Counter Terrorism DHS Whistle blower on Obama Admin Phil Haney Found Dead

100

UPDATE: Details are still murky but in this just published article over at Heavy, they say, “There are unfounded rumors on social media that Haney was killed having been shot dead. There are no reports of a shooting in the area around Plymouth, California.”

================================================================

I received word late last night from a friend who had worked in the FBI that Phil Haney had been shot dead. Details are sketchy and there has been no news coverage of his death. None. Our thoughts and prayer are with his family. Phil Haney was a patriot and a hero. His courage was singular.

Story continues below advertisement

Haney stood up to the Obama administration and  shook the DHS to its foundation. He was a kind and gentle man. I deeply respected him.

This is devastating.

An agent of the Department of Homeland Security, or DHS, for 15 years, Philip Haney, reported that after the Christmas Day underwear bomber, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, tried to blow up a crowded passenger jet over Detroit, “President Obama threw the intelligence community under the bus for its failure to ‘connect the dots.’ He said, ‘This was not a failure to collect intelligence; it was a failure to integrate and understand the intelligence that we already had.’”

Haney revealed: “Most Americans were unaware of the enormous damage to morale at the Department of Homeland Security, where I worked, his condemnation caused. His words infuriated many of us because we knew his administration had been engaged in a bureaucratic effort to destroy the raw material – the actual intelligence we had collected for years, and erase those dots. The dots constitute the intelligence needed to keep Americans safe, and the Obama administration was ordering they be wiped away.”

What Haney discloses is truly shocking: “Just before that Christmas Day attack, in early November 2009, I was ordered by my superiors at the Department of Homeland Security to delete or modify several hundred records of individuals tied to designated Islamist terror groups like Hamas from the important federal database, the Treasury Enforcement Communications System (TECS). These types of records are the basis for any ability to ‘connect dots.’ Every day, DHS Customs and Border Protection officers watch entering and exiting many individuals associated with known terrorist affiliations, then look for patterns. Enforcing a political scrubbing of records of Muslims greatly affected our ability to do that. Even worse, going forward, my colleagues and I were prohibited from entering pertinent information into the database.”

Haney described how he began investigating scores of individuals with links to the traditionalist Islamic Indo-Pakistani Deobandi movement, and its related offshoots, prominently, Tablighi Jamaat. Read more about that here.

Sources: DHS whistleblower on Obama administration, terrorism in America found dead

Law Enforcement Today, February 21, 2020:

SAN FRANCISCO, CA- We’ve received reports that Philip Haney, a DHS whistleblower on the Obama administration, has been found dead.

We have not yet received independent confirmation from the Sheriff’s Department, but sources within law enforcement have verified that there’s a death investigation underway.

If you have seen a few episodes of Behind the Uniform or have ever watched Fox News, you probably recognize the name Philip Haney. He was the DHS whistleblower that dropped the hammer on the Obama administration regarding the Muslim Brotherhood and ISIS.

He was also a friend to many at Law Enforcement Today. We have an exclusive interview with him at the bottom of the article that was conducted on Behind the Uniforms before his death.

Multiple sources tell us that Philip’s body was discovered outside San Francisco, CA, last night. The current indications point to him being shot to death.
LET Unity – It’s being called the “Netflix” of the Emergency Responder and Veteran Community

It is unclear when it happened or how. The details are still emerging. As soon as we have more information, we will provide an update.

Friends of Haney told us that they spoke with Haney earlier this week and he’d “never been happier”. They’ve suggested there’s absolutely no way he would have taken his own life… and reinforce that he’s had many enemies since he blew the whistle on the Obama administration.

Close friends of Haney tell us that his wife lost her battle with cancer in 2019. Haney was engaged to be married later this year. The author of See Something, Say Nothing was preparing to go back on the road in advance of the upcoming election. He was currently living in California, just outside of San Francisco.

In 2018, Haney told Intercessors for America prayer activists that he had been working on a “special assignment” in Minnesota to stop Rep. Keith Ellison from being elected Minnesota’s Attorney General. As we approach the 2020 elections, friends of Haney’s told us he was planning on doubling down on efforts to “protect America from progressive leftists socialists”.

Haney was a guest on IFA’s now-weekly pre-election prayer call, where when asked by IFA’s Dave Kubal what’s at stake in the 2018 midterm elections, Haney said:

“What’s at stake is our sovereignty, the right to choose the form of government we would live under.”

