San Francisco BART Advances Nazi Narrative While Violating Free Speech

We are still awaiting the final "verdict" from San Francisco BART on our campaign to fight the anti-Jewish ads currently running on the BART transit system since December 2010.

I submitted the artwork to TRITON, the sales company for San Francisco BART, back on December 27th, and was rejected because our ads were either not "content neutral" (and the anti-Israel ads are?)  or the pictures of the jihad against the Jews were graphic.

Either way, I revised the ad with the help of Atlas Art Director, Big Fur Hat 🙂 And still I wait for these bureaucratic anti-semites to deign to accept or deny ….. the truth. 

This century's Muslim armies and Hitler's Musim armies (raised by the Mufti Haj Amin al-Husseini).

They will be sued if they violate my free speech while happily advancing the Nazi narrative.

Pamela Geller, who writes the conservative blog Atlas Shrugged and who is the executive director of the group that tried to run counter ads in Seattle, said she submitted a similar ad in San Francisco that BART officials rejected. She has vowed to pursue a lawsuit if the officials fail to approve her revision. On her website, Geller describes the Committee for a Just Peace in Israel and Palestine spots as “Jew hating” and “annihilationist ads supporting jihad.”

“If the ACLU prevails in their lawsuit, I expect my ads to run as well,” Geller wrote in an email to JTA. “If they refuse my ads, I will pursue legal recourse.”

Much of the inspiration for the ads appears to have originated with a billboard erected in early 2009 in Albuquerque, N.M. That ad, which called for an end to military aid to Israel, was sponsored by a group calling itself the Coalition to Stop $30 Billion to Israel.

I did admonish Harris for not running a copy of our ad in his article. All three of those discusseed were showcased (two Jew-hating ads and one against "Palestinian" terror — part of that Islamic supremacist false narrative. It's not "Palestinian," it's Islamic terror, Islamic anti-semitism. Instead, Harris described the ad this way:

One of those ads, sponsored by the American Freedom Defense Initiative, featured a digitally altered image of Hitler and a man in Arab headdress under the headline, “In any war between the civilized man and the savage, support the civilized man.”

I wrote to Harris:

Why censor my ad? You should have run AFDI artwork  because your description is wholly inadequate and inaccurate. You ran all of the the other ads but not ours. Why? And why not mention the pictures of Hitler's Muslim armies (raised by Husseini) along side this century's Muslim armies vowing genocide. Or did you actually miss the point?

Mast was an activist with the International Solidarity Movement (ISM), and more recently he has been involved with the “Palestine Online Store.” He is a founding member of the Seattle-based Palestine Information Project which also goes under the name Palestine Solidarity Committee, which has campaigned to boycott Israeli products and produces propaganda (pdf) that declares that:

“The racism and colonialism of the Zionist movement, with its quest for an ethnic supremacist state, remain the fundamental causes of the current conflict.”
 
Back in March 2003, Ed Mast and Susan Barclay both of the ISM and both residents of Seattle, were in “Palestine” when Rachel Corrie – also of Seattle – positioned herself in front of a bulldozer and got killed. Mast was a “volunteer coordinator” for ISM, and was responsible for planning activities of Western activists. At that time, Barclay had been previously deported from Israel. She had openly boasted to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer that she knowingly worked in February 2003 with representatives of the terrorist groups Hamas and Hizbollah. Barclay said: “We are open to working with any political party as long as they are interested in non-violent resistance. It's almost irrelevant who is participating.” (more over at FSM)

There is always the danger of calling someone an anti-Semite merely because they want Israel and the ‘Zionist’ state removed (merely wishing Israel to be removed as a state is not anti-semitic, as the CAUSE of this belief could be several things). These people are ignorant (by choice) of any historical claim to the land by Jews and instead it is recast merely as an imperialist exorcise. They would prefer Israel to be a whole and would not deny Jews the right to live there but would remove all Jewish context – and likewise deny Islamic or Christian context. From their point of view the Israelis torture arabs and through Imperialist eyes steal their land constantly. After all many Arabs were pushed out of the land to which no one would deny. From this point of view anti-semitism *seems* to not be at play.
However I would opine that only a somewhat anti-semitic mind would deliberately and constantly assume the Israeli’s were at fault when an event occurs.

Sick self-hating Jew story from the Boston area: The outraged “interfaith” student religious group facilitator who tried to silence a group of us confronting two MSA taqiyya divas doing dawah at a PUBLIC SCHOOL meeting last month turned out to be the “wife” of a female “rabbi” from a neighboring town. Both were outraged at our “intolerance” of the ROPMA and sent indignant letters. They get my very first two-fer Strip-‘Em-to-Thong-Bikinis-Drop-‘Em-in-the-Middle-of-Tehran-and-Let’s-See-How-Their-PC/MC-Plays-Out-There award. Lesbian rabbis should go over so well in Ahmadhimmijerker’s Iran.
And if that doesn’t work, we can always try Riyadh, Cairo, or Islamabad.
We all need a little fantasy to take us through the tough times.

Some say that criticism against Israel is not always anti-Semitism.
But when it comes from anti-Semites it absolutely ALWAYS is anti-Semitism.
The people you describe above do not believe in objective reality. Their own hatred is far more important than the obvious truth. How else could they claim beliefs that are so demonstrably false? So what is the point of seeing the world in their point of view? You are looking at the world through rats’ eyes.

Well I agree I think the last sentence I wrote suggested what I think. But I am trying to be fair and balanced. I honestly believe that such a flight from reality has anti-semitic roots even if the person does not know it. I do not know what it is about the Jews that cause such hatred but it is ever present and seemingly eternal and cannot be explained through normal theories of racism. We do need more sophisticated explanations for why atheistic whites etc turn to arab religious zealots instead of a democratic state which constantly makes scientific and technological breakthroughs. It is not good enough to simply cry “anti-semite” even though that may be the true causal power behind it all! Our understanding of our enemies (and an enemy of the state of Israel is indeed an enemy) must be fully understood, as I believe a few commented below, there are Jews who hate Israel or believe it a fraudulent state.

Hi Poosh,
I am not being adversarial. My point was it is a waste of time to apply rationality to hatred because hatred is the most extreme result of irrationality.
You may be correct that we need to understand the enemy, but only to aid us in defeating them.
As far as enemy sympathizers, if you want to “save” them, you must first make them admit to their selves that their own worldview is controlled by their own hatred.
