MEMO FRIDAY: FBI/DOJ panicking, “The FBI is accountable to we the people, the Congress, not the other way around”

59

President Trump is expected to swiftly declassify a controversial memo on purported surveillance abuses. The release is likely to come Friday morning, Fox News is told.

The FBI and the DoJ are panicking, working furiously to obfuscate and confuse before the bombshell memo is released. The bottom line is that the underlying documents in the memo are FBI and DoJ docs. They are sweating because finally the American people are going to get a glimpse behind the curtain, and it’s a MOAB.

The Memo is underpinned by documentary evidence that the DoJ and the FBI have provided. The DOJ provided FISA documents and FBI investigative documents,. Good analysis on that here.

Story continues below advertisement

Hoisted on their petard, there is no Trump Russia scandal (Trump wasn’t even in politics prior to the ’16 election). But there are numerous Democrat scandals (not to mention the Clinton/Russia Uranium One pay-for-play crime) that we haven’t even touched upon ….. yet.

Operation Sabotage the Memo – WSJ

The best commentary I have seen on this is from the Wall Street Journal columnist and former George W. Bush speechwriter Bill McGurn. He said the FBI is using the Col. Jessup argument from A Few Good Men with the FISA memo, they believe the American people “can’t handle the truth.”

“The FBI is accountable to we the people, the Congress, not the other way around,” McGurn said on Wednesday’s Special Report panel.

WILLIAM McGURN, WALL STREET JOURNAL: I think the FBI’s argument is ridiculous. For one thing, they’ve shifted the argument. They used to say it was sources and methods. Now they’re saying basically that it would be material embarrassing to us. This is the Col. Jessup argument from A Few Good Men. The American people can’t handle the truth. I think people need to see.

We have two big questions over all of this: did Donald Trump collude with the Russians to steal the election in 2016 and did the FBI and DOJ put their fingers on the scale? Now, remember this is also Christopher Wray, in his testimony for confirmation, spoke about how he couldn’t give Congress information because it was classified. This gets us backward. The FBI is accountable to we the people, the Congress, not the other way around

White House ‘to release’ secret memo on FBI

BBS, February 1, 2017:

A Republican-drafted memo alleging FBI bias against US President Donald Trump will be released on Friday, a senior White House official says.

Mr Trump is expected to declassify the document and send it to Congress for release, according to US media.

The FBI has voiced “grave concerns” about the release of the memo, which is expected to have redactions.

It reportedly says the FBI misled an intelligence court to obtain a warrant to spy on the Trump election campaign.

Democrats say the memo is a ruse to discredit a federal inquiry into links between President Trump’s presidential campaign and Russia.

The four-page document was compiled by staffers for House Intelligence Committee chairman Devin Nunes, a member of Mr Trump’s Republican party.

It is time to very forcibly impose the old adage on the government of “The people should never fear their government, the govenment should always fear the citizens to a degree”. The people can and will face the truth, it is government agencies, infiltrated by islam, that have tried to make lying government policy. There will be some serious changes made.
Remember, muslims are expected to lie “• When a person mediates between two disputing parties in order to reconcile between them, if reconciliation cannot be achieved in any other way.
• When a man’s speaking to his wife, or a woman speaking to her husband, with regard to matters that will strengthen the ties of love between them, even if that is accompanied by exaggeration.
• lying to enemies at times of war”.
This is part of islam and sharia, it is not America government policy, muslims in government jobs will follow the America constitution, or be removed.

Obama gets list of top Muslim Americans

Denver Post Wire Report
POSTED: 03/27/2009 12:30:00 AM MDT85 COMMENTS
UPDATED: 03/27/2009 12:58:19 AM MDT

CHICAGO — In a bid to get more Muslim Americans working in the Obama administration, a book with resumes of 45 of the nation’s most qualified — Ivy League grads, Fortune 500 executives and public servants, all carefully vetted — has been submitted to the White House.

The effort, driven by community leaders and others, including U.S. Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., was bumped up two weeks because White House officials heard about the venture, said J. Saleh Williams, program coordinator for the Congressional Muslim Staffers Association, who sifted through more than 300 names.

“It was mostly under the radar,” Williams said. “We thought it would put (the president) in a precarious position. We didn’t know how closely he wanted to appear to be working with the Muslim American community.”

http://www.denverpost.com/headlines/ci_12006596

Naturally Kaegan, an Obama appointed United States Supreme Court Justice spent the MAJORITY of her time organizing and hosting symposiums to try and make our Constitution “Sharia Law” compliant. No kidding. You might still find it on the web. Google her name with Harvard and Sharia Law and see what may still pop up! I suspect Muslims are somewhat confident that we are Sharia Law compliant since we have Freedom of Religion. They probably lump the two together. The truth is our legal system is NOT Sharia Law compliant.

That would require lots of crucifixes and have carpenters working overtime.
Maybe an 8 station gallows would be more convenient and quicker as well.

In this area, there hasn’t been much work for Journeyman Union carpenters, for years. And, when it comes to a crucifix, always look for the Union Label.

House Speaker Paul Ryan Discusses Memo Release Process…
Posted on February 1, 2018 by sundance

The Memo team have done a great job utilizing the media reporting to draw in interest to the content of the House Intelligence Memo on DOJ/FBI FISA abuse. During a joint House and Senate leadership press conference today, Speaker Paul Ryan again clarified the process and procedures. [Video @08:28 Prompted]

Remember, what is contained in the full story of this DOJ and FBI activity, directly strikes to the heart of the two biggest and most defended people within the Democrat party: former President Obama, and former Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. The media are losing their minds over this, because of the consequential nature of the facts and what they represent.