He continued:

“This is a moment that’s generational,” said Haney, “and now is the time for us to stand up and take our place in representation of government as ordained by God and to reaffirm the values that our country was founded on, and choose life, not death.”

According to Haney, the Constitution is threatened by “progressive leftist socialists” and by the Islamic movement. He said their goal is to impose Sharia law:

And that’s where Keith Ellison comes in. He’s actually a hybrid between both. He represents and is supported both by antifa, MoveOn.org, the Democratic national party’s position on abortion, open borders, sanctuary cities, every platform of the left, whereas on the other side he’s also affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, which is the global Islamic movement that seeks to establish Sharia law.

Haney, who is credited with helping capture more than 300 jihadists, is best known for blowing the whistle on the Obama administration for shutting down an investigation he was leading that could have potentially stopped, among others, delete and scrub records the terrorist attack in San Bernardino.

That attack, occurring on December 2, 2015, left 14 people dead and 22 seriously injured from gunshot wounds at the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino.

The perpetrators, Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik, a married couple living in the city of Redlands, targeted a San Bernardino County Department of Public Health training event and holiday party, of about 80 employees, in a rented banquet room.

Farook was an American-born U.S. citizen of Pakistani descent, who worked as a health department employee. Malik was a Pakistani-born lawful permanent resident of the United States.

After the shooting, the couple fled in a rented sport utility vehicle (SUV). Four hours later, police pursued their vehicle and killed them in a shootout. On December 3, 2015, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) opened a counter-terrorism investigation. On December 6, 2015, in a prime-time address delivered from the Oval Office, President Barack Obama defined the shooting as an act of terrorism.

Backing up 6 years, Haney was being ordered to scrub and delete records. His Senate testimony can be seen here.

According to information he provided under the Whistle Blower’s Act, Haney said:

“It is very plausible that one or more of the subsequent terror attacks on the homeland could have been prevented if more subject matter experts in the Department of Homeland Security had been allowed to do our jobs back in late 2009.

It is demoralizing—and infuriating—that today, those elusive dots are even harder to find, and harder to connect, than they were during the winter of 2009.”

It did sound a little like yet another case of Arkancide but it seems like the C-l-i-n-t-0-n crime family operatives are better at making murder look like suicide (or at least paying off/influencing any subsequent law enforcement investigations to come up w/the proper cause of death).
I wonder if any investigation was done into the murder (oops, suicide) of Jeffrey Epstein?

Achmed Mohandjob

Just a few examples of clownton’s arkancide:
1) Mary Mahoney. White House Intern, died 7/97. Shot in the back of her head … ruled “suicide”
2) Bill Shelton, found shot in the back of the head, at his fiancé’s gravesite. His fiancé, Kathy Ferguson (key witness in the Paula Jones lawsuit) had also committed suicide. However, at least Ms. Ferguson didn’t shoot herself in the back of the head.
3) Then there’s the one that beat himself, to death, with barbells.
4) Then there’s Suzanne Coleman that also shot herself in the back of the head … ruled suicide.
5) One of my favorites, Kevin Ives & Don Henry. Their death was ruled “accidental” as they both fell asleep on the same railroad tracks and were run over by a train.
6) One of the better ones …. Keith McMaskle. he was stabbed ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN TIMES … another suicide.
7) Not to be forgotten … James Milan – Found decapitated. However, the Coroner ruled his death was due to natural causes”.
And, the list goes on … and on … and on

While Billary was in their early first term some 30 people died, who had some association with Bill Clinton. And actuary said the odds of so many dying in a months time were so long as to be impossible. I met Phil and he was both a patriot and Christian. He will be sorely missed by our nation.

Awful.
He was about to get married later this year… but let’s not let reality get in the way. He wasn’t suicidal.

This reminds me of Seth Rich. He was identified in WIKILEAKS that he was behind some of the DNC emails being forwarded to Assauge. He was a disillusioned Democrat.

The murder of Seth Rich occurred on Sunday, July 10, 2016, at 4:20 a.m. in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Rich died more than 1 ¹⁄₂ hours after receiving two gunshot wounds to the back. He was murdered by unknown perpetrators for unknown reasons, but police suspected he had been the victim of an attempted robbery.

