Dr. Christine Ford claims that aside from she and Judge Kavanaugh, there were three others present in the house on the day she was allegedly sexually assaulted. The first two, Mark Judge and Patrick Smyth, have denied any recollection of being there, via legally binding statements through their lawyers. On Saturday, it was learned that the third witness Ford has named, Leland Ingham Keyser, has no recollection of this either. In an email to the Senate Judiciary Committee, Keyser’s attorney Howard Walsh wrote:
“Simply put, Ms. Keyser does not know Mr. Kavanaugh and she has no recollection of ever being at a party or gathering where he was present, with, or without, Dr. Ford.”
Democrats want so badly for the allegations against Kavanaugh to be true. They are tying themselves into knots as they try to counter each new blow to their case.

She is planning to drive across the country. Ford doesn’t like airplanes, not so much because of her fear of flying, but because she is uncomfortable being in confined spaces where there is no exit available.
Ford’s friend, Kate Devarney, told CNN this week that: Ford’s fear of flying is directly related to her allegation of assault, and that an airplane is “the ultimate closed space where you cannot get away.”
This, she claims, stems from her alleged sexual assault at age fifteen when she felt she had no way out. She had been “detained” until Mark Judge jumped on top of Kavanaugh (who was on top of her) causing Judge and Kavanaugh to topple off the bed and start “scrapping” on the floor, which allowed her to “escape.” So, the Senate Judiciary Committee will just have to wait. She definitely won’t be able to make it to Washington by Monday. Even Wednesday looks dicey. Perhaps on Thursday.
PJ Media’s Matt Margolis weighed in on this issue:
One could argue that “anxiety” could cover a fear of flying, but a fear of flying (or confined spaces in general) for 35 years seems like an incredibly debilitating phobia that seems likely to have been called out specifically prior to this new fear of flying claim. Has Ford, for example, been unable to ride in an elevator for 35 years? Assaults in elevators are certainly more common than assaults on airplanes. Further, Ford herself went to a private all-girls prep school. Her family must have been fairly well-to-do, and probably went on expensive vacations more than once during her teen years. If she suddenly developed a fear of flying because of the attack, are we expected to believe her family didn’t notice she suddenly couldn’t join them on a family vacation? Is it possible they never flew to go on vacation? Sure, but I consider that unlikely.
Maybe that’s why she scrubbed her Facebook account. She may have posted photos of herself traveling to Europe or some other distant locale and would have to explain how she got there.
The Ford camp has gone to great lengths to avoid public scrutiny, even managing to delete her high school yearbooks from the internet. However, a journalist from a small blog called “Cult of the First Amendment,” saved them two days before they were scrubbed and they are heavily redacted, but can be viewed here.
The deleted material does not implicate Ford personally. She is not shown engaging in any compromising behavior, however, the “wild times” of the girls from Holton-Arms are readily apparent. Take a look.
No jury of Ms. Ford’s peers, in any courtroom in America, would convict a defendant based on the story she has told which is probably why Sen. Feinstein used it as a last ditch effort against Kavanaugh.
Ford’s identity was released one week ago and already, each of the three witnesses she has named, deny any recollection of being present. That means that, of the five individuals she claims were present that day, she is the only one who has any recollection of being there. And her memory is faulty, at best.
She wants Kavanaugh to testify first which is contrary to the US legal process where the accused listens to the plaintiff’s allegations and then responds. Oh, and she doesn’t want any outside lawyers and Kavanaugh can’t be in the room when she testifies. The defendant is always present during an actual criminal trial.
And Republicans, not wanting to appear insensitive to Ms. Ford in the age of #MeToo, keep on accommodating each irrational request.
It doesn’t appear that Ford ever plans on testifying. And although I might be wrong, I think it’s because she doesn’t want to perjure herself.
Enough is enough already. Democrats are trying to delay Kavanaugh’s confirmation until after the midterms because they think they have a chance to retake the Senate.
Prior to this case, that may have been a remote possibility. But this travesty has captured Republican’s (and Independent’s) attention. It has galvanized the base and that will only increase with each new provocation. This will boost voter turnout and hopefully, close the pre-accusation “enthusiasm” gap.

Who can believe she can’t remember when or where? That claim makes it impossible for Kavanaugh to prove he wasn’t there. It’s a setup designed so he can’t defend himself. All she has to do is make the same crying court room scene that occurs in “To Kill A Mockingbird.”

Since when is it he job of the FBI to chase down ACCUSATIONS when the ACCUSER, can not remember what year, place, how she got to the house party. In other words, this is another bizarre delay tactic to postpone the vote and discredit Brett. She wanted to have the FBI do HER job – provide evidence for her accusation when there is none because it never happened! This is how insane the DEMS have become. It reminds me of the Russian farce and Trump where the FBI and DOJ are trying to FIND A CRIME when there is no crime on Trump’s behalf.

It is 2850 miles from Palo Alto to the District of Columbia. With no delays, this is a 50 hour drive. Add 10 hours for moderate delays. Essentially, to get to DC in four days, she would have to drive 15 hours per day. Obviously, she will have to have other drivers to spell her. Assuming a 24 hour day, there are 9 hours for eating, sleeping or resting, and stops for other purposes. If and when she doesn’t show for the hearing, nobody should be surprised, and nobody should be surprised at the excuse rendered.

