Govt Minister: “Britain Needs Open Debate” about sex grooming gangs … what about root cause?

14

Color me skeptical, but if the minister calling for an "open debate" on rampant child sexual exploitation does not include the motive and sanction of such sex slavery under Islam, I have little faith.

We know that law enforcement ignored the plaintive pleas of these non-muslim schoolgirls who had been forced into prostitution. What other government bodies, organisations, or authorities were  informed as to what was happening to the girls and ignored their cries for fear of insulting Islam?

The scores of men were Muslim, the teens and tweens sexually trafficked were non-Muslim. It is not about race or "white girls." Islam is not a race, it's an ideology. Identifying the men as "Asian" (an insult to actual Asian people) or Pakistani (no Pakistani Christian men were involved) is continuing the cover-up of the Islamic practice of subjugation, oppression and persecution of non-Muslims under the sharia that sanctions such behavior.

"We must answer 'troubling questions' about sex-grooming gangs who target white girls, says Children's Minister" Daily Mail

  • There is nothing to be gained by 'shying away' from the issue, Tim Loughton said
  • Comments come a week after nine men were jailed for grooming and sexually abusing girls in Rochdale
  • Councils urged to take immediate action to stop children being abused while in their care

"Britain needs an open debate about 'issues around culture' that may explain why men from Pakistani backgrounds are over-represented among offenders prosecuted for grooming white girls for sex, a Government minister has said…

… Mr Loughton told a conference on child sexual exploitation, reported by The Times, that the Rochdale case raised 'troubling questions' about the attitude of the men towards white girls.

He said that nothing was gained by 'shying away from taking this issue and debating it head on' and warned that the sexual exploitation of children in Britain had been swept under the carpet 'like a guilty secret' for too long.

'As a result,' he added, 'there was a real and tragic failure to grasp the scale of the problem with awful consequences for hundreds, if not thousands, of children and young people.'

Mr Loughton said the issue was now at the very top of the Government's agenda.

I am glad of it, but refusal to address the root cause is an exercise in futility.

It is hard for me to hear or see the word, “Britain” and not think of a once-great country now in a downward spiral and halfway destroyed. I would love to see them recover, but they will have to face the facts and the problems head on like warriors, not like children.

So far, the powers that be here in the UK are pretending the elephant in the room doesn’t exist. What made me absolutely sick to my stomach was when Chief Superintendent Steve Heywood appeared on TV after the conviction of the nine and said the Police did not consider it a race hate crime, in spite of the statement of the Judge that these monsters had preyed on under age girls simply because they were not of their culture or religion.
This prompted me to write to my Member of Parliament and demand a Public Enquiry into why the Police and Social Services, who knew about these incidents since 2002, had done nothing to arrest the perpetrators, or protect the young girls. I told my MP that I believe those responsible in the Police and Social Services should be prosecuted as accomplices. I’ve urged everybody I know to write to their MPs and demand the same. The Government in the UK are falling over themselves to “make things right” after the phone-hacking scandal, so why not attempt to “make things right” for the families of these girls, and for the British public, who are disgusted and angered by this crime?
The media in the UK have totally underplayed this, except for the brave journalists in the Manchester Evening News. Any blogs about it have not allowed comments. Disgusting.

Douglas Murray is back in town the UK (hoorah!)…
Douglas Murray writes a short piece on the idiotic fruitloop of a woman named Yasmin Alibhai-Brown – can’t abide the woman – and with age, she is getting worse (if that is at all possible).
Is Yasmin Alibhai-Brown the stupidest woman in Britain?

“Pakistani (no Pakistani Christian men were involved) ”
Or Pakistani Hindus
And though the majority were White girls, they also went after South Asian Hindu and Sikh girls. Their target was non-Muslim girls of any race and religion other than Islam.
This is what is happening in Britain today:
“Police protect girls forced to convert to Islam
Last updated at 17:04 22 February 2007
Sir Ian Blair: Police and universities working together to tackle ‘aggresive conversions’
Extremist Muslims who force vulnerable teenage girls to convert to Islam are being targeted by police, Met chief Sir Ian Blair has revealed.
Police are working with universities to clamp down on “aggressive conversions” during which girls are beaten up and forced to abandon university courses.
The Hindu Forum of Britain claims hundreds of mostly Sikh and Hindu girls have been intimidated by Muslim men who take them out on dates before terrorising them until they convert.
Sir Ian spoke about the problem at a conference organised by the forum.
A Met spokesman said: “Neighbourhood officers work with university authorities in London and we would encourage anyone targeted in this way to seek help and support and where necessary use third party reporting facilities if they do not want to contact police directly.”
Ramesh Kallidai, of the Hindu Forum of Britain, said: “Some girls are petrified because they are constantly being phoned up, having their door knocked.
“One girl was beaten up on the street and others have been forced to leave university.” http:// http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-437871/Police-protect-girls-forced-convert-Islam.html

You don’t need a debate. That is just pretending to care while letting it go on unabeted. The clear root cause is police looking the other way while inherently evil people are doing whatever they please and hiding behind accusations of racism or religious intolerance.
Britain is a failing system. They are allowing people from savage nations to settle there and not forcing them to adapt to British culture. So they are going to have these people doing whatever they can to take advantage of the situation. Maybe this is punishment from God for all the corruption within British society itself. Maybe they need to get their act together all around.
Obvioiusly it is wrong and disgusting, but a debate will fix nothing. There is no reason why these people are evil except that they are allowed to be evil with no consequences.

