I thought readers should see this account of the counter protest sent to me from Tyler S of Tucson (and Brooklyn). I wasn’t there, but it rings true for me, having attended so many of these leftist hatefests. They are all diabolically the same.
Firstly, I wanted to tell you that I attended the 9/11 rally today, and thought that it was a wonderful event – your organization did a marvelous job orchestrating everything, and I could not imagine it could have gone more smoothly.

I attended all of the rallies to get a sense for the dichotomy that I assumed would exist – and I was not disappointed. The pro-mosque rally had already kicked off at City Hall Park when I arrived around 1:30pm. It was a surprisingly large crowd – at roughly 400 – 500 people by my estimate, it created quite the crowd along the sidewalk for about 1 to 2 blocks.
It contained all of the usual suspects: gay rights groups, black reparations groups, Native American reparations groups (actually, just one guy wandering about aimlessly), 9/11 Troofers, Chicano Separatists, various “official” Green Parties, Palestinian Liberation groups. However, I would estimate that at least 75% of the groups were all Communist/Marxist fronts, most of whom seemed to know each other and work together. Each group was feverishly peddling their propaganda: papers, fliers, etc. – little, if anything, involved a legitimate discussion of the mosque, which only appeared to be a shallow excuse to mouth off. There was even a group of pseudo neo-Buddhists conducting a drum circle – it was cute. The event organizer very consciously marched every token minority group imaginable onto the stage to preach about the “social injustice de jour” by the white man.The ceaseless, monotonous drone seemed to screech for hours: “rrrraaaccciiisssmmm, rrrraaaccciiisssmmm, rrrraaaccciiisssmmm, blah, blah, blah…WE WANT SOCIALIZED HEALTHCARE!…rrrraaaccciiisssmmm, rrrraaaccciiisssmmm, rrrraaaccciiisssmmm, blah, blah, blah…DOWN WITH THE USA!…rrrraaaccciiisssmmm, rrrraaaccciiisssmmm, rrrraaaccciiisssmmm, blah, blah, blah…” (note: both of the emphasized phrases are exact quotes). Again, 99% of their diatribe had nothing to do with the supposed issue at hand, and was a never-ending broken record. Never once did they honor the fallen – only once did they briefly acknowledge the atrocity, quickly following it with a rebuttal.
The virulent spite that seethed through the teeth of these people was terrifying – you could literally feel the rabid hate emanating from the hysteric mass – the speakers whipped these seemingly mongrel people into an absolute frenzy – on several occasions, a Muslim woman who introduced the other speakers (who I assume was the organizer) screamed at the top of her lungs, with a vitriol that was absolutely terrifying: “Allahu Akbar!”…coincidentally, the very phrase uttered during countless terrorist attacks around the globe – surely, it must just be a coincidence, right?
Police struggled frantically to keep people in check, as they attempted to spread their event onto adjoining intersections, of which they were not permitted. One could easily see the anxiety in the eyes of officers, who anticipated conflict at any moment.
There was something in particular that stood out among this event: not a SINGLE American flag was in sight.

This black flag with the Shahada in white on it is the RAYAH, the flag of the Jihad in Islam. Not the banner of single group claiming for Jihad but the banner of the Jihad. The flag is Black and the Shahada always remains in white. Every Muslim fighting in Jihad will hold this flag.

13 years agoWhilst this unpleasant protest was taking place in New York yesterday and Obama was talking of Islamic tolerance, a group of ill-tempered Muslim fanatics took to the streets of London to burn flags and chant anti-American slogans outside of the US Embassy. He kept going around the block like a wind-up toy screaming at us until the NYPD — bless ’em, they were great as always — hustled him along for another round.
Just wait til the videos are up. Everyone was great, Wilders just extraordinary, and somebody made a comment about the Park Place address numbers having koranic significance. Anybody tracked that down yet?
It was a privilege to be there and I urged everybody who can to get to the next one, whenever that is. The media has to try to ignore us because we make them and their Obamullah pets look so stupid, corrupt, ignorant, uninformed and blatantly biased.

13 years agoWhen I was a little girl and just about all my friends were Jewish, the YMHA/YWHA let me and a couple of my Christian friends join. This was back in the 1950s. We had a club there called, and I know the spelling isn’t quite right, the Kuffar o Harbi Girls. So I have been a proud Harbi for over 50 years! (Not only that but we won the booth prize at the Purim Carnival one year. Amazing what you can do with chicken wire and 30 boxes of pink Kleenex.) I never really knew what the name meant until recently, and I’m very proud to have been one all along without even knowing what it meant.

