This is the art for our new counter campaign to run in Washington DC's Metro transit systems.

First, let me thank the hundreds of freedom lovers who emailed, tweeted, FB'ed and commented on my request for input on our counter campaign for truth. Atlas readers' knowledge about the quran is enormously impressive. Your input was invaluable.

As you know, Hamas-CAIR had unveiled a new ad campaign citing quran (albeit an abrogated verse) to counter our anti-jihad ads now running on DC Metro platforms.

Story continues below advertisement

Citing quran is indeed a brilliant idea. So brilliant, in fact, that I decided that that would be our next advertising-education initiative. The objective of the new AFDI ad campaign is to educate millions about the ideology behind the tens of thousands of deadly Islamic attacks since 911, the brutal oppression and subjugation of non-Muslims, secular Muslims and women, and the 1,400 years of jihadi wars, land appropriations, cultural annihilations and enslavements.

After much consideration (there are so many vile texts to choose from) and terrific input from Atlas readers who tweeted, commented, emailed and posted at Facebook, the above ad will initiate the new AFDI truth campaign. We intend for it to be the first in an ongoing series.

What a wonderful way to educate millions of
Americans on what is actually in that book. We hope to feature all of the verses  (that have not been abrogated or cancelled)
that call for jihad and the sharia. Yes, this will go on for years.

On abrogation: Islamic scholar Ibn Warraq, on abrogation page 115, Why I am Not a Muslim:

"Now we see how useful and convenient the doctrine of abrogation is in
bailing scholars out of difficulties. Of course, it does pose a problem
for apologists of Islam, since all the passages preaching tolerance are
found in the Meccan, i.e., early suras, and all the passages
recommending killing, decapitating, and maiming are Median, i.e., later:
"tolerance" has been abrogated by "intolerance." For example, the
famous verse at Sura 9.5, "Slay the idolaters wherever you find them,"
is said to have canceled 124 verses that dictate tolerance and
patience."
and…
Ibn Warraq, page 11,Why I am Not a Muslim: The term "Islamic
fundenentalist" is in itself inappropriate, for there is a vast
difference between Christianity and Islam. Most Christians have moved
away from the literal interpertation of the Bible; for most of them, "it
ain't necessaraly so." Thus we can legitmately distinguish between
fundamentalist and nonfundamentalist Christians. But Muslims have not
moved away from the literal interpretaion of the Koran; all Muslims-not
just a group we have called "fundamentalist"-believe that the Koran is
literally the word of God."

Islamic supremacists and their apologists will say that Deuteronomy and other Biblical books have violent
passages as well. However, nowhere do the Jewish or Christian Scriptures
tell all believers in general to wage war against unbelievers as such.
Only the Qur'an contains such passages. Also, Islam, unlike Judaism and
Christianity, has never gone through a period of reformation and
enlightenment either involving or resulting in any thoroughgoing
reevaluation of the literal sense of its sacred texts. This is why you
do not see Jews or Christians slaughtering unbelievers and justifying
their actions by quoting their Scriptures, while Muslims around the
world do this with depressing frequency.

And as David Wood of Answering Muslims points out," Surah 7 (quoted in the CAIR ad) is a middle Meccan Surah, meaning it
was "revealed" to Muhammad when he was still a persecuted "prophet" in
Mecca with only a few dozen followers. The "revelations" he received
during this time called for peace, not because Islam promotes peace, but
because Muslims were in the minority. Later, when Muslims formed a
majority, Muhammad's "revelations" suddenly called for the violent
subjugation of all non-Muslims (see 9:29, for instance, which was
"revealed" shortly before Muhammad's death).

Interestingly, the
context of the verse quoted by CAIR is a collection of condemnations of
the religious beliefs of the polytheists of Mecca (see 7:190-198, for
instance, which immediately precede 7:199). Why is this important?
Because groups like CAIR assure us that it's wrong and immoral to
criticize the religious beliefs of others. Yet they go to the most
peaceful period in Muhammad's career, and even here we find Muhammad
condemning the beliefs of others!

It would be hard for a court to argue that some Quranic quotes are acceptable and others are not. Brilliant strategy. Let Allah speak for Himself.

That is awesome.
The truth has long been a mercurial concept.
Not any more — not since the AFDI threw down on the religion of deceit.
They’re all going to have to go. Unless they plead for conversion and profess loyalty to the West until their dying day — they all have to go.
Sea Change!