Why is anything being REDACTED on her Facebook page that was saved by someone else before she deleted it? What more could she be hiding? Could it be that she is the drunken party girl and simply has it in for Kavenaugh? Was the foreclosure on her parent’s house embarrassing? Or was THIS another insurance policy met for Mitt Romeny who in DEBATES when he ran for President touted BRETT KAVENAUGH as a Supreme Court Justice that he would want and others like him? See how that fits together! Brett was always the target if a GOPer was to replace a judge on the Supreme Court. George SOROS REQUIRES progressive judges and he is funding this farce/

Meet ugly and I mean ugly looking Deborah Ramirez This is beyond bizarre. Seriously. Forget the salacious details in the story…. the construct of the story is so stunningly flawed it is jaw-dropping as presented.
The New Yorker runs an article about an accusation made by a woman named Deborah Ramirez (53, pictured right) about a freshman party at Yale, where she claims she was in a drunken stupor and Judge Brett Kavanaugh, then 18, pulled out his penis during a drinking game.
Etc. Etc. Etc…. Really, no need to go further. Why?
Because despite their search, and discussions with “dozens” of potential witnesses…
“The magazine contacted several dozen classmates of Ramirez and Kavanaugh regarding the incident”…
….the New Yorker was unable to find a single witness to corroborate the story being made by the accuser. None. Not a single confirming witness to back up the claim.

Michael Bromwich is now joining Debra Katz to represent Ms. Ford. Michael Bromwich was/is the legal counsel of disgraced and fired FBI Director Andrew McCabe. Let’s not forget that either.

A Fox News poll out today says that more people believe a woman whom they have never seen or heard testify under oath even ONCE more than believe a sitting U. S. Court of Appeals Judge with an impeccable record for integrity who has testified publicly under oath for days and for whom dozens of women have vouched!!!!! Not to mention that, of the people she has claimed were present, all but she say unequivocally that they have no memory of the events she describes.
If that poll is correct, the implications for our justice system and our democracy are grave indeed because many of these same morons sit on juries and vote.

Christine Blasey-Ford has stated three witnesses were present at the mysterious high school party where she claims supreme court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her approximately 36 years ago.
The claimed witnesses were:
(1) Mrs. Leland Ingham Keyser,
(2) Mr. Mark Judge, and
(3) Mr. Patrick “PJ” Smyth.

Deborah Ramirez story alleges Kavanaugh had exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away. Ramirez is now calling for the F.B.I. to investigate Kavanaugh’s role in the incident. “I would think an F.B.I. investigation would be warranted,” she said. Avanatti also is to reveal another one.

Yes, they want to destroy our justice system too. For example, who ever heard of the ACCUSED “testifying” first when formal accusations have not been presented and then have the ACCUSER testify next. The REVERSE is the norm and how it works in court. The ACCUSER testifies first and confronts the ACCUSED with the allegations. Then the ACCUSED defends them self. In other words they don’t want to give him a chance to DEFEND himself.

There is all this prattle about requiring Kavanaugh to undergo another FBI background check (he has had six already for his court positions) but given Dr. Ford’s psychiatric history, it is doubtful she could even pass a cursory background check required for a firearms purchase.
But that is beside the point. Now the commiecrats claim to have two additional women with much the same claim as Ford, predictably. Our political climate is almost as rancid now as it was preceding the Civi War. Ever wonder why they are so fired up over gun control? It is like that Trump poster currently making the rounds on the web, “They are not after me. They are after you and I am only in the way.”

Regarding her alleged “fear of flying” due to the fact that she cannot tolerate closed spaces as a result of this trauma, didn’t she do some work in Hawaii? Didn’t she say that if BK were confirmed that she would move to New Zealand? Most people who relocate have visited the place before making the move. Has she ever been to Europe or Asia.
If so, how did she get to anyplace outside of the continental US? Whether by boat or by plane, both involve being in confined spaces.

1. The New Yorker could not find a single witness who could put Kavanaugh at the alleged party.
2. The New York Times could not find a single person who could corroborate Ramirez’s claims.
3. The man accused of egging on Kavanaugh denied Ramirez’s allegations and vouched for Kavanaugh’s character.
4. A third person that Ramirez claimed was at the party says she was not there for the alleged incident.
5. Ramirez contacted her former classmates, asking about the incident, and admitted she was not sure that Kavanaugh was the male who exposed himself.
6. A woman who claims she was “best friends” with Ramirez says Ramirez never mentioned the story and initially said her friend’s accusations against Kavanaugh might be “politically motivated.”
7. Ramirez, just like Christine Blasey Ford, is a registered Democrat and is dedicated to leftist causes.
8. Ramirez wasn’t even sure her memory was correct — until she spent six days going over it with her Democrat lawyer.
9. Ramirez admits there are holes in her memory due to how much she drank at the party.

I do not understand Prof. Ford’s fear of confined spaces with no exits. Modern aircraft have at least two exits of which Ford is more than welcome to avail herself should she suffer a panic attack during flight. It is also a fact that flying is safer than driving.

I knew Grassley is a coward along with Sessions. They are part of the good ole boy network and fear they will not get asked to the party’s and the golf trips. The bottom line of the moment is …The Republicans are playing around the edges of blowing this confirmation. If they fail against this moronic bunch of simpletons and their Progressive socialist criminal assault on our rule of law and the Constitution itself, there will be severe retribution…The American people, who still believe in the founding principles of our republic will have no political allies in the United States government to speak for them. They will have no party to rally behind that speaks for the preservation of American freedoms, under the Constitution. Both major political parties, instead of just one will then rightfully be considered to be enemies of the state.