There are about 3 million Hindus in Pakistan.
Looks like the generic Asian label in Britain is getting a backlash:
“Complaints over use of ‘Asian’ label in grooming cases
Police on patrol in Rochdale The groups say the ‘failure to discuss the issue’ is feeding the cause of far-right groups
Groups representing Sikh and Hindu communities have complained about the term “Asian” being used to describe the men involved in grooming trials.
Earlier this month, nine men were jailed for being part of a sex ring in Rochdale which groomed girls for sex.
The groups said the men involved were “almost always of Pakistani origin” and the term “Asian” was inaccurate.
The Ramadan Foundation has said grooming is “a significant problem for the British Pakistani community”.
The joint statement was released by the Network of Sikh Organisations UK, The Hindu Forum of Britain, and The Sikh Media Monitoring Group UK.
It says the reluctance of the media and the government to discuss the “disproportionate representation of Muslims in such cases” and the fact victims are “almost always non-Muslim girls” is adding to the cause of far-right groups such as the BNP.
It said blanket use of the word “Asian” was “unfair to other communities of Asian origin”.
“We believe that in this case the government itself is sanctioning the use of term Asian as a way of clouding responsibility,” the groups say.
Stifled debate
The groups say sex gangs have targeted Hindu and Sikh girls but the cases are rarely reported as they seldom reach the courts.
The statement says: “We believe that political correctness stifles debate and will not facilitate a frank and mature discussion or solutions to get to the root of why the above pattern is emerging in these crimes and how to help find a solution to the problem.
“We will not be able to do that if we mask the identity of those involved based on misguided views of ‘protecting a vulnerable community’ of the perpetrators and not looking at the vulnerable community of victims.”
Last Week Mohammed Shafiq, chief executive of The Ramadhan Foundation, said: “There is an over-representation [of Asian men] amongst recent convictions in the crime of on-street grooming [and] there should be no silence in addressing the issue of race as this is central to the actions of these criminals,” he said.
He said community elders were “burying their heads” over the issue and police and local councils should not “be frightened” to address the problem, as there was “a strong lesson that you cannot ignore race or be over-sensitive”….” http:// http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-18092605

The so-called solution of dialogue with violent Muslims is no solution, any more than dialogue with Nazis in WWII would have been a solution. There used to be a saying in law enforcement that, “We do not negotiate with terrorists.” Whether that was a cowardly political out or a smoke screen for covert action, at least it was a recognition that there would be no compromise with criminals. Making a shift to not only negotiating but appeasing violent criminals who are Muslim is in itself a governmental respecting of one religion which is against the First Amendment. Such unconstitutional action needs to be struck down in the courts and by Congress, if there votes even register anymore since SCYTL bought SOE and “counts” votes now.

I wonder what the population of Hindus and Sikhs in Pakistain was BEFORE the 1948 partition? I’ll bet the Hindu and Sikh population of Pakistain is declining annually as well, but none dare call it what it is: islamic ethnic cleansing.

The Pakistanis think that all western women are whores for some reason. Maybe they combine the Hindu type modesty with the Islamic type hatred and just jump to conclusions. Maybe they don’t bother to think twice about what they are doing to these girls, because it is so easy to get away with it. People fawn all over them tyring to make them feel comfortable in their contries without really knowing anything about them. They are really no one to be trusted without assurance.
I think parents should tell their girls and maybe even boys for all we know, not to go in these restaurants. There must be places to get snacks other than with these dangerous men. They should just have their snacks at home if it is that dangerous. They sure shoudln’t trust these men or get friendly with them if they do go in there.
I am sure these guys can be very generous and friendly and nice at first, and that is just what some lonely impoverished teen might be needing to feel better. Then they get lured into a dangerous trap that they are not streetwise enough to get out of. These men should not be allowed to continue doing this. It is up to law enforcement to capture them and to take the reports seriously, and up to the judges to impose appropriate sentences that aren’t just a slap on the wrist.
Not all girls have parents who care and will look out for them. That is why the community must help put a stop to this.

I seem to remember Pamela reporting here about a caucasian girl and US citizen in the USA whose Pakistaini step-father was trying to force into an arranged marriage in Pakistain, this despite the fact she didn’t want to go (and who in their right mind would?).
