Dick Durbin, a ridiculous man of little intellectual means, is now scheduling Senatorial hearings on "Muslim rights." Muslims are freer in this country than in any other country in the world, and frankly, no one gives a fig what they worship. The problem arose when thousands were slaughtered in the name of allah and the glory of jihad. We are entitled to our lives, Mr. Durbin. We are entitled to our security, Mr. Durbin. We are entitled to keep our babies safe, Mr. Durbin.
That is all.
Frankly, I might agree with a hearing on "Muslim rights" if it addressed the increasing surrender of secular law to islamic law, Islamic supremacy over the rights of all others. We need hearings on the special rights being afforded Muslims at the expense of everyone else. We need hearings on taxpayer dollars being used to fund Islamic finance (thereby funding jihad and prohibition on whole American business sectors). We need hearings on the violation of the separation of mosque and state in the public schools, in the workplace, in the court room and in foreign policy. We need hearings on the violation of the Constitution in regards to Muslims — no longer are equal rights sufficient, now it's special rights for a very extra special class, Muslims.

But no. This will be an attack on free speech and the few, the brave who speak candidly about Islamic jihad and the hundreds of thousands slaughtered in jihadi wars, land appropriations, cultural annihilations and enslavements.
This useful idiot, the Dick Durbin, wants to use your taxpayer dollars to make sure that Bin Laden, Awlaki, Congressman Hakim Muhammad Ellison, Nihad Awad, Ibrahim Hooper, Sheik Qaradawi and the hundreds of other Muslim Brotherhood groups achieve their goal unmolested, and that nothing stands in the way of their stated goal, "eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within and sabotaging its miserable house."

Let them hold these hearings, and then we can hold our own hearings. And bring a parade of reliable witnesses like Wafa Sultan, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Nonie Darwish, Simon Deng, Fort Hood witnesses, Christmas Underwear bomber witnesses, Times square bomber witnesses, Zazi compatriots, hundreds of victims — and finally, yes, finally educate the American people about abrogation and Islamic jihad. Let's do it.
Senate to hold hearings on Muslims' rights by Stephen Dinan
Just weeks after House Republicans held a hearing looking at the dangers of radical Muslims in the U.S., Senate Democrats are countering with a hearing of their own, scheduled for after Congress returns from a 10-day vacation, to examine Muslims' civil rights.
Senate Majority Whip Richard J. Durbin, Illinois Democrat, announced the subcommittee hearing Tuesday, saying there has been a spike in anti-Muslim bigotry in the last year that demands closer attention.
“Our Constitution protects the free exercise of religion for all Americans,” Mr. Durbin said. “During the course of our history, many religions have faced intolerance. It is important for our generation to renew our founding charter’s commitment to religious diversity and to protect the liberties guaranteed by our Bill of Rights.”
The hearing will be the first ever before the Judiciary Committee's new subcommittee on the Constitution, civil rights and human rights, which Democrats created this year. Mr. Durbin is the chairman of the subcommittee.
Earlier this month House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Peter King, New York Republican, held the first in what he said will be a series of hearings to look at problems posed by radicalized Muslims in the United States.
In 2009, the latest FBi statistics available, anti-Islamic hate crimes accounted for 9.3 percent of the 1,376 religiously motivated hate crimes recorded. That's far less than the 70.1 percent that were anti-Jewish.

By all means, executive and legislative branches of American government are busy safeguarding Islam in America. Muslim welfare is the part and parcel of most of the activities of American government.
Council on America & Islam Together (CAIR) has a very strong hold on American government no matter whichever political party is in power.

Choudary is on Jihad TV stating that Al Queda and the brotherhood are set to take over Lybia, will they thank Obama for his assistance, and our idiots are holding hearings to insure these POS get everything they need to overthrow this country. This makes me SOOOOOOOOOO angry it is so frustrating to have to sit and watch unable to do nothing as these complete idiots enable our destruction.
I was pulled out of the boarding line at Midway Airport in Chicago after having already cleared security because I “stared” at the ugly, bearded muslim POS who was standing behind me as we waited to deplane the previous flight! Yeah because I looked at him too long. They grilled me right there in front of the other boarders for about 10 minutes until other passengers indicated they thought it was BS.
Illinois home of Chicago is Farrakhan and Obama country.These POS have more rights than we do!

So now it’s “if you see something, say something, but don’t look too LONG at the ‘something'” Well, the geniuses at the TSA should clarify just how long a Kuffir is permitted to gaze in the direction of a member of the ROP, 10 secs.? A minute? This time limit should be put in writing along with the other 1,001+ rules and regulations for air travel.

Why would Customs confiscate fruits and vegetables to avoid potential infestations such as fruit fly, or enforce severe quarantines to avoid the spread of certain diseases, yet openly welcome a group of people whose “religion” requires them to destroy the society, culture, and country they are immigrating to?
Have ’em answer these Ms. Geller?

Muslims who are American citizens have exactly the same rights as other American citizens. No less, and certainly no more. Muslims legally in America who are not citizens have the same rights applicable to other legal aliens. Muslims who are here illegally are criminals, as are other illegal aliens, and should be treated as such. I refuse to recognize any other definition of “rights” allegedly held by Muslims simply because they are Muslims.
Somehow, I don’t think this is what Senator Turban’s little dhimmi hearings will come up with.
We are still on course to learn this lesson the hard way.

To Mac-101 I tink the question is “can a patriotic American be a true religious Muslim”. I believe the answer to be “NO”, so why waste the time. Muslims are Muslims first before anything else, that is a FACT, one that leftwing liberals have to come to grips with and never will because all they see is the “social injustice” imposed on Muslims by imperialst western governments such as their own. No….a “True Patritotic American” could never align him or herself with a faith that celebrates the beheading of a 3 month infant because he or she was Jewish. A True Patriotic American would pick pick up a gun and defend those helpless infants by erasing that barbarism disguised as a religion from the face of the earth. Similiar to what our Grandfathers did to the Nazis so many years ago, events that we’ve totally forgotten about. No…..Muslims like that and that are thriving in our country as I type can never be True Patriotic Americans.

This is why elections are SO important. Unfortunately, here in the People’s Republic of Illinois, we are run by a bunch of Chicago liberals. Cook county runs this state and you all saw what a bunch of morons live in Cook County when they elected Rahm Emanuel for mayor. Most republicans aren’t much to write home about but the democrats are absolute morons.
Like many other states Illinois is broke. In hock up to our eyeballs. So what are they doing in Springfield now? Trying to waste the money of our grandchildren by building a high speed rail line from Chicago to St. Louis. They never stop spending money they don’t have. They’re drunk on power and don’t give a damn.

Who needs the Senate to conduct hearings on Muslim “wrongs?” Perhaps Pamela, Robert, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Wafa Sultan, Nonie Darwish, Walid Phares, Ibn Warraq and other high-profile ex-Muslims should just create their own hearings and hold it in a nice hotel in NY or DC? I’d certainly come!

IT is just amazing to me the pandering everyone does for the Muslims. I have just found out that Tyson
food is exchanging Labor Day holiday for a Muslim day holiday. Has everyone gone insane? How is it that
Muslims can take over 5th Ave.in NYC for a prayer service in the middle of the street with the approval
of the NYC Police Force? How is it that no other religion would even think to do this? How is it that
muslims want Sharia law in opposition to our Constitution and you hear nothing from the politicians?
How is it that the Muslim Brotherhood all of a sudden is a peaceful organization? How is it there was
no outcry from this President about the killing of an innocent family in Israel? We are in such trouble
and no one is listening.