At least they didn’t try to write that one off as a suicide. I jokingly refer to the three rounds, to the back of the head, as one of the clownton potential whistle blowers was found shot TWICE in the back of the head. It was ruled “suicide”. I kid you not.

Not only is that nonsense, it is damned nonsense. No assassination is made where such may easily be discerned. Regardless who may have done it, assuming he didnt commit suicide, no perpetrators will be discovered without someone giving them up.

That was not a report of the actual event. Rather, it was in keeping with two, from the very brief list given, of “suicides” from shooting oneself in the back of the head. One of those “suicides”, the person shot himself TWICE in the back of the head. It was with a .45 ACP, which would make the second shot placement just a tad difficult.
And, the decapitated individual’s death being ruled “death by natural causes”, was more than a stretch.

Then, comment upon the person, that committed suicide, by taking two rounds of a .45 ACP, in the back of the head. Or, how decapitation, complete decapitation, is “natural causes”.
Obviously, even a finch would find that highly suspicious.

Good grief. You most assuredly have a significant problem with reading comprehension. It was not ruled a suicide. As stated NUMEROUS times, it was ruled “Death by Natural Causes”.

The discussion is about the possibility of murder, political murder. People are decapitated every year through natural causes. Usually, something falling on them. Googling James Milam brings up almost NOTHING!

I, just to be certain, used DuckDuckGo and came up with WELL over fifty pages. Please be so kind as to explain how decapitation could be “natural causes”. I’d even bite on “accidental”. But, perhaps I’m as thick as you seem to be.
Just checked with Bing … Lots and LOTS of pages. Try “Milan” as opposed to your (copy and pasted from your comment) “…Googling James Milam …”.

Farmers face dozens of such hazards every day, with moving equipment. Arms are torn of, or cut off. When I was a teenager, I worked for a company than produced pre-stressed concrete forms. Part of the process required placing 100 yards of braided steel cable under (in most cases) several hundred pounds of tension. Occasionally the cable would break, in which case we would have to scatter and hope the cable didn’t come our way. Company vehicles were slashed, even when we thought we’d parked them far enough away.
I googled James Milan (with an N). Nothing came up. But James Milam (with an M) came up under the listing of folks whose deaths were attributed to the Clintons. So, if you have an actual site you’d like to offer, I’ll look at your Milan (with an N).

I’ve known a few farmers that lost a limb, through a pant leg or a shirt being caught in a pto. But, I’ve never even read of one being decapitated. If you found results under your “Milam” with an “M”, why did you LIE about finding NO results? “Googling James Milam brings up almost NOTHING!”

I have seen (quoted verbatim) “Killed by multiple injuries due to dog attack”, on a coroner’s report. I have seen (again, verbatim from report), “mauled to death by a dog”. Calling it “natural causes” would be akin to me beating you to death, and the coroner ruling it “death by natural causes”.

John Crawford

The short report I saw didn’t say the dog killed him, but rather ate his head. This entire conversation is silly, because all I am saying is that the premise of political assassination, while certainly valid, is a weak-minded way of looking at the entire thing. Life isn’t the X-Files, with shadowy hit men using creatively natural methods of killing anyone who stands against a politician. It just isn’t that easy. But, all that said, I am NOT discounting the idea. Rather, just offering a word of caution against assuming that all odd deaths are nefarious.

No doubt about it. In the interview I posted, he gives lots of reasons for his assassination. “Diversity” is a smoke screen to change our government and infiltrate it with people we don’t want.

He was investigated NINE TIMES by the DOJ under Obama. They wanted to charge him with violation of civil rights and privacy of foreign people out to harm us.

Remember when the San Bernardino couple were looked at and U.S. “intelligence” people were forbidden to look at their social media for “privacy” and “civil right” reasons? This was part of the policy changes brought about by Obama. Foreign terrorists had the right to privacy and civil rights, even though they are NOT U.S. citizens, living over seas and pose a direct threat to us whereas you and I don’t have those rights.

It’s totally backwards. The wife of the jihadist was the instigator of the San Bernardino attack and her social media was full of jihad stuff. This was a case that Phil Haney had worked on and was told to shut down. Had that not been shut down, it was unlikely they attack would have happened. He saw them as a threat.

In contrast, legal American citizens were being watched. Snowdon pointed that out and now living in Russia. I don’t think we would have ever known how we were being spied on and our right to privacy and social media was being vacuumed up to potentially be held against us…. Hillary was supposed to finish the job and then TRUMP happened….