A heads up on the last minute BS to stop the memo release:

JUST IN: Nunes spokesman says the “material changes” cited by Democrats are “minor edits to the memo, including grammatical fixes and two edits requested by the FBI and by the Minority themselves.”

https://www.buzzfeed.com/emmaloop/democrat-demands-house-intelligence-republicans-withdraw?utm_term=.nyDADYVMW#.sx33qnY5Q

Did you notice they were REQUESTED by the FBI and the DEMS!

In the back-and-forth it becomes evident why we stated last week to pay attention to the process. The memo is classified legislative work product of the legislative branch. The legislative branch is asking the executive branch to declassify the memo. When Devin Nunes invited FBI Director Christopher Wray to review the memo on Sunday night he was inviting the executive branch to preview the work-product prior to submission.

It would be ordinary for any minor executive-branch-requested adjustments to be made, prior to submission/approval for executive declassification. That’s exactly what happened.

Minor adjustments were made at the request of the FBI Director prior to submission for declassification approval. Majority Chairman Devin Nunes shared those adjustments with Minority Chair Adam Schiff.

Schiff tried, and failed, to make a political issue out of a simple process.

Additionally, Minority Chair Adam Schiff, along with most corporate media, are trying to present the intelligence community (DOJ/FBI) as a fourth branch of government. As silly as it sounds, former DNI James Clapper attempted the same argument on Wednesday night during a CNN appearance. They’re not. All of the intelligence community resides under the executive branch and the Chief Executive is President Donald Trump.

The normal review for any declassification request is a review by the National Security Council, the Office of Legal Counsel (all depts); all impacted cabinet officials; all heads of potentially impacted national security departments (DOJ-NSD, FBI Counterintelligence, NSA, CIA, State, DoD etc.); along with the White House Chief-of-Staff (General Kelly).

That review complete, it’s now up to the Chief Executive, President Trump, to sign off and release. This is the formal process, and this is the process that has been followed.

Not taking away from Ms. Geller but The Conservative Treehouse has been following this story from beginning to end very closely and explains it verbiage we can all understand. Who ever Sundance is, he is very sharp and knows the system. how it works and connects the dots. I can’t recommend that website for making the corruption,
“transparent”. For some reason that is REJECTED when it comes to exposing corruption… Wasn’t that the rage under Obama as he did the OPPOSITE?

Just an aside… what Trump and Ryan are doing is restoring the RULE of LAW, proper separation of powers and proper procedure. This was not done under Obama. Obama behaved like a dictator, ignored the separation of powers – DACA and DAPA with no one challenging him for a POLICY on immigration that REQUIRED legislation…

Do I trust Ryan?
No, but power is important to him so he is playing along for the moment.
He sees a TRUMP wave and wants on.

Interestingly enough the first request for a warrant to spy/wire tap the president and his campaign members was turned down by the FISA court. Only after the cooked up Russia dossier, bought and payed for by crime boss Hillary Clinton and the DNC, did the court give the green light. The FBI used the phoney document to obtain the warrant. The Nunes memo is all about the FISA warrant against Carter Page and the Steele Dossier.

An obvious question–why would
the FBI go to so much trouble to frame somebody who Trump Lawyer McGahn said
was NOT a Trump advisor? http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/04/22/trump-lawyer-told-carter-page-to-cease-calling-self-adviser-as-russia-concerns-intensified.html

I am looking forward to a State of the Union Address from Donald Trump without Paul Ryan photobombing our president with that ridiculous and embarrassing smirk he can’t seem to wipe off his face.
Imagine a certifiable sheep like Paul Ryan appearing to sit in judgement, looking over the shoulder of this president, apparently among our three or four greatest presidents and living proof of the historical motif wherein a great leader always rises to the moment when this divinely inspired nation needs him most.
We need a Louie Gomert, Mark Meadows, Jim Jordan, Devon Nunes or Mike Lee to take the seat beside V.P. Pence.

INVESTIGATE MAXINE WATERS and HER Russian BUSINESS DEALINGS!

Maxine Waters Has Her Own Russian Connections Laid Bare By Internet Sleuths

BY TIFFANI GREY
ON MAY 17, 2017 AT 4:55PM

Congresswoman Maxine Waters, D-Calif., is one of the Democrats’ most outspoken talking heads, frequently calling for President Donald Trump’s impeachment and citing his alleged “collusion with Russia.” However, her bombastic speeches and calls to action have often been found baseless. In fact, a recently uncovered Russian connection was linked directly to Waters herself.

Got News uncovered a 2015 disclosure statement from Waters which “details her family’s investments in BlackRock’s Russia-connected Global Allocation and Balanced funds.”

This is intriguing considering that as of late, Waters has used her 15 minutes of fame to bash Trump and even went as far as to tweet “Follow the Money,” in order to further her claim of collusion with Russia and Trump campaign officials.

Well, some internet sleuths did follow the money — but it didn’t lead to Trump, it led right back to Waters.

According to RedFlag News, Waters “held $200,000 in Russia-linked retirement accounts.”

In addition to the insane amount of money that Waters had tied up in these Russian accounts, Water’s BlackRock fund revealed another surprising twist.

So who is the one really tied up with Russia? Waters’ own statement shows a personal financial connection to the Kremlin to the tune of $200,000, while her fund has millions of dollars worth of obligations to the Russian Federation.

Did you see the release of public records, dealing with Reid’s real estate deals? One property traded hands eight times, each time for a HUGE profit and … Each time Reid was on the selling end, filed documents show. This baffled me … How can Reid sell a property, walk away without buying it back, but when it’s sold again, Reid was the seller. That one confused me .. and, I have still not figured it out.
