Federal judge denies Hamas-linked CAIR access to FBI files

11

Judge Carney, you proud infidel, you! Keeping the Muslim Brotherhood's nose out of the evidence tent is a solid move.

Clearly, Hamas-tied CAIR needs to see just what intel law enforcement has on them, so they know what not to do now. I expect that the Hamas-tied group will continue to pursue this in court, with the millions donated by the Saudis, until they find a dhimmi judge dumb enough to give in to these supremacists.

Hamas-linked CAIR and the quisling ACLU were trying to compromise FBI anti-terror efforts in southern California and advance their Muslim victimhood narrative (which is designed to deflect attention away from the jihad and Islamic supremacism), but Judge Cormac J. Carney denied the foxes access to the henhouse. "Federal judge rules Muslims can't see FBI files," by Amy Taxin for the Associated Press, April 28 (thanks to all who sent this in):

SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) — A federal judge ruled Wednesday that a group of Muslim activists and organizations cannot review additional records of FBI inquiries into their activities but berated the government for misleading the court about the existence of the files.

U.S. District Judge Cormac J. Carney said six Muslim groups and five individuals who sued in 2007 to gain access to records they believed the FBI was keeping do not have a right to much of the information because of national security concerns.

The ruling came amid a nearly five-year battle by the American Civil Liberties Union and the Muslim activists to obtain files they believe would show the FBI has been unlawfully targeting Muslims in Southern California. […]

Shakeel Syed, executive director of the Islamic Shura Council of Southern California, was disappointed in the ruling.

He said he feels the need to constantly look over his shoulder, especially now that the court has confirmed the government has been keeping files on the plaintiffs that will not be revealed.

"I know that I am under surveillance, I just want to know the reasons for that and I want to know whether that is warranted or not, I want to know if it is legal or not," Syed said.

The case is one of several that highlight widespread concern among Muslim-Americans that the FBI has been spying on them.

Such concerns were heightened in 2009 when an FBI agent testified in court that an informant had been planted at an Islamic Center in Orange County. The informant provided information about the brother-in-law of Osama bin Laden's bodyguard, who was arrested on charges of lying on his citizenship application. The government later dropped the charges.

In 2007, the Muslim activists and organizations, including the Islamic Shura Council and Council on American-Islamic Relations, sued the FBI alleging the agency failed to turn over records they had requested a year earlier related to their own activities….

Well Well, at last, someone in authority seems awake to the twin threats of “victimhood” and “lawfare” waged by islam colonisers. Is there any chance this mans foresight will dignify OTHERS?

“He said he feels the need to constantly look over his shoulder,”
There would be no need for concern if he wasn’t doing something wrong and didn’t have something to hide.
“I know that I am under surveillance, I just want to know the reasons for that and I want to know whether that is warranted or not, I want to know if it is legal or not,” Syed said.
When Americans have questions about whether something is legal or not, they ask a lawyer or a police officer. They don’t file in court so they can ask a judge.

WooHoo…Atlas, an American Judge who obviously still believes in truth, justice and the American way…Go Judge Cormac J. Carney!!
Wouldn’t it be great if we could “clone” the Hon. Carney for every state in the U.S.A. Enough with the exploitations of gang-like associations as CAIR, et al. It’s prevailing moments like this that renders pride back to the American people where it belongs. And that’s what the American People Want..is Integrity & to Feel Pride in this Country again! Good job Judge Carney!

“I know that I am under surveillance, I just want to know the reasons for that and I want to know whether that is warranted or not, I want to know if it is legal or not,” Syed said.
The reason is that your fundraising has been found to be for terrorism so many times it warrants monitoring. It is warranted here in the US where most of the terror plots funded from here have been discovered or carried out. Funding terrorism is not legal Syed, stop doing it and eventually the need to watch will slowly diminish. Think of it as probation.

As a Libertarian I despise these throwbacks that force us to infringe on our individual liberties. Anyone that does not see that Islam is a THREAT to Western Civilization is a blind moron or a terrorist. So unfortunetly the STATE uses these MUSLIIMS to take ALL of freedoms, that is unless you enjoy your 8 year ole daughters being molested to get on a plane.
So the big question is, is the ACLU still full of Jewiciadal Jew LAUYERS or are Mulsim lauyers pickin up the slack in the ACLU, settin the stage for the Universal Caliphate!

Gee! What part of Islamic Terrorism 101 did Shakeel Syed not grasp? And, D’ya think the FBI could be keeping abdullah Syed under surveillance because he’s a participant in a death-dealing, democracy-hating, brain-washing, fascist, racist, misogynist, imperialist, seditious, political ideology that’s sworn to destroy anything/anyone that opposes it [such as freedom loving Americans]? Huh? Would the FBI do such a thing?
Oh, poor whiny little Shakeel! “Why don’t you Americans just lay down and let us chop your heads off? You freedom lovers don’t PLAY fair!” “buhh-huhh-WAAAHHHH!”
Shruggers, I’m an old man but I would LOVE to live to see the day when even LOUDER whining is coming from those Muslims who refused to leave Islam that are being shipped – forcibly – to the Saudi desert. Let’s make it HAPPEN!! Help Muslims leave Islam or help them find their way to the Saudi!
KAFIR AND PROUD!!

I am sick to my stomach already with the Muslims and their constant and continuous attempts at “exploitation” of the American system at every turn (part of their game is to exploit and exhaust). I would just love to see our American politicians wake up, take the lead out of their heads, remember who they work for, that they are placed in their positions to protect and defend our great Constitution and this great Country, grow a set of balls and stand up to those thugs (beginning with this Presidency to orgs like Cair, Muslim Brotherhood, etc.), deport and banish their asses back to Middle East, or to some other turd world country, if they refuse to conform rather than malicious attempts at reform! American people, Israeli people, for the most part, just want to live in peace while trying to live the dream. We only get to go ’round once – make it count – stand up America and fight for your Country and Liberty!