My first reaction was, “Jesus Christ.” There goes the argument you’re not anti-Islam though.

Well Pamala you have some inaccuracies About CHRISTianity and possibly Judism, But the end result is still true, JEWS and CHRIStians are not murdering, raping, torturing, pieces of slime mold animals like islamos. The reason CHRISTians don’t continue to stone and kill by the LAWS of the OLD Testament or Torah is because GOD made the LAW to show man he was incapable of keeping the LAW. Then GOD YAWEH send his son YESHUA to be the LAST blood sacrifice for mankind and sins are forgiven and LOVE is the FIRST commandment and GRACE undeserved is given to ALL via CHRIST. So CHRISTians are no longer required to do the killing and maiming of the LAW of the Torah, in FACT and TRUTH we are to forgive and LOVE ONE ANOTHER!

Dear RCCA,
I don’t believe that Geller has ever argued that she’s not anti-Islam. She has argued, and acted upon through deed, that she is not anti-Muslim. Her attempts to rally support for Muslim girls murdered in “honor” killings and to support Muslim women’s rights and raise awareness of their plight, and to support Muslims who want to leave Islam and whose lives are endangered by doing so, all provide a mountain of evidence that she is certainly NOT anti-Muslim. For that would mean that she is anti-human being. Clearly she is not.

Oh, sorry, I got off on a tangent, the purpose of my rant was that we DO believe the BIBLE is the accurate and FACTUAL WORD of GOD YAWEH Literaly except where YAWEH has purposely stated it is a analogy like the 10 horns and such!

Since the MSM will NOT help the people understand basic Islamic doctrine, so be it; subway platforms and the sides of buses will become America’s classrooms. One way or the other, people are going to learn what is in THAT book and what motivates jihadists to do what they do in killing the innocents of this world all in the name of their Islamic religion.

The greatest thing you could ever do to is to talk openly and educate on the facts regarding the most oppressive, violent, and outright evil ideology on the planet. All you have to do is get those verses out there for all to see, point out where in the Koran they are, and provide an image of Islamic supremacists carrying them out. There could not be a worse nightmare for the forces of evil than actual education of the American public on what’s actually in the Koran. It strips away all the propaganda by omission that Islamic supremacists engage in and sell self-deluded and willfully ignorant leftists on. Congratulations on this masterstroke. So simple, so powerful.

EXCELLENT CHOICE!
This is the perfect choice for so many reasons! I am SO happy right now!
This truly is Islam in a nutshell. Islamic apologists are always bragging about their 1.6 billion ever-so-happy customers. Well this verse reveals the reason there are so many. It wasn’t just jizyah that made their ancestors convert to the Religion of Submission.
And the verse is just the perfect length that anyone can easily remember it word for word.
Our dear Taqiya artist friends are going to regret starting this “Quote the Quran” game. The truth is not on their side in the slightest degree, because all the sweet and gentle verses got permanently abrogated once the raiding started.

I can’t imagine a more shameful president than one who would stand silently by while his Secretary of State publicly “take(s) the blame” for a security failure and the deaths of American diplomats in a foreign country. I feel like I’m watching some psycho-espianage house-of-mirrors science fiction political thriller.
The “man” who dismissed the former First Lady of the United States as “likable enough” in a nationally televised forum is now positively hiding behind her when the public wants answers about an egregious and humiliating defat in the Arab world. It’s so crazy I can’t even believe it. And here we are nearly a day after Sec. Clinton stood up for Barry, who’s cramming for debate prep, and he’s still hiding from his responsibility.
I can’t image how he could look any worse!
This debate tonight is going to be a slaughter. With all the pressure he’s feeling from his devastating failure last time, tonight is going to be equally as bad but in an entirely different way.

Surah 3:151 is considered to have been “revealed” to our dear Apostle after the Battle of Ehud, in which the Muslims suffered a defeat. This was not a very happy time for poor Muhammad because the defeat put all his claims into question.

Grouchy
Grouchy

Why 3:151 is the perfect choice:
Because it shows in the simplest way that when Muslims worship “Allah,” they are actually just worshipping the words of Muhammad, with all of his merciless vengefulness and hate for those who don’t submit.

Good one, and there are other verses that use the word “terror” too. Maybe this would be a good angle to employ since it is already in people’s vernacular. (Hey, you didn’t tell Mo to say it!) Maybe make your “terror” buzzword glow in red or something so no one misses it.