Edward Joseph Snowden was an American whistleblower who copied and leaked what was really going on about U.S. citizens back in 2013. He’s wound up seeking asylum in Russia.

The devious treachery set upon the Republic thickens, sadly, with the blood of a true Patriot, Phil Haney. I, like many, do not believe in coincidences. The fact, the assassination of Haney, a said, whistleblower, is, in truth, a relentless patriotic who exposed the treasonous and devious evildoing of the Obama Administration, it caused his death.

The inner-workings of this conspiracy to cause the ruination of the Republic is beyond traitorous; it is a radical manifesto designed and acted upon during the Obama eight-year regime of betrayal.

May the truth unfold to Phil Haney’s family and loved ones and this Republic for which he paid the supreme sacrifice.

He is the real deal.
Phil Hanely pulls it all together and nails it.

I took a few notes from his interview. He may not have been aware of how Islam has infiltrated itself into our EDUCATON. Students are saturated with it and it neutralizes them from the danger of it.

Terrorism is a tactic of Sharia Law All Muslim organizations share the goal of implementing Sharia Law. They argue about HOW to do it. They will argue amongst themselves should we directly attack them or do we saturate their society? In the U.S. their most successful approach has been and continues to be saturating our society.

They saturate our social arena. Muslims are the ones driving our immigration for Muslim refugees as well as wayward greedy “churches”. They have saturated themselves in the political arena. People are dumb enough to vote them in because they are ignorant and have been saturated with Islamic propaganda.

They try to interfere in our political decisions all the time. Since when can’t the U.S. as a sovereign country determine where OUR embassy should be located? Why would we even listen to other countries, Muslim countries telling us we can’t have OUR embassy in Jerusalem? Thankfully Trump didn’t listen to them as ALL the other Presidents before him did nothing but proclaim they would to get elected.

Muslims have also saturated us in the law enforcement arena. CAIR and others are constantly opposing training programs to alert law enforcement on what to look for – or anything that puts the spot light on Islam for what it is. They object to “profiling”. CAIR is just an extension of Hamas and has no business here nor does the Muslim Brotherhood. So why are they allowed to have any influence on our social, political and law enforcement?

It has nothing to do with our First Amendment or Freedom of Religion. It is an Article 6 issue. Article 6 states our Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land and all judges of each state shall abide thereby. The ninth Circuit Court is notorious for abrogating this as well as other judges.

Trump MUST deal with this in his second term.

I was horrified at that too. They stuff it in bills and state employees are still playing games. Let’s hope some house cleaning is being done.

How many tall foreheads have proclaimed the ‘religion of peace’ (rop), I’ve lost count? How many lies have the MSM told about the ‘rop’ (David Wood has a great video that exposes so many of their lies, Diane Sawyer and the rest of all the 3 letter news outlets)

They had one Muslim sow saying that it was 72 “raisins” not virgins, and the ABC interviewer kept a straight face and didn’t challenge it. There are plenty of verses describing the beauty of these virgins, voluptuous breasts, young skin – silly us, its raisins they die for.

It could be his latest breakthrough was too much for them to handle.

In memory of Philip Haney, “rest in peace, brother”
FEB 23, 2020 10:30 AM
BY CHRISTINE DOUGLASS-WILLIAMS

However, Representative Steve King posted on Twitter that Philip Haney did not kill himself, and other friends said that they, too, do not believe that Haney’s death was a suicide, but that Haney “was praising God for a breakthrough!” And “He warned something could happen to him. He was to get married in a month. It will be falsely called a suicide.” A Law Enforcement Today headline reads: “Police: Obama whistleblower ‘died of self-inflicted gunshot’. Friends: ‘Absolutely not’.”

Whatever the circumstances of his death really were, his passing is a great loss for the nation.

Philip Haney delivered a critical speech at an Act for America Conference in 2016, in which he discussed the little-known direct link between al-Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood. He also warned about the Obama Administration and the Progressive drive to destroy the American constitution.

Here is a short summary of Haney’s video content HERE (begins at time-4:55). The rest is here:

I have been thinking that he has saved a lot of issues to deal with in his second term…..if he had attempted to clean this up during the first term…he would have never made it to a second term.

Interesting Perspective. I think there’s some truth in it.But With the ongoing Coup since Trump’s inauguration he couldn’t have dealt with it either.

