organizations. As soon as the word spread that Pamela Geller, blogger
and fighter of radical Islam would be appearing at Great Neck Synagogue
on April 14 The PC Police began an e-mail and phone campaign seeking to

spirit of full disclosure I should let you know that Pamela Geller has
been my friend for six plus years, ever since I was a newbie blogger and
she was already the famous proprietor of blog Atlas Shrugs.I will
also tell you the anti-Muslim “monster” portrayed by the mainstream
media and progressive Jewish organizations has no relation to the real
Pamela Geller.She fights against radical Muslims
a fight that grew out of her love for Israel and her frustration with
the Anti-Semitic, Anti-American and Anti-Israel sermons and commentary
originating from the radical Muslim community.One of
the leaders of the stop Geller from talking movement is the “Jewish
Voice For Peace” (JVP). The group sent an email to its members on April
3rd, urging them to contact the Great Neck Synagogue and ask it to
cancel the event. Rebecca Vilkomerson,
JVP’s executive director, told the Forward on April 4 that at least 50
people had contacted Great Neck Synagogue at the group’s behest.“Our hope is that the synagogue will cancel her appearance,” Vilkomerson said. “The kind of venom that she spews against Islam is completely inappropriate for a synagogue.”That the
JVP is leading the charge should tell you all you need to know about who
is trying to stop Pamela from speaking the truth.In a rare moment of putting its mission before progressive politics the ADL once called the JVP one of the 10 most anti-Israel organizations in America (Top ten? I am sure their mothers are so proud).
According to the ADL analysis the JVP:“…calls for
an end to U.S. aid to Israel, accuses Israel of "apartheid" policies,
and supports divestment campaigns against Israel. Like other Jewish
anti-Zionist groups, JVP uses its Jewish identity to shield the anti-Israel
movement from allegations of anti-Semitism and provide a greater degree
of credibility to the anti-Israel movement. JVP recognizes its role as
such, specifically noting that the group's Jewish nature gives it a
"particular legitimacy in voicing an alternative view of American and
Israeli actions and policies" and the ability to distinguish "between
real anti-Semitism and the cynical manipulation of that issue." JVP
activists regularly attend anti-Israel events wearing t-shirts and
holding signs proudly broadcasting their Jewish identity. In March-April
2010, leaders of JVP unsuccessfully lobbied for the passage of a
divestment resolution at the University of California, Berkeley,
targeting companies that do business with Israel.”Here is
the truth about Pamela Geller. There are people in the world who see a
wrong, give a quick "oh that's so sad" and get on with their lives. Then
there are others who see a wrong and go all out to right it. That’s
Pamela– someone who goes out of her way to do what we call in Hebrew, Tikun Olam, repair the world.On the morning of December 10, 2007 Aqsa Parvez huddled in a Mississauga, Candad bus
shelter with another Grade 11 student, a girl she had been staying with
for the past couple of days. They had plenty of time to make it to
their first class at Applewood Heights Secondary School. As they waited, Aqsa’s 26-year-old brother Waqas,
a tow-truck driver, showed up at the bus stop. He said that she should
come home and get a fresh change of clothes if she was going to be
staying elsewhere. Aqsa hesitated, and then got into his car.Less than an hour later, Muhammad Parvez phoned
911 and told the dispatcher that he had killed his daughter. Within
minutes, police and paramedics arrived at 5363 Longhorn Trail, a winding
suburban street near Eglinton and Hurontario,
and found Aqsa unconscious in her bedroom. The 16-year-old wasn’t
breathing. The paramedics started CPR, found a faint pulse, and rushed
her to Credit Valley Hospital, 10 minutes west. She died just after 10
that evening. The official cause was “neck compression”—strangulation.Aqsa was
buried in an unmarked grave. Her family refused to acknowledge her
life, because she "dishonored" them. In defiance of her devout father
she began taking off her hijab, the traditional Islamic headscarf, when
she went to school, and would put it back on when she returned home. Her
dad would go to her school during school hours and walk around trying
to find her, trying to catch her not wearing Islamic garb, talking to
boys or hanging out with "non-Muslims".Pamela
grabbed that wrong by the neck and did what she could to eradicate the
evil. She raised money (and threw in her own) for a tombstone for Aqua’s grave. When the family refused to allow the memorial stone, she did not give up:
“.. we inquired as to purchasing a plot near Aqsa's body, we could not. Not a tree. Not a rock. Not a bench. All the plots were owned by the Islamic Society of North America. I tried to contact the family at that time, but they would not take my calls — I spoke to the them once,
but they pretended not to speak English. And they were adamant: the
family refused to allow the headstone to be put on Aqsa's grave, and
according to the cemetery, could remove it if it were placed there by
others.”Feeling that this Muslim girl’s memory shouldn’t be tossed out like the trash, Pamela found a way to honor her memory— Aqsa grove and plaque in the American Independence Park in Nes Harim, Israel.This is
only one of many examples of the hard work of Pamela Geller to protect
and honor Muslims, how she has provided safe-houses for Muslim girls
threatened with honor killings, how she has fought against those who
would destroy Israel.