They’ll also claim it’s part of their ‘returning to the Filipino Muslim culture’… taqiyya at it’s finest because Filipino Muslims of yore had bright colors on most everything – especially clothes- and it’s too humid to veil here so you don’t see it in most of the costumes; instead it was a sign of royalty! But now we have those white nightshirts worn everywhere.
13 years agoPolice lied about numbers at rally…Press too…well we expect it from them, but the police? They must have been given orders to knock down the numbers. Check the photos and ask BettyJean who was in the staging area before it started!
I was there and they were chasing us away – I was moved 7 times! I was moved so far away I had to go around the block and could not get back never heard all the speakers at all they closed access. The truth is they finally refused access to thousands.
I was there at 1:30 before the rally started, I was with several of the speakers in the staging area and had a few words with Pamela Geller before her detail men put me and many of the speakers just outside of the tent for security reasons and because the staging area they allowed us was too small to hold us all. Once we stepped foot out of the confines the police grabbed us.
Once placed just outside the staging area the police arrived demanding we leave that area immediately. First they allowed us to step across the road and stand on the curb but another set of police forced us behind the barricades even though we explained we were with the speakers. By that time what seemed like thousands coming in from the ground zero ceremony arrived and the Police went crazy and closed down the sidewalk entirely. They kept shoving us backwards until I, along with many in my group were forced right out of the block. Not being a speaker I just went the way of the crowd but many of the speakers were scattered about.
I tried to re- enter by walking up each block as far back as the eye can see but the streets were full and the crowd was thick. I kept backing out and going another block further away and trying again. The camera cannot show you around corners where I was forced to go only to be out of range of both the camera’s and earshot.
I went from standing next to Pam Geller to not even being in the picture. Don’t let anyone tell you there were 1500! And shame on Geraldo and others for inviting Pamela Geller as a guest draw an audience then not allowing her to have her voice or voice ours!13 years agoThe Black flag is also the flag of RECRUITMENT and GATHERING of the “MAHDI’s” ARMY for the JIHAD.

What gets me is that the Ron Paulites are on the same side as these Marxist extremists since they are also Truthers, and yet they cannot see how it makes them look ridiculous.13 years agoThey also spread the lie that Flight77 did not hit the Pentagon, which of course does nothing for the memory of those who were on board and died on that flight. What is more they will argue that the wreckage that was photographed at the scene was not wreckage from the flight. I have seen many arguments on this subject (and yes I am not known for tolerating these fools). At the same time they ignore the witnesses, those who did in fact see the aircraft crash into the Pentagon… it must have been their lying eyes.
Instead these nutters cling to the stories given out by Michael Moore. I do not understand why they have not done the Google search and discovered for themselves how Moore lied over certain things, naming a project that was thought up by the CIA when President Kennedy was still alive, and then claiming that President Bush was supposed to have implemented it.
On top of that there are the nutters running around claiming that explosives were placed in the buildings days before the crash… what a load of rubbish.
All the same, of the stories that I read this time there is one story that struck me that bears repeating… it is of the person running late for work who was in a peoples taxi when the first plane hit… the Muslim driver got out of his vehicle and praised Allah, and other Muslim drivers did the same thing. The story seems to indicate that this particular community knew that the attack was imminent. They saw it for what it was, yet we have those stupid, despicable Trufers who decry what is the truth and persist in making their false claims against President Bush… HOW DARE THEY!!! (and I am not an American, just someone who has American relatives, and who loves New York)13 years agoWhat a liar you are. I was at the rally HOLDING AN AMERICAN FLAG. I was also there and first, they are way lying about the numbers. As for the pro mosque loons, amazingly it seemed that about only 25t% or less were actually muslims, the majority were the usual assortment of lefty wacko useful idiots.
Amazing how these idiots have a sudden concern for freedom of religion. Where were they to defend that freedom when gays were not wanted to march under a gay banner in the St. Patrick’s parade because it was run by a Catholic organization. Catholics don’t want gays to march in a parade named after a saint carrying a banner proclaiming to be gay and the lefties attack the church and even desecrate it. Muslims hang gays and crush them under brick walls just for being gay and the lefties hold rallies supporting muslims wanting to build a victory mosque on a grave site.
