James Lafferty, SIOA board member and VAST chairman, just advised me that Ed Meese bought into stealth jihadist David Ramadan's ruse. That's just what this country needs, more Muslim Brotherhood plants in the legislature.
The Ramadan campaign announced today that Edwin Meese whom many remember as one of the “Big Three” who managed the Reagan White House and former Reagan attorney general, has agreed to endorse pro- Ground Zero Mosque activist David Ramadan, a candidate for the Virginia House of Delegates in Loudoun County, Virginia.
Story continues below advertisementMeese is scheduled to appear on Ramadan’s behalf at a Loudoun County restaurant on August 10.
Between now and then, we are asking all those who oppose electing Ramadan and are shocked by Meese’s endorsement to (1) call the Heritage Foundation at (202)546-4400 and deliver a message that Mr. Meese (perhaps unwittingly) has joined forces with a candidate who is one of the new masters of deceit. You can quote from the attached document (click link at the bottom of the post) which ties Ramadan to the Ground Zero mosque and the Quaddifi regime in Libya. Tell the Heritage people to explain the danger of Islamist infiltration to Mr. Meesewho has long been associated with Heritage and encourage him to cancel this ill-conceived endorsement.
Then as many anti-shariah activists as possible need to show up outside the Tuscarora Mill Restaurant in Leesburg at 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 10 to shame Meese for aiding Ramadan whose views and objectives are neither conservative, Republican or even American. David Ramadan is wrong about the Ground Zero Mosque. He is wrong to be pro-Quadaffi Libya. And he is allergic to the Truth.
Read the attached paper, call the Heritage Foundation and come out to Leesburg on August 10.
The only way Ramadan and his ilk win is if we stop fighting.
There are still people in America who cannot be deceived, intimidated or bought.

“Conservative” David Ramadan Favors Radical Ground Zero Mosque;
Boasts About “Strategic Alliance” with Qaddafi’s Washington Lobbyist
In spite of claims that he is a conservative Republican, David Ramadan, a candidate for the House of Delegates in Virginia, favors the radical Ground Zero megamosque in New York and has close ties with Libya’s Washington lobbying firm.
Members of the Virginia Anti-Shariah Task Force (VAST), Stop the Islamization of America (SIOA), Spirit USA and the Northern Virginia Tea Party and relatives of victims killed in the 9/11 attacks picketed his recent campaign kick-off in Leesburg.
Ramadan favors the mosque on some occasions but then complains about “hateful and false political attacks” when his original statement is quoted.
Let’s look at the public record.

"People like myself… who are hardcore Republicans and have been activists for years, with undoubted credentials on the Republican side, are really outraged by what is going on," said David Ramadan, a prominent Muslim-American conservative operative and a member of the Virginia delegation to the Republican National Convention. "We believe first and foremost in the Constitution. This is not a matter of this mosque or that mosque. This is not a New York mosque issue. It is a Constitutional issue…. VAST checked with the Huffington Post and the New York Times. Both organizations said they had not received any complaint from Mr. Ramadan about the accuracy of their stories.
But on the night of his candidacy announcement, Ramadan lashed out at VAST members who simply quoted these public statements on that issue, charging them with “hateful and false political attacks.”

In a flyer “The Facts About David Ramadan” (Paid for and Authorized by David Ramadan for House of Delegates) handed out at the Loudoun County Republican Committee, it is a very different story.
“Claim: David Ramadan is a proponent of the mosque to be built on Ground Zero in New York City.
“FACT: False. David Ramadan is not a proponent and has never advocated the building of the mosque in New York.”
So Ramadan says one thing to the Huffington Post and Islamist activists and the complete opposite when he is trying to get votes in Virginia.
“One woman here tonight lost her daughter in the 9/11 attack,” VAST Chairman James Lafferty said in remarks that night to the Loudoun County Republican Committee. “The families of people who died on 9/11 need no condescending lectures from Mr. Ramadan on the Constitution. His talk pales when compared to their sacrifice.”
“Strategic Alliance” with Qadaffi’s Lobbyist
Somehow it got overlooked when the campaign was doing his webpage but Ramadan boasts on his company webpage (www.ramainternational.com) about his “Strategic Alliance” with Fahmy Hudome International, Washington, DC.
Bloomberg Businessweek (http://www.businessweek.com/magazine/content/06_43/b4006070.htm) published an account of the Libyan government’s attempt to “legitimize itself” after its downing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland. Libya began shopping for a Washington lobbyist.

Fhamy Hudome says she played a role in efforts to remove Libya from the U.S. terrorist list. A vote for Ramadan is a vote for Shariah in Virginia. Can he even tell the truth? I cannot understand why he is getting these endorsements. Tell me it ain’t so, it just comes down to money, regardless of the threat to America?? Please, tell me it ain’t so.

Hm. No I won’t. It is a newly formed district (87) just east of where I live. It encompasses the Dulles area, Southriding, etc. Basically west of Fairfax.

Most disturbing about Ramadan:
1) His real name is Imad Ramadan – not David
2) Very detail from his bio from 1995 to 2001 (?) can be traced back to him and to him alone. There is no trail anywhere from third parties re: the time he supposedly spent in Switzerland or England.
3) He’s spending money like crazy throughout his district and beyond – basically buying the support of local, state and national republicans. It’s amazing to see how so many folks are willing to sell themselves – and for so little.
LET’S BE CLEAR! Real people leave a trail. Fake people do not!

The Newest Tactic – Using Scarecrows
A scarecrow is a fake facsimile of a person that is made of straw. Scarecrows have been used throughout history to keep animals away from crops – to scare them away.
Could this be what we’re seeing here? Up until now, we could trace the people involved and research their background. Now it seems that the islamic onslaught has changed tactics and is now putting these straw men front and center.
check the backgrounds carefully and you may find that the only source of information on these new faces is themselves with no independent third party verification.
Calling all intelligence agents, police detectives! When you can’t verify someone’s past, what does that tell you? HUGE RED FLAG!

For another example of what covert influence by Islamic radicals looks like, see the FBI’s arrest two weeks ago of a Kashimiri-American. He was a covert influence agent of Pakistan’s intelligence service. He, his front organization, and straw donors were major contributors to Republican organizations, candidats and office-holders.

Knowing the role of deceit in Islamic ideology and its obvious place in Islamic practice, I would never, ever vote for a Muslim for public office. Never.
If Muslims are “offended” by that position: sorry. It’s your responsibility to work at reforming the character of Islam (not just the public image), or to realize there are good reasons why no “infidel” should ever trust a Muslim.