Come this election, America will be forever changed. Look how they reacted to his 1st term, there is no way a 2nd would be tolerated. We are all on the Titanic.

James, I see it differently…..on the Titanic they were surrounded by ocean….they had nowhere to go and no “weapons” to stop the tragedy.

It’s different on dry land in a huge country….where we have “self-protection”…..and millions of Americans who will not tolerate having their Freedom taken from them.

I’m not sure from your comment if you agree with this fall being an inflection point, but it sounds a bit like you do. We (the Right) do have the means to resist, but that act of resistance comes with no guarantees and the very nature of such resistance dramatically changes things for a given period of time (Unless you are talking about ‘preventing the need’ for such resistance, which at this point would be the 64,000$ question (dating myself) as to how).

A trump 2nd win is the scenario in this iceberg analogy, but what if, although unlikely, the Left steals or are perceived to have stolen the election? There is no way the Right would just sit back and do nothing, but even if shenanigans were not the case, is the Right base at its own limit of intolerance towards the Lefts destructive policies?

Either way a showdown (iceberg) is looming dead ahead, and there doesn’t appear to be any way to avoid it. At some point soon, America goes through a dramatic transformation because the p ro ph ecies, which are now fully active, would seem to only be able to proceed in a world that doesn’t have an American superpower acting as she is at this moment. She is out of the picture one way or another.

Whether a point as significant as all this is this close or still a couple of years away, can be no more than reasoned speculation, but that it is coming, and coming quickly, is evidenced by the shear magnitude of pr oph ecies that are occurring all around us.

If we let our corrupt law enforcement “investigate” it, the outcome will be the same as what happened in Las Vegas when the country music festival shooter who had the facial hair and made 21 trips to the middle east in the span of two years and the black women who used her car as a weapon to mow down the infidel while shouting Allah Akbar. Yes, law enforcement in Las Vegas just couldn’t figure out a motive for that. We have pockets of corruption all over our law enforcment in the rank and file too!

I lived there at that time. The Sheriff was very vocal and gung-ho to get the terrorist…..then Obama’s FEDS showed up…..all went silent. Obama’s people declared it a lone gun wacko…..Sure. And I am Mrs. Santa Claus.

We knew better.

Sure does!
No way do I believe this was suicide and especially after listening to his interveiw posted below. NO WAY! Suicide would be taboo for him. If he was going to commit suicide he would have done that sometime during the NINE TIMES the DOJ investigated him for blowing the whistle under Obama.

Philip Haney, DHS whistleblower, found dead, police say
By Nick Givas | Fox News 2/22/20

“Upon their arrival, they located and identified 66-year-old Philip Haney, who was deceased and appeared to have suffered a single, self-inflicted gunshot wound. A firearm was located next to Haney and his vehicle. This investigation is active and ongoing. No further details will be released at this time,” the office added.

Will I live long enough to see the rotten BHO admin officials – and BHO, the Corrupt, in particular! – brought to justice? Probably not. But this news hit me particularly hard, ’cause a few years ago, he spoke to our local Tea Party group and was an outstanding advocate of federal law enforcement reform – and general “housecleaning” at the FBI. We now know that he was an early warrior to clean out the Deep State! This is such upsetting news! I think I bought a copy of his book, “See Something, Say Nothing,” so I’ll have to unearth it and refresh my memory re the details of his major thesis! Indeed, what a LOSS!

Joy, the more I read about this man and this tragedy, the worse I feel. My God, why wasn’t this man under Secret Service protection? Trump should have known Philip was a National Asset, and kept him close. This stinks terrible, and the national coverage (lack of coverage) is rotten too. Stand back people, this thing is going to blow up.

How about Obama’s chatty white Grandmother who SUDDENLY died a few days before he won? That was odd.
No illness noted. The kiddies and Michele didn’t bother to fly out and see her on her death bed.

Who went with Obama was a team of lawyers and he left them behind. He had her shut up. She was talking too much and the stories weren’t lining up. He almost forgot to have a memorial for her. It was months later. These people are brutal killers.

That’s what I’m wondering. Will this turn into the kind of law enforcement “investigation” as that of the Las Vegas shooter or Jeffrey Epstein? An investigation that covers up more than it reveals?

Also made extra copies because it was an “Unlawful Order” + endangered American lives going forward.
