NO “Hate Crime” Charge for Imam Bias Attack Allegation

7

Faked crime is a crime. After all the msm outlets jumped on the "Hate Crimes" allegation, it is not going to be charged as a hate crime after all.

The imam who recently accused two infidels of "hate speech" should, along with the accused, be given a lie detector test. Because if the imam is lying, he should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law — the same law that he hopes will indict the two infidel boys. These false accusations will incite Muslim hate and violence against non-Muslims here and across the world (more here).

We know that imams lie. Anwar Awlaki was the go-to imam for all things Islam after 911 for a long while. The Times and WaPo were punked when it emerged that Awlaki was the imam to a couple of the 911 terrorists.

The imam to Zazi the nazi was indicted for lying. Zazi was the devout Muslim who planned to blow up the NYC subway, mass transit systems, sporting events, stadiums, His imam lied to authorities. He was indicted on perjury charges. He lied for Zazi so that Zazi could inflict as much murder and mayhem as he possibly could on NYC.

Is vehicular jihad hate crime? Just askin'

Eddie Crespo won't be charged with a hate crime for alleged beating of Queens imam Daily News (hat tip Whup T. Due)

Hate crime charges were dropped against an off-duty MTA Bridges and Tunnels officer accused of attacking a Queens imam in the subway, prosecutors said Tuesday.
The case against Eddie Crespo, 28, was dropped by a grand jury when it voted not to indict him on assault and robbery for the alleged Dec. 8 attack on Rod Peterson, officials said.
Crespo's pal, Albert Melendez, was indicted on a misdemeanor charge, rather than the felony counts he faced, officials said.
"What are you, a camel jockey?" Melendez, 30, allegedly yelled while grabbing Peterson, who has a criminal record, and hitting him in the face in the 3:25 a.m. confrontation on the northbound A-train platform at a Canal St. station.
Officials said Melendez, of Harlem, also shouted, "I don't like Muslims." Crespo, of Staten Island, was suspended without pay.
Prosecutors had said that Crespo, a five-year MTA officer, joined Melendez in the assault, but defense attorneys for the men argued that Crespo tried to break up a fight between Peterson and Melendez – which was sparked by a bump not bigotry.

Begs the question,  how many reporters are going to update their readers to the actual facts?
Perhaps Crespo and Melendez should consider suing for defamation.  CAIR can pound sand!

I doubt if any of the media corrects their stories.

NO “HATE CRIME” CHARGE FOR IMAM BIAS ATTACK ALLEGATION
Muslims might charge Unbelievers with indifference and ridicule of Islam in the future because Islam and Muslims are not worth hating.
Muslims follow a religion (really a political (Sharia) ideology) that was founded by a Charles Manson type killer. This guy Moe was not Jesus of Nazareth-that’s for sure.
The Qu’ran is a book that has Gd allegedly communicating to one man (Moe) with Gd telling Moe that Gd’s chronologically earlier suras (the so called “peaceful” suras peddled to Unbelievers) that are contradicted by chronologically later suras (which have Gd telling Moe to deceive, dominate, and exterminate the Unbelievers) have the later suras as the final order of Gd.
Gd does the same thing with booze. First Gd says its ok (wine), then Gd bans alcohol.
The whole proposition of Gd’s perfect words contradicting each other and of Gd being bound by time is absurd.
Islam is a “religion” without a Universal Golden Rule and is morally useless to the human race because of that. It cannot appeal to reason and must use deceit and violence to prevail.
What’s to hate?
Islam is going to die from ridicule. Mark my words: that’s where all this is going: it will end with Unbelievers and then Muslims laughing at Islam’s absurd dogmas.
Reason will prevail-eventually.

More news placing the subway plot in context
Telegraph Dec 15th 2010
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/northamerica/usa/8202709/New-York-subway-plot-was-five-days-from-success.html