The verse CAIR used is actually abrogated and actually ENCOURAGES jihad.
The earliest Qur’anic commentator Al-Tabari (310 Hijri) says that “This (verse) was by the Order of Allah to his Prophet (May God pray upon him and grant him peace) for forgiveness of the disbelievers (al-Mushrikeen) after they had been left with harshness* after having it been forced upon them by the battle, this is the way it’s been known (i.e., how the verse has been revealed). It was reported by Yunis, that Ibn Wahab said that Ibn Zaid regarding the verse “Seek (literally: take) forgiveness” said: “The Messenger was ordered to leave them alone for ten years this way. Afterword, he was commanded to be harsh* toward them. After that he sat over them, counted them and then he said: “But if they should repent, establish prayer.” (9:5) The command for the believers to be harsh toward them is “O Prophet, fight against the disbelievers and the hypocrites and be harsh upon them. And their refuge is Hell, and wretched is the destination.” (9:73) and “O you who have believed, fight those adjacent to you of the disbelievers and let them find in you harshness. And know that Allah is with the righteous.” (9:123) After that, they were commanded to forgive. Such as the verse: “Say: of those who believe they forgive those who expect not the days of Allah.” (45:14)Then after that, he did not except them unless they submitted (Arabic: Islam) or were killed and the verse of forgiveness (i.e., 7:199) was abrogated.” (Jami’ al-Bayan fi Tafsir al-Quran)
Arabic:
وقال آخرون: بل ذلك أمر من الله نبـيه صلى الله عليه وسلم بـالعفو عن الـمشركين وترك الغلظة علـيهم قبل أن يُفرض قتالهم علـيه. { خُذِ ٱلْعَفْوَ وَأْمُرْ بِٱلْعُرْفِ وَأَعْرِضْ عَنِ ٱلْجَاهِلِينَ }
{ فإنْ تابُوا وأقامُوا الصَّلاةَ }
الآية كلها، وقرأ:
{ يا أيُّها النَّبِـيّ جاهِدِ الكُفَّـارَ وَالـمُنافَقِـينَ وَاغْلُظْ عَلَـيْهِمْ }
قال: وأمر الـمؤمنـين بـالغلظة علـيهم، فقال:
{ يا أيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قاتِلُوا الَّذِينَ يَـلُونَكُمْ مِنَ الكُفَّـارِ وَلْـيَجِدُوا فِـيكُمْ غِلْظَةً }
بعدما كان أمرهم بـالعفو، وقرأ قول الله:
{ قُلْ للَّذِينَ آمَنُوا يَغْفِرُوا للَّذِينَ لا يَرْجُونَ أيَّامَ اللّهِ }
ثم لـم يقبل منهم بعد ذلك إلاَّ الإسلام أو القتل، فنسخت هذه الآية العفو.

and there are so many other eerie, horrible images that could be combined with the many Jihad verses in the Koran (and the Hadith, and Sira) – images from Beslan, from London 2005 (the red London bus blown apart)
, from the Madrid Train Bombings, from Bali 2002, from the Mumbai train bombings and the jihad raid on the hotels and the railway station and the Nariman House in Mumbai in November 2008, and from the Muslim rampage burning and smashing Buddhist temples in Bangladesh just recently (and the other rampage, also targeting Buddhist temples, in Myanmar/ Burma), from the bombing in the Moscow airport…
And all the verses that forbid befriending or allying with non-Muslims. Combine with a picture of one of the Allied soldiers killed in an ‘insider attack’ in Afghanistan.
And the apostasy verse, from the Hadith – ‘if anyone changes his [Muslim] religion, kill him’ (Former Muslims United would probably be able to supply images of apostates from Islam who are known to have been killed; to represent those currently threatened with death, I would suggest Ayaan Hirsi Ali (with her new baby, Thomas), Lina Joy, and Rifqa Bary.
Combine the image of Theo Van Gogh’s body, with a sentence from the Hadith about the killing of Asma Bint Marwan.
Other ‘blasphemers’ currently threatened with death because of the sharia ban on critique or questioning or ‘insult’ to Islam: Asia Bibi and sweet little Rimsha Masih.
The verse about Jews being the worst enemies of Islam: combine with a picture of Miriam Monsonego, murdered by a Muslim in Toulouse just this year.