I called Pamela today and asked about the leftist groups trying to stop her Great Neck appearance. She
told me that I wasn’t about her—not at all personal, they were fighting
against her pro-Israel, pro-Israel, anti- radical message.Perhaps
she is right, but I do take it personal because I know the real Pamela
Geller, not the twisted stereotype created by the progressive attack
force. There are very few people that I have met in my life who risks as much as she does to help others.None of those who brand her as anti-Muslim have done one tenth of what she has done to help Muslims (and others) in distress. Pamela’s
heart is larger than the Empire State Building which is why she invests
so much of her own time and resources to help others (not that one
would know any of this by reading the mainstream media).

The sky is blue, the sun is out today, it’s warm and bright and it’s Tuesday April 8th, 2013, and I know that Pamela agrees with me on that because it’s the truth.
However, it’s gotten to the point (and so abnoxious too) that if Pam were to say that, she would likely be scrutinized by the left, what is she against rainy days? Is she a rainaphobe? I don’t think the sky is blue at all. Sun? What sun?
That is how distorted and full of shit the left have become. They know what they see with their own two eyes, but the fun part, the part they enjoy and the part they pursue as a badge each and every day is to find ways to convince people the truth is a lie.
Which equates to “the biggest trick the devil every played on humanity is to make them think he doesn’t exist.”
Liberals do that these days with absolute ease. I loved the interview Pamela did with
Erin Burnett, that interview illustrates my point so perfectly.
When in doubt, when you can’t compete with the truth, shut down the truth….MAKE IT GO AWAY….!
Volunteering your life to a cause you are passionate about is something to be admired.
Unfortunately for Pamela, like with many causes people are involved with today, the more involved a person becomes the more they learn about and are exposed to, the more their eyes become open to just how deep and real the seriousness of their cause is.
It’s then that people who volunteeer their lives for a cause realize that they are in too deep to coward away, to deeply accountable to succumb to the backlash and threats from those (especially when light is exposing the darkness of things hidden from society) who depended upon the issue staying in the dark.
Only a person worth their good heritage, good upbringing, their own honor and love of their fellow man would stay in the midst of so much calamity and fall out and remain dedicated to their cause.
Pamela has a particularly different approach to the way she handles these topics, each one relating back to the extreme ideology of Islam which is not compatible with western ideals. Her blog Atlas Shrugs. Every single day there is a new topic exposing Islams toxic fall out on innocent human life. She reports, you decide. Simple.
What is freaking out the lefty groups is that people are deciding and the truth is setting them free!
It’s not her fault that she has uncovered these truths and that the domino effect has exposed all the relationships that extreme Islam has reached.
We need to do something about that.
Our country is like one gigantic swimming pool. Right now there is way to much PH, and the PH is allowing for a lot of growth of green and black algae. We need chlorine. (the truth) if we keep allowing the PC-neutral (PH) to flouish and get out of control, pretty soon no one will be able to swim. The PH is ruining the natural order of things in this pool, a pool we have all loved to swim in for literally hundreds of years in peace. We used chlorine to keep the PH from allowing the outgrowth of bad things. Some people accuse chlorine of being toxic, but in a society where too much PH(PC) is spread, the conditions for everyone to swim become ruined. We always lived in a society that knew that sometimes a little chlorine in the water did the trick at keeping the bad algae down or to a minimum so everyone could swim.
We need more chlorine!

That reminds me of a quote attributed to Ben Gurion, something to the effect that in Israel, you have to believe in miracles in order to be a realist.
What continues to kill me is why the muslim communities aren’t standing up against this barbaric sharia behavior. That’s the thing that implicates them in the crime, it’s the thing that paints all who stand silent the same color as the perps themselves.

Isn’t that what I started out saying until the end. The libotard rant is what I was pointing to which is all about lies. BTW, chlorine is being abused if it turns everything white. Too much of anything is never a good thing. There is always a need for balance. Too much PH (pc) and look what happens, the media, (the pool guys) use lies and spin which has a very damaging effect. Put a little truth in among the lies, and like Chlorine, the pool is swimmable again for everyone. It’s not that difficult, but it pains the little pool guys and their owners to maintain the proper PH.

Thank you for posting this. I’ve wondered about some specific examples of what Pamela has done for Muslim girls, but, loquacious as she is about some matters, she seems a bit reticent to speak about her activities on behalf of individual girls or women. I do think your account serves to undermine the claim- make that hatchet job- that Pamela is “anti-Muslim”.
It is my understanding that any Muslim girl who is in danger of violence at the hands of those preserving the family “honor” can contact Pamela and she can arrange for her to be placed in a safe location.

I simply love and hold Ms. Geller in the highest esteem both for her remarkable bravery and steadfast support of Israel, and also her wisdom in characterizing the deadly threat of Islam to America and the world.
The Bible tells us God will bless those who love the Jews and curse those who hate them. Some type of fascist organization of government has been trying to condem or kill the Jews since the days of Abraham. Now we have just plain simple minded Liberals in all there forms falling right in lockstep with the heinous forces of days gone by and, of course, the real and present dangers of today growing under the banner of Islam.
My heart goes out to Pamela with deep respect and admiration.

WRT your last point, I don’t know at this point if faux protests would convince me. The fact is, some scuzzlum organizations used to regularly condemn islamofascist atrocities as often as they occurred. The thing is, they never DO anything to stop it. They never attempt to compensate the victims (or the families of the dead victims) of the endless islamofascist atrocities being committed on practically a daily basis and let’s face it, it’s not like islamonazi petrostates don’t have the necessary finances to do so. If they can fund the spread of islamofascism worldwide, incl. islamofascist terrorism, why can’t they compensate the victims thereof?