British intelligence helped foil an al-Qaeda plot to blow up the New York subway just five days before it was due to go ahead, it can be disclosed, as Abid Naseer, a suspect in the case, faces an extradition hearing in London.
The suicide attack, planned to mark last year’s anniversary of the September 11 attacks was to be the biggest plot in the US since 2001.
Three men were allegedly planning to strap bombs to themselves and attack the underground with coordinated explosions planned to emulate those on London five years ago.
The plot was only foiled when one of the men emailed an al-Qaeda fixer in Pakistan to ask for advice on mixing chemicals, security sources on both sides of the Atlantic have told The Daily Telegraph.
Previous reports had suggested that the men were under surveillance by the FBI for some time before their planned attacks but sources now say the plot came close to success.
It is understood that the fixer – who used the names Sohaib, Ahmad and Zahid – is now in custody in Pakistan but despite repeated approaches from The Daily Telegraph, the authorities there have refused to say where he is held or whether he has been brought before a court.
He was also the man behind an al-Qaeda plot to blow up shopping centres in Manchester last Easter which led to the arrest of 12 Pakistani students.
Two of the students had apparently met Sohaib, a low level al-Qaeda commander, in Peshawar, Pakistan, in November 2008.
MI5 and Greater Manchester Police launched a huge surveillance operation in February 2009 and found that one of the students, Abid Naseer, had sent an email to Sohaib in which he said they were planning a “nikah” or wedding, thought to be code for an attack.
No explosives were found during the raids but the students were sent to immigration custody and eventually all except Naseer agreed to return to Pakistan.
He faces an extradition hearing this week after the US authorities alleged he was also connected to the plot to blow up underground trains in New York.
The New York investigation began on September 6 2009 when an Afghan-born man brought up in Queen’s, New York also began emailing Sohaib.
Najibullah Zazi was desperate to be reminded of his bomb-making instructions from a visit to Pakistan a year earlier.
He had already bought hydrogen peroxide and other bomb-making chemicals but wanted to know what proportions to use.
Alarm bells began ringing at America’s National Security Agency and as he hired a car and drove towards New York three days later, an FBI operation was launched to track him.
The network was uncovered as a result of work by MI6 to track down associates of Rashid Rauf, the al-Qaeda commander thought to be in “day to day” control of a plot to blow up trans-Atlantic airliners with home made liquid bombs.
The terrorist leader, who was brought up in Birmingham, is also thought to have been involved in the July 7 and July 21 attacks.

Did you notice the last sentence in the article says one of the attorneys for the alleged says
Melendez is married to a Muslim woman?

Noted Dee Dee. One cannot help but wonder if Crespo was suspended because a muslim was involved in the alleged altercation. Should the MTA be more concerned about the reaction of their muslim employees to the alleged assault or the revelation that one of the non-muslim men is married to a muslim woman? Such a dilemma.
Also note what is NOT being reported.

Reached at his Astoria home, Peterson declined to discuss the attack, which police said happened at 3:25 a.m. Wednesday on the northbound A-train platform.
His lawyer, Hassan Ahmad, did not return a call for comment.
The Council on American-Islamic Relations, which pressed prosecutors to charge the suspects with hate crimes, described the victim as a “Queens-based imam.” NYDailyNews link

These cretins need to step forward with a statement to clear the names of Crespo and Melendez with equal zeal and speed mirroring their efforts to tarnish them.

“Crespo and Melendez were arraigned on two counts of second degree robbery as a hate crime and one count of third degree assault as a hate crime” W.NY1 link.

Robbery? What robbery?
or as reported by wnyc.org

Two men are facing charges of robbery and assault as hate crimes.

Assault? What assault?
How many media jumped on the Hate Crime, Assault, Robbery bandwagon once the story hit CAIR’s filter? How many of NYC’s elected suits tossed, in knee jerk fashion, this country’s “innocent until proven guilty” standard?

NY1 reported Just two days after the attack, city leaders and advocates kicked off Hate Crime Prevention Interfaith Weekend.
Three days of events have been organized to raise awareness of the “Love love, Hate hate” initiative.
Leaders say prejudice should never be tolerated, even when used to poke fun.

and

There are 30 Hate Crime Prevention events being held throughout the five boroughs. They will include film screenings lectures and worship services.

Quite remarkable that 30 events were organized within a couple of days of the alleged hate crime. Don’t you think?
City Councilman Robert Jackson, City Council Speaker Christine Quinn and New York City Human Rights Commissioner Patricia Gatling, those eager beavers taking credit (with every msm reporter who placed a mic in their face) for speedily organizing these 30 “anti-Hate” triggered by the CAIR chorus prematurely convicting both Crespo and Melendez without a fair trial. How much effort will they each put forth to help remove the tarnish they helped inflict on Crespo and Melendez’ names?
Most alarming:

Crespo, a Metropolitan Transportation Authority bridge and tunnel officer for five years, has been suspended without pay, the agency said. MyFoxNY link

Crespo was immediately suspended without pay. Now that the courts have dismissed all but the misdemeanor charge against Melendez, will Crespo be immediately reinstated WITH back pay? Inquiring minds want to know!
Everyone who immediately jumped on the “Hate Crime” bandwagon instigated by Rod Peterson/CAIR/& Company . . .should be forced to immediately “make whole” the lives of Crespo and Melendez.

I agree. The more I read about the Muslim conception of divine love, and what they call their merciful and compassionate Allah’s system of reward and punishment, the more I see a life dictated by a desperately paranoid and constraining code of thought and conduct. There’s not much awareness or interest in the subtler levels of creation or divine realms which make Jewish Kabballah or Hinduism or Buddhism so fascinating and rewarding. To each his own in religion as in everything else, but to go around claiming Muslims have got the ultimate and supreme religion is laughable. The more people know about it the more absurd that claim becomes.

PS — There are so many Christians on this site I surely don’t have to describe the extraordinary gift of unconditional love, forgiveness, and grace offered by Christ.
