events of 9/11 is like putting together a large jigsaw puzzle where many of the pieces are missing and will never be found.  Still, the picture is clear that Iran’s and Hezbollah’s complicity cannot be seriously challenged,” said Mellon.  “Over the last nine years, after interviewing dozens of people, reviewing hundreds of documents, and consulting with many experts in the field, we have developed a strong evidentiary case of Iran’s involvement in the 9/11 attacks,” Mellon added

“These families have waited nearly ten years to hear the truth.  Under the scrutiny of a federal Judge, hopefully this will be accomplished in the next few months,” Pantazis said.

Ellen Saracini, the widow of Victor Saracini, Captain of United Flight 175, which was the second aircraft to hit the World Trade Center, stated, “The September 11 attacks were an attack on the American way of life and on the American belief in a civil society where we respect others and resolve our differences in an orderly and peaceful way.  It is only appropriate that those who are attacking our way of life are found accountable in our American system.”

Iran has been waging war against us for 30 years, and they had their fingerprints all over 9/11. 15 of the 19 hijackers crossed through Iran on their way to the U.S. and they didn’t get their passports stamped. Obviously because you get a lot more scrutiny when you enter the United States with an Iranian stamp on your passport. Al qaeda is just a proxy for Iran to attack its enemies and have no paper trail leading back to them. Because we all know Sunni and Shiite can’t work together.(Sarcasm)
The Countdown To Crisis by Kenneth Timmerman, has lots of damning information about Iranian involvement with 9/11.

The Iranian regime must be removed, before they create the next 9/11

Browsing the http://www.iran911case.com/ website you can see under exhibits Kenneth Timmerman testified as an expert witness.
Countdown To Crisis is a must read!
If you read Bin Laden The Man Who Declared War on America, By Yossef Bodansky you will see how Zawahiri traveled to the United States and visited mosques all over the country. All under the watchful eye of Pres. Bill Clinton.

these are acts of war.
war should be declared.

p.s. islamic mosques in the united states should be closed down. muslims not citizens should be deported. they make war upon us just as iran, hezbollah, hamas and abbas do. and, the next time israel takes up war against them, we should join in the israeli military’s efforts to destroy them: kill of many of them as it takes.
this business of tolerating the existence of the bastards is just pure idiocy. anybody who advocates it is an idiot.

much as a respect your thoughts as an attorney and appreciate your help with ‘our’ great lady, how, pray tell, do we make that happen? we can’t suspend habeus corpus on the first ’til we get rid of the puppet.
(i have well over a dozen patentable inventions, but why bother if no one else comprehends or invests in the benefits?… let alone exploit them to the highest and best use)
“”this business of tolerating the existence of the bastards is just pure idiocy. anybody who advocates it is an idiot.””
there’s no tolerating by idiots — isn’t it more like conspiracy?
is there not an enormous cabal of internationalists that will be greatly rewarded by being appointed to a ‘board of directors’ of an international ‘freddie and fannie’? as the huge rod dave axelrod said to bobby ‘schafe dog’ scheiffer, “prove me wrong”

big ol’ can o’ worms:
not just every little ole thing that happens in the world happens “… according to hoyle …,” in case that has escaped attention.
as to the conspiracy, yes there is that. and, then there are the people who preach tolerance, and tolerance of the bastards is idiocy. no point in me trying to prove you wrong on some of the particulars involved, hell, i probably would agree with most everything you have to say over a couple long tall cool ones.
i am just saying, putting up with all this stuff is wearing precious thin with me, and with a lot of others i suspect, and it is just about time to suspend a lot of rules of civility and decorum to rid ourselves of the bastards.

My thoughts exactly. The attacks of 9-11 were acts of war as surely as the attack on Pearl Harbor were. And we haven’t declared war on Iran because…????

“” over a couple long tall cool ones””

“visited Saudi Arabia to coordinate activities there”
I haven’t seen much on the evidence of the Saudi Arabian role other than this:

“It is only appropriate that those who are attacking our way of life are found accountable in our American system.”
While I think this development is a great thing in the absence of action by our leaders, there is still something Kafka-esque about being attacked by acts of war and trying to win the war through the courts. How could we have won WWII if we couldn’t attack Germany, but rather had to get evidence every time a Nazi soldier shot at us and take him to court?

