OBAMA’S CAMPAIGN BOGUS CAMPAIGN FRAUD RESPONSE

I have reviewed Mccain’s donations and they are so clean you could eat off ’em. Over at My Right Word:

Lawyers for the Obama operation said yesterday that their "extensive back-end
review" has carefully scrubbed contributions to prevent illegal money from
entering the operation’s war chest. "I’m pretty sure if I took my error rate and
matched it against any other campaign or comparable nonprofit, you’d find we’re
doing very well," said Robert Bauer, a lawyer for the campaign. "I have
not seen the McCain compliance staff ascending to heaven on a cloud."

When Bauer says they have "carefully scrubbed contributions" (they’ve scrubbed the web of anti- Obama sites, birth certificate images etc – we we know they are good at it) – what is he saying.

Obama has scrubbed the donation files of Obama’s Gaza $33,000 contributions from Edwan, Hossam, and Osama – without having returned the jihad dough. What exactly does Bauer mean when he says they’ve scrubbed the records? These donations just …………… disappeared.

Election lawyer Brett Kappel said the FEC has never grappled with the question of cash cards. "The whole system is set up for them to accept the payment, then determine whether it is legal or not. And if it’s not, send it back. That’s what the statute requires," he said. (Washington Post)

Cathy adds, "That is not what the Obama campaign does.  The FEC has asked for response on contributions back to 2007 repeatedly and the campaign does NOT resolve them.    

See below from the FEC August 08 Request for Information.  There are 189 pages with approximately 30 donors per page that the FEC is questioning.  Over 5,500 donations.  The FEC has been questioning some of the donations for well over a year.