“time to suspend a lot of rules of civility and decorum to rid ourselves of the bastards.”
Sultan Knish recently wrote that it wasn’t that long ago that both the left and the right knew what Islam is. He explains how that changed in the USSR, which informed the US and European left:

I know we have some talented attorney’s doing a lot of good work for the cause. Surely someone must be able to get the ball rolling to show that Islam is seditious, subversive, and illegal and get this taken care of once and for all.

Yes, this was an Iranian plan. They were talking about it to me 30 years ago. Their belief was that the World Trade Center was a secret US government installation controlling the economy of the US, and if they could bring the towers down then could destroy yhr US economy. This, they radomes, would eventually cause the American people to rise up against their government and America would stop supporting Israel. Honestly. Of course they would use Arabs and other non-Iranians to do the actual deed because they think of non-Iranian Moslems (except for Syrians and Turks) to be like trailer trash hillbilly stupid types. All of those peole are the ones in power in Iran now. It was an Iranian job. I remember watching the twin towers come down and saying to myself “those little sh*ts–they did it” Everything makes sense about this if one knows the mindset and culture of the fanatic Iranans.

Wow, this could not come at a better time. Everyone knows Bush was itching to invade Iran, now we have supposed “proof”of their involvement in an event that WAS ALLOWED TO TAKE PLACE BECAUSE OUR OWN GOVERNMENT LOOKED THE OTHER WAY. Yeh, the TRUTH hurts…. doesn’t it???

The Iranians are a really clever bunch. They are not Arabs. They are Persians. Israel has been saying Iran is the problem for years. Of course, they were right. The current administration favors Iran. Whatever happened to the Iranian Spring?

More BS by CIA and all, to prepare us for another WAR.
If this fact was out there, Bush would have loved to bring it out and attack them – while he was in power!
One must remember that condoleezza Rice’s thesis was to surround the countries around Iran and take it over.
They would have loved to play with this idea, BUT, it was not made up yet.
Hold down to your seats as Iran had bought the 12 atomic Bomb that were missing, when the Soviets were dismantled — One of which that could have been delivered to Syria by the Ships that passed through the Suez Chanel.
This fact has been presented to CIA many time in the past 10 years and it has been put aside as they know it to be true.
How about exporting Love?
If I am not perfect and you are not perfect, how can we want others to be like us??? and worse yet, to think like us???
The only way to peace is not by stealing, ruling, controlling, … but by Love and only Love!

Why were Iranians talking to YOU about it? Was it just some Iranians you happened to know, or were they government officials?
I actually talk to Iranians here, where I live, from time to time. These are usually professionals who have immigrated to the U.S. There’s a large Iranian community in Washington, D.C., and many are medical professionals.
While we have disagreements, obviously, I never hear about extreme plots to destroy America or its government by violently destroying buildings and institutions. That’s not to say they don’t like Obama, which of course, might be tantamount to destroying America, at least as we know it.
Incidentally, some that I know don’t seem to be hostile to American Jews. They speak of their Jewish friends from when they lived in Iran, and they actually have Jewish friends here in the U.S.
Those that I meet don’t hate the U.S., they do disagree with its policies, they don’t seem particularly antisemitic (at least on the surface), and they don’t seem at all like the nuts and extremists running the country. They support their country more than its current government, they think some kind of revolution was necessary to depose the Shah, they are bitter over the CIA role in deposing what they see as their democratic and legitimate government under Mossadegh. The revolution that they see as necessary to get rid of the Shah was, unfortunately as they see it, a Muslim revolution. I think many of the Iranian immigrants I speak to would eventually like to get rid of the Mullahs and the nutjob.
Many consider themselves Muslims nominally, and are not particularly observant, if observant at all.
And please don’t say I’m being naive, I’m too smart for that. I’m just trying to figure these people out.

Really? Was this a secret?
everybody knew that from the get go, but who would listen: Bush wanted war on Muslims, i.e, Sunnis and Shiites are perfect allies (whether they like it or not). It made perfect sense to tip the balance of power in the ME by invading Iraq and handing it over to Iran. This though required active Commitment from the Mullahs in Iran in the form of bloody hands in 9/11. By doing that, Iran has proved its worth to the USA and its direct participation in advancing the American policy by advancing its own hegemonic designs. Iran got rewarded handsomely, but still wants to get th bomb.
Only when war on Muslims, i.e, Sunnis and especially Sunni Arabs (Palestinians are such a group), will the truth come out.
